This is our go-to spot to grab sandwiches before heading out to the beach! My fav is the turkey avocado (hold the mayo) on squaw bread. The bread was good and it had plenty of meat, but for some reason, the flavor profile just fell short. It just didn't hit. ​I got a 5-inch pastrami and a soda, and it was almost $20. First time trying it out, and I will admit that it was a very good sandwich. But daaaaaaammmnnnn, this place is expensive. Sandwiches are running between $18 to $20, but is pretty outrageous. The quality is there, but I still think that this is highway robbery. It's a very simple store with a couple tables inside. Yet, they are charging fine dining prices for a cold cut sandwich. There was a man working the register and a woman making the sandwiches when I went. Service was fine, but there were not really any suggestions offered. They just take your order and make your sandwich. I went right at lunch time during the week, and I was the only person there. My Deli has great sandwiches! They're a little pricey, but two people could easily share one wrap or other sandwich, especially if you grabbed a bag of chips too. The store could've been cleaner. Something (the A/C?) was dripping onto the counter, and the bathroom was out of order. But the staff were great and I wasn't worried about the food quality at all. On a Saturday morning in April, my sister and I ordered our sandwiches from their website. I ordered a custom sandwich of ham and pepper cheese on rosemary bread. We went to one of our favs, Claro's, today and learned thru were closed on Wednesday so we found MyDeli on Yelp and gscenit a try. We ordered two sandwiches and were very pleased. There were several ingredient options including Boar's Head cold cuts, real roast turkey, a large variety of veggies, and great bread choices. (The French role was unique and excellent and it's nice to find squaw bread. Everything was super fresh and so delicious. Large pastrami sandwich- $16. This was big enough for my wife and I to split. Terrific sandwich. Pastrami was fresh and piled high. Came with pickles and mustard also on a choice of breads. I should have read the reviews on the salads. I got the Asian chicken salad because I love wonton strips and sesame seeds and green onions and cilantro you know that's what makes that salad but what I got was a big box of iceberg blend lettuce with a sprinkle of shredded chicken in the corner and a mound of wonton strips nothing else. I went back because I was really upset and looking forward to it you know instead of paying $20 for a small box of salad I can get at the store for you know five bucks. I told her what was missing She said oh let me put what's supposed to be on there on there and when I get back to my car there is still no green onion sesame seeds and there was like one piece of cilantro that got thrown in there and some extra chicken so I went back in and I asked if they were out of the ingredients and they said we don't have green onions so we put red onion in there and there's some sesame seeds in the dressing. It used to be so good and have ingredients that made it flavorful. Now it's lettuce, chicken and dressing. That is more expensive then a sit down restaurant with a better salad. read more

It took 25 minutes for me to get my sandwich and when I got back to my training site I opened my sandwich to find a roast beef on marble bread. I had no choice, but to eat it as I was starving and only had 10 minutes left to eat. I'm very disappointed in this place. There is no reason it takes 25 minutes to make a sandwich, you charge me $9 for a sandwich and I don't even get what I ordered.
