Yesterday afternoon I got the 6 piece chicken to go. It came with gravy. I like the batter and how crunchy it is. I wish more meat was on the chicken itself. And that it was a little cheaper because the price was $18.99. Service was alright. I had to wait 10 or so minutes for the chicken. It's in a mall so no natural light. Only artificial lights were on. There were at least 5 tables inside.

The husband loves Jollibee Chickenjoy. We usually go to the Panorama City location, but parking is horrible (small plaza, small spaces). This location inside Eagle Rock Plaza is much better with lots of parking on two levels. And with Seafood City, ChowKing, LBC and Valerio's Bakery within the same area of the mall, it's become our go-to place for my monthly Filipino errands. Target is an added bonus for other groceries and household supplies. To avoid the long line, I place my order using the Jollibee app. This has worked well overall. But on occasion, the wait is long and far beyond the pick-up time. This happened today, when they ran out of the spicy chicken (again). The upside to this is that the fried chicken is fresh, super crispy and so, so good. The downside is they prep our sides ahead of time, so they end up being lukewarm. My Palabok Fiesta was still good, but my husband's fries were terrible. The people are always nice and very courteous. There's ample seating inside and outside. The place is very clean.

Let me see... Once upon a time, the Bee was not so Jolly. I originally gave this place a scathing 1-star review because, let's be honest, customer service was a whole telenovela of eye-rolling, attitude, and "why-are-you-bothering-me" energy. Patrick, remember that? Aye. (Is he still even working here...lol) But plot twist... they have tremendously improved. The staff now? Way more pleasant, way more helpful, and--bless them--they actually look like they want to be there. The order checkers have been spot-on; I haven't been shorted a single item since, which was the source of my frustration back then. Simple things, but they matter! And let's be real: I don't care what anyone says--good fried chicken is good fried chicken, and Jollibee's fried chicken is exceptionally good. Original or spicy, that crispy crunch and juicy goodness will always have a chokehold on my lunch plans. I've also tried their chicken sandwiches in both flavors--also delicious, also dangerously addictive. Overall, Jollibee Eagle Rock redeemed themselves in flying colors. Service up, quality consistent, attitude adjusted. Consider this my well-earned upgrade from 1 star to a solid, happy 4 stars. Keep it up, Bee!

My review for this location is long overdue. This location has a more seating than other locations to accommodate the foot traffic here. The staff is always friendly and the food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. The food is always so good. My favorite here is the spaghetti. There is no where else you can get this flavor. Gotta love Jollibee

Oh man this place is busy, and there is a line, and so I had to try it , even if I was pushed by friends to try it. I ordered the 2 piece Jollijoy with coleslaw, and pineapple drink. The chicken was flavorful and crunch from the batter kept the tenderness of the chicken locked inside... nice. I enjoyed the coleslaw it's pretty good. The pineapple drink was very tasty, it is very sweet, be warned. Oh and a biscuit comes with , so that was nice.... It was hot and fluffy, not what I expected. As for ambiance, well you're in a mall so yea it's noisy and seating is tough to find, unless you go at a less busy time. They do have fountain drinks as well. Oh almost forgot, you have to try the ube pie, it's very tasty!

It is an interesting place with pretty juicy chicken and sandwiches, fries wasn't the best, they also serve pasta which i think is Phillipines food. Overall pretty pleasant experience. They also have some pineapple drink, which for me taste just like pineapple juice. Service is pretty quick since it is fast food. It has enough tables for people.

Two piece one spicey and one original w/ palabok noodles.

This review is for the Jollibee at the Eagle Rock plaza. After trying other fast food chicken places I can honestly say that Jollibee chicken taste better and is worth the price. The staff is fast and friendly which is rare nowadays. I got a two piece one spicey and one original both pieces were juicy and not dried out like its been sitting under a heating lamp all day. The gravy hits as well, it compliments the chicken and rice and raises it to next taste level. And for those who don't like sweet spaghetti try the palabok its rice noodles with a savory sauce, dont forget to add the lemon packet. Enjoy

This was an ok place but I will not go back . The chicken smelled weird but not to the point of not eating it . I just won't crave it anymore . The strips were better tasting but were cold and not as crispy. The burger was ok too but nothing special . Person who took the order was friendly and staff were nice. I wish the chicken was better tasting . It smelled funny like not a good quality chicken

Located in the eagle rock plaza, ample parking, clean restaurant, friendly staff. Food always hits the spot! Can't go wrong with some chicken joy and rice. Make sure not to forget the pineapple juice with your meal! Forever a 10/10!

Jollibee is my Los Angeles staple fried chicken fast food restaurant. I've been coming here since I was a kid and the nostalgia hasn't worn off at all. Note this location is in the mall which might be confusing for non regulars. Just follow your gps and park outside the double doors downstairs in the parking garage. The good news is this location is located inside not very far in. This spot gets busy so I recommend coming off hours. I came most recently on a Sunday at 2pm during a holiday weekend and it really wasn't too busy. They move quickly either way but I was only fourth in line which felt lucky. The staff hustle here and chicken is flying off the trays, that's how you ensure you're always getting a fresh bite. The chicken is constantly being fried fresh to order and it barely touches the tray before it's in a bucket and off to go. I always burn my mouth here because I can't wait for the chicken to cool down lol. The classics are their fried chicken of course dunked in their heavenly gravy. What makes this fried chicken spot the best is that the batter is uber crispy and the chicken is always juicy. Truly the best fried chicken in the game. The gravy is the perfect pairing to the chicken. For the sides I like them all. I usually do a family pack so I can get the mashed potatoes, white rice, and adobo rice. We need variety! lol. For dessert you can't not leave without trying a peach mango pie. Crispy and flaky goodness, you will become obsessed. To drink id highly recommend the pineapple drink as it's super refreshing and pairs nicely with the chicken. The food is always 5/5 yelp stars. Staffing and service is always stellar too. They never seemed short staffed as they crank out orders and are nice/officiant on getting you in and out of here. The packing is always just so cute and I appreciate that on the chicken buckets they provide the cooking times for those that are traveling with the chicken back home to know how to perfectly reheat the dish. This was helpful as I was warming up my leftovers the next day.

Chicken same size as the fork.

Branch going downhill.. portioning is terrible no wonder there's no lines anymore at this location. They're being so anal about their portioning! Chicken is as small as your regular fork now?! You guys raised the price and giving us small servings. Unbelievable

I had a positive experience with this Jollibee location. The food is very affordable. Ordered a chickenjoy bucket with half original and half spicy. I enjoyed both flavors. All the chicken had a crispy exterior and juicy interior. The pieces were nice and big. The chicken came with a cup of gravy sauce. The jolly spaghetti has a sweet-style sauce with plenty of ham and hotdog slices. It was good, although not amazing. It is a good dish to eat alongside their chicken. I always have to get myself a peach mango pie for dessert. It has a sweet and flaky crust and a yummy filling. You cannot go wrong with it. There is seating inside, but not a lot. Since it is located in the shopping mall, there is plenty of parking available.

    Martina T.

Located inside plaza with target and seafood city. Tons of free parking. Service is kind and sweet, food comes out pretty quick. The fries were ok. Chicken is very crispy and breaded and not too dry. The spaghetti is not my style, too sweet, but interesting.

So obvious and yet, in this vast cosmopolitan metropolis we call LA, known for its proliferation of fusion foods and hip gourmet pioneers galore, Mex-Medi cuisine is SHOCKINGLY far and few (if even that) between, that is, UNTIL NOW... But it makes sense doesn't it? The Arabs colonized Spain, the Spaniards did Mexico, and the Lebanese, while they may not have forced in the same history of intrusive involvement, nevertheless, they introduced Al Pastor, which is now virtually inseparable from what we call in the modern age, PROPER Mexican food. So duh! Given all that Middle Eastern and Mexican food should work and it DOES, ESPECIALLY here. Thank you, MUCHISIMAS GRACIAS señores and señoras for having my quintessential favorite -- the medi taco -- with Pastor ESPECIALLY. The kebob, the falafel, and just about anything among the quality staples of Mexican meats are just as well fine additions. And not only is the food to die for, but the service gives off an at-home dining experience; simply put, here they are very much to the ROOTS. Friendly faces, welcome attention, a REAL mom-and-pop operation, and when stopping by for these homey and amazingly delicious foods, what is better than feeling at home than imagining your sinking into a savory bite of Abuela's cooking while being embraced by her unmatched hospitality? HOWEVER, given what was mentioned about the scarcity of Mexican-Mediterranean eateries, I just WISH that this location was more visible and distinguished from the outside to show for the exceeded potential that the food has surpassed!!! But many would never know, or at the very leastmost, be hinted at. The color-flashing strip lights along the windows make it seem like it's any other Mexican hole-in-the wall or taco truck, just about ANYWHERE in LA, which it is DEFINITELY NOT. As a former CFO in a couple of catering industries with a minor of arts in still photography, I commend the quality but I remain critical of the presentation. In relating to aesthetics, it could do without the tacky lighting (both inside and outside) so as to stand out competitively against the exhausting clusters upon clusters of taquerias and Mexican restaurants painting all over this city of angels. Why reinvent the wheel when you invented the motor? You've already gone this far, as to my knowledge, running the ONLY Medi-Mex restaurant I've come to know, so why not take it all the way?, and let the exterior presentation show inside how excellent the food is provided that now the food has more than spoken for itself. Just my two cents. I'll definitely be coming back. My friends will too, if they can get past their pedestrian socialite vanity, beyond superficial, detached preconceptions, that this is NO ordinary Mexican restaurant. Presentations should be damned, but this is the world we're living in. The food may be good (in this case EXCELLENT), but the bitter truth is appearances DO matter. Join the pepsi generation and EXPAND! Respecto y amor only from a jaded and seasoned waspy foodie... - J.D.

However, since we came at night time where most of them were closed, we got parking right in front. This tiny burger spot seems to be run by just one person, so it helps that you can self-order at their kiosk. He was very attentive juggling between cooking the made-to order items, and check in on the costumers in case they had questions. After placing my order at their one device, it was roughly a 15 minutes wait. Here's what we ordered: CHEESEBURGER - $9.90 High-quality beef patty smashed with grilled onions, serviced on a toasted Martin's potato bun and topped with pickles and their fry sauce. I really enjoyed this rich tasting burger. I think that fry sauce was a huge factor...but also that soft bun...and that flavorful beef patty. I really enjoyed this. FRIES - $5.25 Golden Thing-Cut Fries. Perfect. I mean this was made to order so they were warm, crispy and so dang good! It's how fries everywhere should be! The crispy lace edges, the juicy center, the grilled onion, the slightly spicy sauce, the slightly sweet bun...all dreamworthy! Their sweet potato fries aren't all that great to look at, but omg, always perfectly cooked and salted! Perfectly complimented with the fry sauce. All that said, we were disappointed when we received our last order: 1. Packaging change (paper wrapped instead of cardboard box for the burgers) robbed the craveable edges of their crispness. Plus there was so much grease on the paper wraps it actually made it messier to eat than before. 2. The sauce has changed. The spice level increased (still not too spicy), but a side of sauce (which you pay more than a $1 for) is now sent in a premade branded packet. I have zero issues paying extra for a good sauce made fresh in-house, but instead of tasting like a fresh sauce made with mayo and spices, it now tastes of oil and spices and is not nearly as tasty. We noticed the difference on the burgers as well, so it seems like their sauce is all premade now and not nearly as good.

We came to this fast food restaurant in Pasadena because a friend highly recommended it, and I have to say it completely exceeded my expectations. While fast food may not be the healthiest choice, the food served here is honestly some of the best fast food I have ever had in my life. If you're looking to experience fast food at its absolute highest quality, I truly believe this is the place to visit. In my opinion, this restaurant is one of those iconic places that every tourist should experience. If you're visiting Los Angeles or anywhere in California, you should definitely make time to come here and try the food. As you can see, the line is incredibly long, and people are willing to wait because it's absolutely worth it. Even though they're extremely busy, everything is managed so efficiently. The staff was exceptional. Khaviar, his wife, whose name I unfortunately can't remember, and everyone else who helped us find a table were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Everything was spotless, organized, and high quality. Honestly, I don't even know how to write a review that truly does this place justice. I wish I could give it more than five stars. If I could, I would give it every star in the sky. This is not an exaggeration. No one asked me to write this review. This is simply my personal opinion. Whenever I visit a place, I always leave my honest thoughts, whether they're positive or negative. In this case, I can sincerely say this was one of the best dining experiences I've had. You'll be able to see even more in my videos because they showcase many of the unique things this place has to offer. They also have wonderful souvenirs that you can take home for yourself or for someone you love, making the experience even more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and I can't wait to come back. One thing to keep in mind is that if you're extremely hungry or not the type of person who enjoys waiting for food, this may not be the best time to visit. There is usually a long line, although it moves fairly quickly. After ordering, you'll also need to wait for your food, and if you're dining in, you'll have to wait until your table is ready and your number is called. For us, the entire process took about 30 minutes, which we considered very reasonable and probably a bit lucky. Depending on the day and time, other guests may end up waiting longer.

I came here for the first time in decades!!!! I love how clean and spacious it was. I was able to order from the kiosk and they charge you .10 cent for a small paper bag!!! I got a bunch of their different breakfast biscuits and hashbrown. It was good and I did not have a bad experience here.

Imagine my surprise when I stepped inside to find an extremely pared down version of what used to be there. As I am finding with many fast food places, you have to order from a kiosk. Since I was only need a little something to eat, I ordered a McDouble. Upon checkout, it asked me to grab a table number and enter it. There were no table numbers to grab. Strike one! Then I went to grab the receipt and it was out of paper. Strike two!! I took a seat and waited, anxiously keeping an eye out for my order since I had no table number. After a few minutes, I head someone shout out "McDouble" so I headed to the counter and retrieved my order. So much for bringing it to my table. Strike three!!! I opened my sandwich and found the thinnest, smushed McDouble I have ever eaten. the patties themselves were so thin, my thumbnail was wider than the two patties. And the top of the bun seemed like it had been pressed down so much it was barely thicker than the two patties. The burger itself was lukewarm and barely edible. Before you jump up and say "It's McDonalds. What did you expect"?, please know that I have eaten McDoubles plenty of times in the past. Not only was this was a poorly executed example, it is obvious that McDonalds is shrinking its patties and raising its prices. Same thing happened to their Fish Sandwich. First they started giving you a half slice of cheese and then they switch to a smaller rectangle of fish rather than the square one you used to get. Sadly, this will probably be my last McDonalds meal. I can get much better food for the same price at other local places.
