Then they get annoyed bc they have to make them again but wouldn't have had to if y'all just made it right the first time. I'm a lover of wings and typically Wing Stop in general. I've ordered from this place many a time over the years with no complaints or problems. I would often look forward to eating there... until now. I ordered some wings to go like usual and went home. To my disgust and surprise, the chicken was so over cooked and dry that I couldn't even twist the wing bones to get to the meat. The skin also had the texture of cardboard and was really under seasoned. When I called back to let the shop know what happened and to ask for my money back. No problem so far. Haven't had my beloved Wing Stop in about 3 years. I love love love the Lemon Pepper wings. In fact, I love them so much that I had to quit eating them for fear of dying an early death. Obesity is not my friend, but I really wish these wings were. Crispy and hot and always delicious, the Lemon Peppers never let me down. I've tried ALL the flavors extensively and the LP's are at the top of my list. What's more about this location is that it's nestled in a very nice shopping plaza with ample and easy parking. In the plaza there's everything you would ever need and, if you're in the mood for sushi or mexican or sandwiches or fish or whatever, it's here. Also, this location is between an ice cream/yogurt place and a Coffee Bean. What more could you want? If I didn't fear getting fat so much, I'd come more often, but for now, I'm glad that I've had my wing fix and that I've seen a nearby Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. =) Thanks, Wing Stop. I used to love Wingstop so much for years! I have tried most of their spices and seasonings, and always thought it was good. But about 2 years ago, I've noticed that their wings weren't as big anymore, so I haven't gone back until more recently when someone I was with wanted to try it. I've always loved their Garlic Parmeasan, and would try and replicate it at home, so that was one of the flavors that we got. The other was Louisiana Rub, another flavor I've always enjoyed. It takes about 12 minutes to make the wings (that's how it's always been), but it took at least 20 minutes to get our 10 wings. They were super packed, but still. The wings were definitely as good as I had remembered, but also, as oily as I had always remembered. I had oil dripping down my hand as I was eating the wings. So it was a bit messy. We also got a side of their seasoned fries, and it was as good as I had remembered. Customer service was fine, nothing exciting to rave about. Wingstop is a bit on the pricey side due to the size of their wings, though. Or maybe I'm just used to bigger wings in general. Other than that, it was an enjoyable appetizer. We couldn't have a an entire meal there because it'd make us sick just eating fried food. Plus, I would have to buy a lot of wings to get full from it. I don't know if I'd recommend Wingstop anymore. If you're in the area and are cracking wings, sure, but other than that, you'd probably be able to make some yourself that are bigger and better. The wings here are hands down a notch above BWW; the only reason people flock to BWW is because it's a nice atmosphere to watch sports. That and they serve a variety of other foods. If I'm eating with a big group and they want some variety, we'll go with Garlic Parmesan, Louisiana Rub, or Cajun...all solid choices. I'm sure they're all pretty good depending on your preference and if you like to take a dare, go for the Atomic! The fries are good too; they got a unique taste and texture to them. Rating is for the service only. The food was fine. After I ordered, they told me it will take 10 minutes. They ask that after I order I wait outside which makes sense. I had to go to another store so I leave and come back 15 minutes or so later. When I arrive back I walked inside and so them it is ready and they tell me not yet, 4 more minutes. No problem, I go back outside to wait. Now this is where it gets weird. There's a couple other people waiting outside and I ask them how do we know when our order is ready? They basically said that they yell from behind the counter but you can't understand what they are saying. Their system just doesn't make sense. So a few minutes later we hear them yelling so I go inside and ask if it's mine. The manager comes out this time and says "your order is not ready and you need to wait outside like we told you already." I'm ignoring the fact that there is another person standing in the corner waiting for their food but I tell the manager that I don't mind waiting outside but i have no clue what they are saying when they are yelling out who's order is to be picked up. She then proceeds to death stare at me for 5 seconds without saying a word all the while letting the other customer stay inside. I don't really want to make in issue of it so I just go back out front. The other people waiting ask me who's name they called and I told them it was Steve. Steve gets his food and leaves. The guy that has been waiting inside comes to the front door and says who's order they are calling out now. The people waiting are all seeing that if it wasn't for the customer that's waiting inside for his food how would they know when their order is ready. That guy inside got his food a few minutes later and as he left told me that he thinks my food was ready as well so I was finally able to get it at that time. They should have a different system to notify people when their order is ready. The cashier that took my order was nice but the manager was really unprofessional.
