The meat and seafood quality consistently triumphs over most spots in the area. A perk for me is their unlimited refills on drinks: not just soda but other refreshments such as green tea, iced tea, and shikhye (Korean rice punch). The ambience is loud and lively, as you have booths on the side, individual tables in the back and other side, with some communal tables (for larger parties) towards the center of the restaurant. When it's busy, it will get loud. However, the service is always on point. The servers are always alert and moving around, checking whether your need more soup base or meats. They make sure your tables are always full of meat plates. Such a rarity these days. As for prices, it is very reasonable for OC, especially given the quality and quantity you can consume. There's also a kabocha squash, corn, and cubed tofu. If you've never been here before, parking is good, but it does fill up quickly. Look for the maroon burgundy colored awning over the restaurant front entrance. We came on a Friday evening around 5:30 PM. Make sure that all of your party is present so that you can be seated. Our servers were attentive and constantly came back to check on us. The first thing they'll ask is what type of broth you'd like. If you're undecided, you can choose two and they'll pour it directly into your pot. I requested the spicy beef and bone broth. What I appreciate is there are boxes of plastic gloves at the front end of the food stations. It helps when touching so many different serving utensils handled by so many people. On this day, there was only XXL size gloves or one size fits all, it'll do the trick. As for the selection, there's something for everyone. There is a large variety of vegetables, seafood, and fish balls, quail eggs and hot foods which is mostly fried items and two sauce stations. Drinks are also included with the meal. Establishment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very professional and attentive. We had the weekday lunch AYCE (All-You-Can-Eat). I ordered the beef bone broth. They have 7 meats available during lunch and you can order 4 for the table at a time. I tried beef brisket, belly, and chuck eye steak. Meats are all fresh, marbling is decent for prime and wagyu but MMV (mileage may vary). They have a sauce, food and soft drinks bar that is well stocked and diversified. The following items are what I tried: fried chicken, sweet and spicy fried chicken, potato salad, pickled radish, sesame ball, vegetable tempura, kabocha, The following items are noteworthy, try for yourself: potato salad, sesame ball, pickled radish.
