I went in on Friday of last week, and saw a roach, I swear on anything and have friends who were there with me, not returning to this wingstop ever again read more

This was a pleasant surprise. It's like a fast food version of Buffalo Wild Wings. We had a very difficult time understanding the person taking our order and had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. The food took a while after ordering but we assume it was all being made to order, so that's OK. Everything was really tasty and we'll be back again soon. read more

I only ordered 10 pc classic wings and waited for almost 40 minutes! I'm so disappointed for the slow service. Worst wingstop place I've been to read more

Very disappointed with this locations service. Just had lunch there, mind you only 5 other tables were being occupied. Our drinks took forever to come out and 4 out of 5 orders were incorrect. The lettuce to the salads was brown and when we told the waitress, Ashely, she rolled her eyes at us. There is no excuse for so many errors and the attitude. We spent almost an hour there for food that wasn't even eaten. read more

Horrible service! Waited 40 mins for my order until I got tired of waiting because two families that came after me had already gotten their order. The man that seem to be in charge was helping us out, and he was very rude from the start and even more rude when we asked about our order. Then we see our order had been sitting there the entire time in the back. So we asked for a refund will not return to this location. read more

So I have ordered from here several times. They have messed up my orders before but nothing big maybe a missing dip or something small. But today they gave me a regular size fry when I ordered and paid for a large. I also ordered and paid for 15 boneless wings. 7 BBQ and 8 Louisiana rub.... they gave me my 7 bbq and 3 Louisiana rub!!! 3 freaking wings. When I called and said what happened the girl said well idk how that happened here is the manager he seriously argued with me told me I was wrong and to leave work and come back. I said I took pictures but didn't get off work for another 2 hours and continued to argue with me... from now on I won't be ordering from this wingstop even though it is so close to my house.... the manager could have been way more professional and handled it better. After arguing he said fine I'll give you 5 wings next time you come.... like okay you couldnt have just said i'm really sorry we will give them to you if and when you come back... thanks for a crappy lunch at work today... read more

Wingstop - 3 wings when I ordered 8...... thanks.... - Chicken Wings Near Me - Glendale, California

I have been waiting for this place to open for like last 3 months. Finally! Me and 3 of my friends are big time wing lovers. And i have hear that this places is bettter then hot wing coffee. Had go try it. Well its great food! I am sure it will be a new spot for us to enjoy good food. read more

Simple ...I used to be a buffalo wild wings guy but now I'm proudly a wings stop guy. It's the small things that count . bigger and free ranch .... And there coke machine has over 100 flavors . read more

Well I came back to the Wingstop in Glendale and noticed a significant improvement In the quality of their wings. They wings were meatier and not over cooked. I went because the manager offered me a free meal to try them out again. I didn't take him on his offer but decided, on my own to go back. Well today I went and I got chicken wing jerky again and the wings were pathetically lacking meat. The wings were way too dry and over cooked. I will venture to say that they didn't taste fresh. I don't know but for the price you pay for wings at this establishment the quality should be consistently good and no hit and miss. Sorry but you really need to have a consistent product. You were doing great for awhile and, all of the sudden it went downhill again. I'll buy my chicken wings from 7-11 and way cheaper. Popeyes has wings at 6 x 3.99 and they throw a biscuit. read more

The wings and fries are great, but the service here is a joke. I always place my order for pickup and give them an extra 5-10 mins but the order is never ready when I get there. You have to wait an additional 10 mins to get your order. read more

Went here today and told them I'm ordering the 25 piece chicken promo. Guy at the counter said it's not available at this location. Before paying I saw they have flyers at the counter.... Really? So he did honor it.... but the nuggets were so salty! Went here 2 years ago. Now I remember why it took me so long to come back.... well not coming back again... read more

I would give this place no star if I could ! Our table was practically forgotten the whole night. The waiters are not experienced or really don't care about the customers. Never again read more

Being a big time wing eater this place caught my eye, so i decided to try it. The cashier was a nice young girl, but she had no idea what she was talking about. I asked her if they have bbq chicken wings and she said no. Like really thats one of the most famous type of wings. So i ask her to recommend me something like it, she told me to get this Hawaiian wing or something in that nature. The price was average since it came with a drink and fries. Food didn't take long but when it came, boy was i disappointed. The wings tasted nothing like bbq chicken wings. It tasted like some weird lemon deep fried and The fries were tasteless and greasy. Im only giving this 2 stars because i love the aviation theme since I'm into aviation. I guess i can give it another try without any recommendations this time read more

Went for a 10 piece combo with crispy fries on Super Bowl Sunday and I got my wings half-cooked and my fries were super soggy and tasted undercooked aswell thumbs down on this wingstop read more

Garlic Parmesan Wing and the original is my choice for two deal. Other flavors aren't that great. Recently I found out instead of getting their for two deal which comes with 15 pieces of wings/large fries/two drinks, it's cheaper and better to get the 20 piece wing + large fries and just buy the drinks at local market and the price would be a lot better. I really enjoy their food, and I like how the restaurant looks clean. read more

Always a favorite place to go to for some chicken wings, especially after a good work out. Conveniently located near the gym that I go to, I always order my favorite garlic parmesan/lemon pepper traditional wing combo. Service is so so. Sometimes the workers are happy sometimes they look like they don't want to work. But Wingstop is my go to place for post workout meal so I would recommend! read more

Down the street from my house and never have trouble with parking . I usually always order online then go pick it up and I've never had any issues . Customer service was on point and they were very nice and welcoming . When I went to fill my drink they didn't have lids for my cups but the guy literally stopped what he was doing just to help me out . That's amazing customer service believe me I've worked in restaurants so I know how important it is to make sure a guest is happy . But all in all happy with this store and will continue to come back . Thanks guys !!! read more

The food is pretty good, To-go orders are ready real quick and the staff is super helpful and friendly!

if i could give one star i would im so mad at the fact that i called i got there my order was wrong then when they "fixed" my order that i repeated more than 5 times . i honestly mest up by not checking till i got home but when i got home and opened the order that i thought was right it was a whole fucken opposite of what i asled for i come here like evry other day . now i dont even wanna go back .clean the tables theyre disgusting too get it together ived worked at a fast food restaurant its not that hard ! Ps it took 3 people to get the order "right" AND IT WAS TILL WRONG THATS JUST CRAZY read more

Its simple I place my order through thier app or website, I arrive and pick up my wings.Fast, simple enough and food is ready at pickup time. The boneless wings were not that good in my opinion the Hawaiian glaze was too sweet and super thick in my opinion I have to pass on that flavor. The plus side is that the bone in wings we ordered were delicious garlic parmesan wings were crispy and seasoned to perfection, louisiana rub had a good flavorful spicy kick, we cant wait to try some of the other flavors read more

The fries.. not a big fan of. I'd be better off without them. To soggy and salty and sweet at the same time. However the boneless wings aren't half bad. The traditional wings are soggy as well. I'd like them to be a little more crispy but I guess not lol. I give this place like a 6.5 out of 10. read more

This is the best wingstop in LA! Jose Luis and the crew are killing it and it's always dope to go and have a bite there no matter what games on. If you don't like sports but don't mind catching a game this is the perfect spot to go! Even better if you actually do love sports like me.... the wings ain't all dry like Buffalo Wild Wings and almost everything is fresh.... why pay more for processed chicken with pre made sauces when you can get the chicken, the sauces, and potatoes cut fresh daily? Wingstop is the shit!! read more

Awsome joint. The workers are diligent. And Sabrina at the counter was Awsome. Great service!! Thank you!!

I'm probably being slightly generous in giving 4 stars because I think 3.5 is probably right but I figure if they currently have a 3 star rating then I'll do my part in raising their average... Anyhow, hubby and I stopped by here one night to pick up 20 Classic Wings to go and a side of fries. They give you the option of choosing 3 sauces for that # of wings and we went with the lemon pepper, the bbq & the original hot. All were very tasty and my hubby's faves were the hot ones (of course) and mine were the sweet and moist bbq ones. The lemon pepper were also good, don't get me wrong, just not our favorite, though having 3 different options was probably the best part of all. The dude at the counter was also uber friendly and for that, kudos! Let's put it this way, they weren't the greatest wings in the world but I did enjoy them and also had no complaints. They were still hot when we got home, they had a good crunch & consistency, the fries were also tasty, and you can bet that the next time I'm craving some wings, Wingstop will be my local go-to. FYI, they also have 'boneless wings' for those of you that like to confuse chicken tenders with wings, but whatever floats yer boat! ;) read more

came here one Friday night when we were babysitting my niece- 3 adults and one child...i call that even! we picked up the lemon/pepper and the hot buffalo wings. the lemon pepper were good but not nearly as good as the buffalo. maybe its because i think thats how wings should be eaten- hot with ranch. read more

I ordered online and got there ten minutes late and my food still wasn't ready. I didn't receive it until 15 minutes AFTER that. There was only a handful of customers in the lobby so they were not busy whatsoever. I think I'll just take the drive to a different location next time. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

This is our usual wing stop location but the past 2 times have been a pretty disappointing experience. The first time, we got out order and they got the flavor wrong, but they took care of it without issue so you know we brushed it off as a isolated incident, we are all human. Today we arrived and again, messed up order. We ordered the 8 piece combo with Cajun fries and we received 5 wings and fries with no Cajun rub on top. The fries were resolved after some debate but the 5 wings we never resolved due to the cook saying he knows he for sure put 8 wings in when we clearly did not get those. They must have disappeared when it got to the front desk. Definitely losing our support slowly. read more

Getting here was suprisingly more difficult than necessary. Even in the digital age of smartphones with built-in GPS you can still get lost. Or maybe it's just me and my horrible sense of direction...but back onto to review. I wanted to walk here and that perhaps might've been why it took me longer than my gps' ETA since I had gotten lost. But then getting lost just builds the anticipation and hunger. Ordered the lemon and original since I wanted to be boring an exciting all at once. Maybe had a not so great batch because despite the raves about the lemon pepper chicken it was only so-so...However I was not disappointed with the original. It was what you would expect flavor wise but then certain things are classic for a reason. The prices were decent too. I'd say their chicken wing deals are pretty good and they also have a deal for whenever the Lakers win. However, I don't really see myself going for a dine-in. The restaurant itself isn't unclean or unappealing per say but I'd rather have my chicken wing gobbling kept to a minimum in my couch sans an audience. Will definitely come back next time but probably just for a pick-up instead of ordering in. read more

They have great wings and other food that go well w/ wings but even more important is the service. They excel over lots of other establishments which is why i come back. I would definitely recommend them. Oh and their Atomic flavor is no joke. Its hot but not so hot that u can't breathe. read more

The boneless wings are dry. The Garlic Parmesean and Lousianna Rub flavors were bland.

The chili Limon sauce is delicious. It kind reminds you of Mexican chili Colorado sauce. Great as a dipping sauce with the garlic parmesan.

Richard provided good customer service by helping us carry our order all the way out to our car when he didn't have to.

I've never had such an awful chicken tenders ever! It was the first and the last time! even I told them we are not satisfied with the food but they didn't care at all!!!!!!!! read more

This place has great food!...... But lacks a ALOT in the service department. The place doesn't have one trash bin in the whole dining area for customers to throw their trash. I'm surprised people just dump their trash on the floor. Customers just end up leaving their trash filled trays on the counter or the table. During busy hours they don't dump the trash that is left. I personally do not like having to look at filthy trays while I eat or when I order my food. Also the place has one roll of paper towels in the whole restaurant for costumers to use. To give customers a more pleasant dining experience they should put a roll of paper towels on EACH table. The soda machine is cool but is a hassle because of the touch screen and too many flavors of soda to choose from, the soda machine ends up taking more of the customers'' time. Hopefully the owner or manger will read this review and take my suggestions into consideration. Also they need to keep their self serve ketchup stocked, there was no ketchup in the self serve area. Food may be good but customer satisfaction is everything because happy costumes bring money, while unhappy customers would rather spend their money else where no matter how good the food is. Food 5 stars! Everything else 1 star! read more

Establishment is nice and big gets busy since wings aren't around Glendale well at least a good hot wing place but good experience food was great wait time was good excited to have a hot wing place nearby read more

I'm giving 3 stars only because I liked the lemon pepper chicken. I also ordered Cajun chicken and mild chicken, but was not impressed. I am never ever coming back here. First, they don't give individual napkins. You get napkins from a roll of napkins bolted on the counter. Second, they only allow 3 dips. Extra dips are 69 cents so be sure to get extras if needed. The beans probably came out of a can. The most disgusting part was when the server brought out an order and dipped his finger into the sauce as if to taste it. He realized I was watching and quickly retracted. If you live in Glendale and don't want to go too far, then head over to Hot Wings Cafe. If you don't mind traveling farther, go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Wing Stop claims to be "the wing expert." Ha! That's funny! read more

I love Wingstop! 10-piece original hot combo is the way to go. Here's a tip though: when ordering take-out, remove your fries from the bag so they stay crispy! Everyone I've interacted with at this location is friendly and helpful. Plus, they're open till midnight! read more
