Ordering over the phone was super easy, ready in 15 minutes. The shop is clean, fast, organized, and efficient. I later found out that the man I spoke to was the owner and he was super sweet. I went to visit #MyDeli a few weeks ago and it was fantastic. At the time, they had a promotion of their meatball sub and I'm very glad that since that's exactly what I was craving. I was originally going to go elsewhere but my sister said they had a promotion going on so we ordered from there. They are located across the street from where the old Souplantation is and they're next to the Taastea and Sesame Grill on Huntington. I called my order in before hand and was told that my order will be ready in about 20 minutes or so. When I showed up my food was ready to go and all the workers there couldn't have been nicer. It looks like a family run business and it was great. The owner warned me that it was going to be a little bit messy so to grab more napkins. Good looking out! I got two of the large 10 inch subs. I brought it home for my sister and I to eat but we ended up only sharing one sandwich because it was so big. I definitely want to try some of the sandwiches there the next time I'm in town. We ordered the hot pastrami which was nothing special and for some reason it has an odd after taste to me. I tried the Pastrami and swiss sandwich and a root beer float. They are generous with the portion of meat in the sandwhich and tasted good. For the root beer float they poured root beer from a bottle (personally think safer right now with the pandemic coming out of a sealed container so thank you for that) and they give you the bottle with the extra soda left for later. If you check in on yelp you can get 10% off the bill. They have quite a variety of choices on their menu. I'll have to come back and try how some of the other sandwiches taste. Well I tried eating at this establishment today on Sunday but they closed an hour early. The dude was already mopping the floor. The hours on the door said they close at 7.
