I was here 3 hours ago I really like coming to WingStop from Glendale because they have good wings and fries I recommend the spicy wings I loved them a lot. Great service also the soda machine is nice because there is a variety of choices to pick I always get lemonade. read more

It's hard to find good wings. They are either breaded, dry, flavorless and/or covered in sweet sauces. These aren't the best wings but good enough. Eating keto, wings are a perfect go to meal. WingStop has lots of good choices and sauces that aren't loaded with sugar. I prefer to make my own but this place is good for those lazy days. This location has good service and the wings have always been cooked perfectly. read more

This is the last time I come to this Wingstop such a horrible experience, the short blond cashier is such a horrible cashier she gave me the worse experience ever she does not know any customer service what so ever but thank god to the gentle men with earrings that he was able to help me out way better they should hire more people like him not like the other cashier that she was giving me attitude and making me feel silly. read more

Yo this spots legit!! Fernando helped us out with adding our orders and he was super chill. Great customer service. And the food was delicious, Wingstop has the best honey mustard lol read more

This place is amazing! The customer service is amazing and they just placed sun umbrellas outside and they have some lights outside that looks really nice at night. read more

This is the worst Wingstop I know they have multiple times messed up my order at times they even give me a completely different order they need to rethink who they hire there. read more

For an order promised to be ready at 3:00pm, I was still waiting in line at 3:40pm, missing the Super Bowl. I suggest everyone else to find a new "wings" place as well. read more

Got order messed up (possibly door dash's fault) but when I came in the guys working even very late at night hooked me up and replaced everything that was missing. Sad it got messed up but very happy they made up for it. Good wings!!! read more

Paulina the manager shouldn't be the manager. Made us drive back to the store to make us wait another 50 min to not even give us what we wanted but to refund and not even knowing how . This is ridiculous. I live up the street I come there multiple times a month . You just lost a customer because of poor management. Paulina was having a power trip. You have to satisfy your customer . Our chicken was under cooked and that is not a small mistake , but it does happen so when we come back to pick up after your mistakes , at least clean up after them. Horrible . Will never be back . In shock. read more

Lemon pepper is my favorite. I come here when I don't feel like waiting so much being served at other chicken wing restaurants haha. I also order ahead so I don't have to wait, usually the 20 pieces. I haven't had a bad experience with the customer service here. But the wait is a while. Overall, I'm still a pretty regular customer here and hope to stay that way read more

Bad fucken service. The employees are so damn rude. We called bc they forgot to put fries in our order and they ended up hanging up on us! What type of service is that! read more

I love this Wing Stop! The food is always consistently and perfectly prepared! The staff is friendly and it is always super clean...including the bathrooms! Today I stopped by and asked about a promo I saw online and the manager took care if it no problem! Great client service! read more

Wings and fries was great, but the service not so much. It was my first visit and unfortunately they missed a couple of items when handing my food :( My boyfriend and I wanted to try their fresh rolls and my bf got a burnt one. So bad he had to spit it out. Sure I could have gone and asked for another, but I already when up to them for my missing items. For a first impression I ain't feelin it. read more

Idk, I love wing stop but this location always seems to fail me :( every time I go, I hope that it'll be better but the 3-4 times I've gone, the wings are mostly under cooked and the fries are either cold or under seasoned. pls step it up glendale wing stop. read more

Now that business has been picking up at this new location, the service has tanked! Rude workers here and the owner now is the only location NOT accepting RetailMeNot 20% discount coupons. Placed an order and walked out! Would NOT recommend this location at all!!! I used to patronize this location at least once a week. I will show the owner that the customer is always right by never spending a dollar here again and telling everyone I know about the sorry service!!!! read more

Wow is all I can say, we did a online order to be picked up a hour later (12:45 lunch time) my coworker got there at 12:50 and my food is still not ready... Finally at 1:15 (30 mins after my food order time was suppose to be ready) it's ready, there goes our whole lunch without having anything to eat. The worst part is that their are not even busy and very rude!!! I guess this is what happens when no manager on duty. I can't believe how rudely we got treated. So I was so upset that I called the store and spoke to the closest thing to a manager named Richard. He just kept saying sorry and saying their weren't rude, he didn't even know how to act, he needs to be trained on manager skills! Wow there goes one place I and the rest of my team will not return to lunch! What a waste of time money and patients!!! read more

I think this is the worst wing stop I have ever been to. When it's close to closing time they start kicking people out by saying that they can't take dine in orders at 11:27pm with a shitty attitude. Tell your employees to take some classes in customer service, they actually need it. I wonder if their corporate office abides by these standards? read more

Fabulous Wings and Didn't grab the Servers Name but the one with the Ear Plugs was VERY NICE and went above and Beyond to Make Sure the Experience and service was satisfactory read more

Ur yelp page says delivery: yes and yet when i take the time to go onto your website i see it's either pick up or dine in. -_- get ur shi* str8 read more

I love chicken wings, so I always try new places. Every time I go out with my bf, we always get some wings before we come back home. So earlier today, we stop by at this place for the first time to try their wings. I asked the cashier, Jesus, for his opinion and he was incredibly friendly. He told us to try lemon pepper with extra crispy. OMG! That definitely my new favorite flavor wing now. Ohh, he also pointed out that fresh cookies that he baked earlier that day and they were so good too. read more

Their idiots,i ordered to go and they got my whole order of wings wrong, not to mention they undercooked their chicken which caused me to get sick .horrible never going to this location again read more

Took almost an hour for them to fulfill my order, which was a single 6 piece combo, giving me attitude the whole way. Wings came out stale and dry. When I asked to to be refunded they flat out said they can't. Definitely won't be returning! read more

It was clean. Great wings, the fries was delicious. Although, they didn't serve beer here and I know that the pasadena/arcadia one's do. Came here to watch a game but unfortunately no beer for me with my wings. Booooo. 3 stars for me read more

Everything here is pretty good, especially the mango habanero and the Louisiana hot rub. A little pricey for what you get but worth it from time to time. Sometimes they can over salt the food. Wait times can be very long DESPITE having an order online with a designated pick up time. I recently had an order during a sports event and even with having a designated pick up time of 5pm, i wasnt able to get my order and leave the place until 6pm. It seems as though they dont even prepare making your order until you physically arrive. I already paid for my order online so its not like im gonna ditch my order, and besides its already paid for, so if i dont even show up, that's on me. I understand that special events may cause it to be pretty hectic, but if you have an order thats already been charged, I should be able to just walk in, show proper documentation of my transaction and walk right out with my order. Ordering any other time that isnt a particularly popular event (boxing matches, super bowl, nba finals, GOT finale, etc.) hasnt been a problem though, however, again, they really dont start putting your order together until youre right in front of them. So be prepared to wait a little (or a lot) regardless of the online order option read more

The food is alright but the service is horrible. They messed up on my order twice - 1) I ordered 10 pieces but they only gave me 9, and 2) I ordered potato salad instead of fries but they gave me fries instead. When I told them about it they said they didn't even have any and they hadn't even started on making it either! I eventually got my 10th piece (they gave me an 11th piece as well) after showing them my receipt and I got my incredibly small potato salad as well. read more

Great spot for wings. Awesome managment too they are great. Great TVs to watch games as well.

This place serves wings. I like wings. Wings are spicy sometimes when you ask them to be. If you don't want them spicy.. Ask that they're less spicy. read more

I got a meal here a few days ago with half BBQ wings and Half "hot" wings. The wings were absolutely amazing. The fries were just okay. The service I received was also very good, and the server was very patient and helpful. The reason I knocked off 2 stars was because of the excess flies roaming around. Every time I tried biting into my wings, I had to swat a fly away. read more

Wing stop is franchised, so every wing stop is different. Got 3 flavors: smoke9, manga hab, and lemon pepper. I had the smoke 9 at another location in Inglewood and loved it. Here it tasted semi sweet? Something was off on it. The mango hab was a little too sweet for me and not spicy enough. Lemon pepper was on point. read more

This place was dirty! We sat there waiting for an order and I watched the staff dump the trash from the trays, push the garbage down into the trash with the trays and then took the trays and stacked them back in the kitchen for new order. NOT ONCE WERE THESE TRAYS WIPED DOWN! I watched this for about twenty minutes as our order somehow kept getting pushed back even though it wasn't bust until after we had been waiting a few minutes. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

I had such a bad experience here twice! We ordered our food online and it said the food we be done at 7:05. So we get there, we pay, and then wait patiently for our food. For 20-30 minutes! Any other wing stop I've been to other than this one has your food ready when they say it'll be ready or at least within 5 min. It was very frustrating since people that came after us were getting their food before us even though we ordered online ahead of time! This is the second time it happened too! Also too add I ordered my fries well done and they were obviously not well done. Definitely will not be ordering from this location anymore.. read more

Was craving for chicken wings, so hubby suggested to try this place. Place is huge! (it looks small from outside). They looked busy, taking lot of phone orders. We decided to order to go - lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, and original wings. We were spot on in ordering as the one who took our order said that these were the hot sellers. We also got their dips - blue cheese and ranch. The original was great... the rest were good but a little salty for our taste. Will surely go back and try something else.. read more

Called for a pick up order. They said it would be 20 mins. My wife gets there and asks for her order and they say it would be out in 20 mins. She waits about 30 mins. Come to find out they had our order sitting there on the side the whole time. When my wife complained, she was brushed off with a simple sorry and nothing more. I will never come here again. read more

Customer Service is awesome! Staff are very friendly and well trained. I will most definitely be returning.

BOO!!!!! I didn't get my ranch that I paid for. I called the restaurant and they are giving me credit for 5 free flat wings with ranch. I gave the A-OK rating but doesn't do me any good right now that I CAN'T enjoy my carrot sticks with ranch. I am disappointed with my order. read more

I wish I could give zero stars, worst service, major Attitude from the cook to the cashier. I don't get what there problem is.

Worst wings I have ever had. They were well done and had nomadic. The only thing redeeming about this place are the fries.

Good chicken cooked perfectly and came out on time. Cashier Alfredo was friendly and patient while taking my order and repeated everything back to me for correctness. 5 stars!!!! read more

There's a man/boy who works here in the afternoon/night and he is always so full of attitude. He rolls his eyes and sighs and I don't even know if it's to everyone or just me anymore, every interaction I have with him is terrible and isn't makes me never want to return, he barely makes eye contact and any time I speak he rolls his eyes. I don't know this kid outside of here I've never done anything to him! The food take forever to prepare and this employee makes the whole experience not worth going at all. My friends have even commented on how rude this guy is, like he can't be bothered to talk to us and we're the scum of the earth he has to deal with. I think I know his name but I'm not sure, even so I'm not a bitch and I'm not going to blast it here. read more

I set up a Yelp accout just for this purpose... where do I begin??? Service is horrible but you have the owner/manger to blame!! First of all , in comparrison to other Wingstops, this one completely lacks in quality... this is a new location, soo it is clear tht the owner is trying to cut corners by using old wings and fries tht taste dry and stale. Then he does not provide dipping sauce for boneless wings, only for the regular wings??? I bought and extra sauce for $ .69 gave him $.80 and did not receive any change. Nowhere in the restuarant does he advertise $.50 wings for Mondays and Tuesdays, then when I asked he reluctantly gave me the special although he made me buy a minimum of 8, and was trying to charge me over $5 for them.. Then he forgot to put in the order.. finally after 20 minutes, I went to ask, and then they proceded to make them at the time.. when I finally got my order, the wings were soo small they looked more like popcorn chicken. At this point, I had had it, soo I just asked for my money back.. the owner proceeded to the register and literally threw $ 3.00 at me ,a lthough I had paid nearly $5!!! I couldnt believe it!!! i just walked out at that point and I will never visit that location again!!! I would much rather drive to Burbank, where the quality and service is superb :) By the way.. this is only one horror story.. I shared my experience on FB and my friend said that just 2 days before , she had found a marble in her slider!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! read more
