I still love this location but the taste is always inconsistent. We usually get the Turkey Provolone Mike's Way. Half of the time, it's great! But the other half of the time, it's not flavorful, doesn't taste fresh, and seems like they didn't put enough of certain ingredients. It seems other locations--like Monrovia--are much more consistent. I hope they can figure out how to be more consistent. read more

This Jersey Mike's Subs location can be found next door to Dominos with street parking and a small shared lot. It is also on the first floor of a condo building. I actually have tried this location before for catering, as my church decided to order several mini sandwiches for a luncheon. But I haven't gone to check out this location myself until this past Wednesday. I made an order through the app and was informed that pick up for my sandwich would be at 6:49 pm. My husband also made an order though the app for a sandwich too. So we drove over around 6:55 pm and when we walked in, we did not see any employees at the counter. My husband said "hello" a few times to see if any employee would come out from the kitchen, but no one did. But we did see two separate bags sealed with a label and a receipt with our orders and names so we ended up just taking them and leaving. For my sandwich, I ordered #7 Turkey and Provolone - Regular, $10.95 prior to tax ($12.07 after tax)- I liked that my sandwich automatically came cut in half and also came with the modification I had requested through the app for a light amount of mayonnaise and no oil or vinegar. The sandwich was tasty and I shared half of my sandwich with my mom. We both really liked the sandwich, even though it is rather an pricy sandwich. My husband got the #13 The Original Italian- Regular, $11.65 prior to tax ($12.84 after tax)- My husband opted to have his sandwich omit the tomatoes, oil or vinegar so that his sandwich wouldn't be soggy since he wasn't going to eat it the same day he ordered it. Just like my sandwich, his sandwich was also was also cut in half. He also liked his sandwich but also felt it was a little high priced for the amount. It was nice that our sandwiches were ready when we came, but it was kind of odd that no one was at the counter. And am glad that no one had stolen our sandwich, as it would be very easy to since no one is watching the front counter. Smart ass kid got my order wrong and stood there and argued with me, the customer. Not only did he pretty much tell me to sit a wait cuase it will be a while but proceeded to ask me my order anyway. I knew he would forget my order. They had a really big order they were filling, I didnt feel i was in a hurry so i was ok sitting down to wait. But when he argued with me that I didnt say Wheat bread well , they just lost a loyal customer. Been going to Jersey mikes for over 13yrs and he was trying to tell me how they do things here lol. ok he was probably in diepers when I first came here so he was trying to tell me they dont ask the customers what type of bread they would like even thoug i said what type without him asking , he just forgot. read more

The food at Jersey Mike's is beyond questioning the best you can get for a fast food establishment. For some reason they don't have that "chain vibe." The service at this location was impeccable and very friendly in every way, and the ambiance was pretty cool they, even displaying their Point Pleasant New, NJ, origin in 1956. I'm only rarting this review four stars because their Big Kahuna did not have any mushrooms as it's supposed to, (and very little onions, peppers and jalapeños). I mean the ratio of protein, cheese to veggies was not there. Other than that, it is a great place. Hard to find a cheese steak that tastes better than Jersey Mike's. They aren't necessarily cheap, but this a good reason for it-all of their subs are sliced or grilled fresh to order. If you never tried them, you should! read more

I'm still recovering from the sticker shock when I reached the register. And this was with a $2 off coupon. In comparison I get a 6inch Subway sub for $4.99 with a coupon. I'm sticking with Subway. As a senior on a fixed income I can't afford Jersey mikes. I wish them good luck in Duarte. read more

This location has gone downhill since it first opened. I just got back from there to order 2 sandwiches and was astonished by the level of incompetence the Saturday afternoon crew displayed. I stood in line to get a ticket, then stood in line to wait for my sandwiches, only to be told that they didn't put in my order. So they instead took care of the lady behind me who ordered 8 sandwiches, one of which was similar to mine. So the wait was now even longer. They also don't ask what kind of bread you want, so if it happened to slip your mind, you're out of luck. Not only are they incompetent but they are also unsanitary. Watched a guy make a sandwich, ring up a customer who paid in cash, then replaced one glove, not both. The same people making sandwiches are also manning the cash register. So what's the point of wearing gloves? To protect their hands? Would not go back again. read more
