I usually avoid fast-food burger chains in California since In-N-Out is always an option, but I stopped by this Shake Shack for a BOGO deal on the K-Shack BBQ Burger. I got the large Pomegranate Sweet Basil Lemonade and SmokeShacks. I really enjoyed the lemonade as it wasn't too sweet and I could taste just the right about of pomegranate and basil. It's been awhile since I had a Shake Shack burger, so I had to stop by when they're having a promotion. $5 shakes, $3 fries, and $1 drinks! We had a bogo deal on the burger so had to try it. Everything was great and fresh. The meat was thick and juicy, it was just super oily. The crinkle fries were great with no salt and we enjoyed it. Their root beer was one of the best I ever had. This location is on a corner with a very small parking lot of its own. A few handicap parking spaces and maybe less than 10 regular parking. We found parking on the street and walked down. They have a self kiosk to place your order or you can go up to the counter to place your order. You can grab a number card and attach that to your order. If not, they will call your name and bring that to you. There are 2 sets of bathrooms. The woman's restroom has two stalls and a baby changing table. The other restroom is good for any gender. It also requires a code to enter. As I grow in age, my stomach has decreased. I ordered a single BBQ bacon cheeseburger with fries and a coke. That was enough for me. Hubby ordered a double with a Dubai shake. He said it was so sweet it made his jaw hurt. It was a beautiful day to sit outside in the patio, but people in their cars on the street were extremely impatient, loud, and reckless. Once again, I don't know why I go to Shake Shack so much when it's not even in my top 3 burger places. However, I was craving fries and a chocolate malt, so this was the closest location. There is a small parking lot which is convenient, and some nice outdoor seating on Arroyo. Service by two girls was great; friendly and receptive, and they got my order correct. I think the one girl was new, but they were both very nice! I point that out because I haven't had service like this at their other locations, so it's something I certainly picked up on. This was on Monday, March 24th between 1-1:30p. It wasn't too busy but there were definitely enough people outside as well as in. Even the other employees cleaning up were kind to hold the door open to customers as they came and went. Ate a good portion of the food in my car, and I managed to get through them while they were still hot which is the best. The only thing is that I have tried their chocolate malt previously, and I swear I cannot taste the malt. Maybe they just go light with it but with their chocolate shake being good on it's own, I'd rather save the .49 on my next craving. This location has limited parking at the private lot. But there is street parking nearby, although check for when parking is allowed in the allocated times. There's a good amount of seating outside since traffic comes amd goes. They even have heated lamps above for chillier days. The service was quick for online pickup. They even have a section dedicated for online order pickup. The strawberry shake was good. They have the standard narrow straw but you can still easily drink it. The black truffle burger was okay. Flavor-wise it's great, it's a shame the black Truffle is being discontinued. The burger meat itself was just okay. We ordered using the app. The email confirmation said we would get a text, but we never did. Out of confusion, I asked the pick up window and all the food was sitting on the shelf. When we opened it, the food was not hot and more like lukewarm. The burger meat was tasty and good. Fries were crispy, but lukewarm and not many considering I paid $6 for it. The lemonade surprisingly had no lemonade, and tasted like sparkling water. Fortunately the manager quickly got me a new one and it was good. This location was very crowded and felt popular. The food was high quality albeit it smaller than most lunches served at nearby joints. The fries were a 1,000% better than in n out. I loved the crunch of the exterior and the mush interior. There is a shelf on the side that is connected to the kitchen and that is where you pick up your food. The guy helping us was nice and fast. It's a small parking lot but I got lucky 2-3 minutes waiting and found front parking. Very clean entrance and was able to order via my cellphone instead of the kiosk since I was taking advantage the Tmobile Life free shake burger with purchase. I also got a fried chicken sandwich and no salted curly fries which were so crispy and tasty. The crispy fried chicken sandwich was so delicious to eat! Definitely recommend getting these items! As luck had it, I picked the right moment to stop by to order my meal from the self serve kiosk for my family of five-to go. Soon after I placed my order, the line started building up, and the people behind me inevitably had to wait a significant amount of time longer than I did. The parking is pretty rough here. Their main parking lot is quite small, and if it's full you'll have to reverse back out onto the road. They do have overflow parking , but that's quite small as well. During some hours, there is street parking, but make sure you pay attention to the tow times. The burgers at Shake Shack are overpriced for what you get. To be honest, I only went because they were having a promotion on the truffle burger where the burger was essentially BOGO. That's the only way I can justify their prices! There is seating both inside and outside, with the outside seating being covered and having heat lamps. The staff I interacted with were friendly, though it did take awhile to be acknowledged at the walk up pick up window. The burger I got was just okay. It's definitely better than their standard burger, but I didn't get much truffle flavor. The milkshake was good as well, though it was kinda thin. Overall, I'll be back if there's another good deal, but otherwise I'd rather go to another burger chain. read more

I came here because I got a T-Mobile Tuesday coupon! I ordered a Shak burger and French fries. I got onions and pickles added which added a nice crunch to each bite. First time at this location today and the food is way better than the glendale location, the fries were crispier but not overcooked and soft in the inside and the baby back rib sandwich tasted a lot better compared to the glendale location as well. Service was very good, workers are friendly and attentive checking up on you often. It can get a bit noisy inside when super busy, but overall wasn't a big deal as we were able to sit and enjoy our meal. In the area for a college tour and we stopped here for some lunch. Order from a kiosk if you have a card. Selection of food I believe is just the right amount to choose from. Waitress was super nice and brought out our food super fast. I had the chicken shack and I loved it! I really loved that the buns were cool but the chicken was hot! Fries were crispy and hot.
