As I walk to the counter to order, a male employee is wrapping up the condiments and looks at me in disbelief that I'm coming in possibly so I ask can I order he makes a gesture like yeah. I say can I get an Italian sub and he makes what appears to be a annoyed facial gesture and takes the wrap off of the condiments because he'll need them for my sub so I immediately it's okay bro never mind I see it's an issue he tries to say he wasn't mad but he really was. The problem with this is why are people closing up shop 30 plus minutes earlier especially items that would be used if a customer comes in. They were so busy and understaffed I ordered a tuna with cheese honest mustard no tomatoes and it had no cheese no mustard and had tomatoes Ordered the hot Italian it was covered in oil when i said no oil. The bread is red because it's soaked in vinegar which i said no vinegar. Went to Jersey Mike's today 4/30. I was a bit disappointed with wait time. I ordered my meal online and when I got there at the pick up time I still had to wait an extra 25 minutes. When I opened my sandwich, it looked like a five-year-old made It the mayonnaise dripping out on my sandwich along with the oils. Person making sandwich had no sense of urgency while a long line was forming and online orders waiting alongside with me . Usually go to this establishment may have to find another. Excellent Philly Cheesesteak was joyously consumed by me on Sunday. Well, actually I got the LARGE so it was portioned out between Sunday lunch time and finally Tuesday's lunch. I got 4 servings out of it and each serving was just filling enough. This is where an air fryer comes into play. I ate the first 1/4 as soon as I got home with my food. Subsequent portions were reheated in my air fryer. I just pulled the sandwich open and put it in the air fryer and 5 minutes later/375 degrees it was ready like it just came out of JM's own ovens. I go here every now and then, and i dont think its that bad. The food tastes normal, but the music is loud most of the time. There isn't much inside seating if the place gets crowded. Ive seen staff complimenting others which is nice. The food does take a little long to come out sometimes. I got the rosemary bread along with the pepper relish, and it was chef's kiss. I always get Mike's Way because it is indeed the best way. I always enjoy Jersey Mike's sandwiches. But this location is a disappointment. I once went there to pick up a delivery order and I had to wait 15 minutes before I ran out of patience. That same day the cashier was telling customers about a glitch in their system and he said he didn't want to fix it because of the inconvenience. Most recently I went there and I saw a sign that said "cash only" that was written in sharpie ink on a piece of paper. So if you stop at this location, bring cash. read more

Due to COVID safety they allow 6 customers inside at a time. It's fairly spacious inside so you are able to social distance. It was my first time at a Jersey Mike's. Interesting you can order your sandwhich Mike's way and it includes "juice" which is red wine vinegar and olive oil. I had ordered the super sub but think they made me a supreme club because there was mayo and bacon in my sandwhich. So for this review I am not sure what I ate but it was good. The cheese and meats are sliced when ready to be made and tasted very fresh. The next time I order tho I think I would prefer without the mayo and bacon. read more

Wow! What happened to this location? Is 8:30 pm too late to get a decent sandwich? When is the right time!? I couldn't get full wheat tuna sub and the half tuna tasted bland! I haven't had JM too many times but when I do I can say it's a treat. I have to give a survival shout out to the staff at this particular location Victor & Hailey both were awesome. I think that's why my sub tasted a little more delicious bc the time, effort and one on one attention helped. They had a very smooth team process and organized. The location was clean and staff was mindful to change out gloves when handling different meats. I ordered tuna sub with Parmesan bread and have provolone cheese. I've always had great experience at this store. Instead of going to the one closer to my house in La Cańda which I've had not so great the experience, I drive all the way to this store. So I ordered a Big Kahuna with extra meat around 1 pm and requested pickup time at 2:30. I received an email confirming the pickup at 2:30. I got there at 2:20 and sat in the car until 2:25. I went inside, picked up my order and drove home. When I opened the bag I found the Big Kahuna was COLD ! I will bet it's been sitting there for at least 30 mins instead of the agreed on time at 2:30, they must have finished making it at 2 pm or earlier!!! When coming off the 210 west, you can't turn left into the parking as their is a median. The first light you can't do a u-turn so you have to do left and the do a u turn. We were pleasantly surprised at how the hot sandwich (#17 Philly cheese) was being cooked (by placing bread, meat, veggies on the grill pan) and how much meat was placed on the cold sandwich (#13 Italian). They were both so good! I like warm food in general, so I liked #17 better, and my boyfriend liked #13 more for more meat presence. Consisting of roast beef, turkey, Swiss cheese, applewood smoked bacon, mayo, and finished off with lettuce and tomatoes. No oil and vinegar for me. It's too oily and messy to eat, especially, when they drench it all over the sandwich. Not a fan of the taste combination either. The Diet Pepsi itself was refreshing with an added a lemon wedge. Service: Nice and efficient employees. There were two employees working the line. The first one greeted me and asked which sandwich I wanted.
