Inside the Galleria food court is this new ish addition. A kebab shop that that does shawarma (on a rotating grill). There's chicken, pork and beef. I came here for the lavash wrap. It was a bit salty but tasty. You can have it loaded with onions, tomatoes, cilantro, peppers. I recommend it. If you like, you can get it filled with fries for $1 extra. That's how some Europeans eat it. Artie's also does a filled baked potato which you can't find elsewhere. The chicken tenders are the usual fare. Nothing to write home about. It comes with Ranch or ketchup. The fries aren't anything special. Thin and crispy. read more

Not very good. Got the pita shawarma steak add fries. It was small, meat was dry and hard. .99cents for like 6 pieces of fries. Meat was very salty and there wasn't enough sauce. It wasn't enough hot even though we opened it a second after we got it. read more

The first time I tried Artie's was in March 2025 and it was very good. I ordered the chicken strips and fries with a side of yogurt sauce which was given to me in a pretty decent container and I thought that was so cool. Second time I tried was towards December 2025 and it was okay with the exception that the fries were cold. Same order as before and the yogurt shrunk to a tiny dressing cup which is not worth the price. The third time I tried was in either April or May 2026 and I ordered the chicken nuggets, chicken strips and fries with a side of yogurt and this time the yogurt was ina tiny cup, I was disappointed. I decided to try the chicken shawarma since the place I used to order from closed down and the chicken shawarma was okay the chicken was dried and a bit hard. Everything else could have been great if the meat had the right tenderness. That's why they're getting 3 stars instead of 5. The service is good but they don't do refills on side orders only on combos. read more

The line cook with his "cooking gloves" touching his dirty phone. Right after this picture was taken, he was wrapping a shawarma for a few customers with the same nasty gloves he was on his phone with. No he did not change his gloves. First timer here. They've got a lot of options here at parties. Tenders, sandwiches, I think I saw gyros and of course French fries. I got there and went straight for the tender combo with a nice cold fountain Pepsi and a side of ranch. First I had the fries which is always a must. I don't understand anyone who don't go for the fries first I've met people who don't go for it first and they go for their let's say they get a burger then they get into their fries. Anyways I love them! They are shoestring and it was nice and crisp! I went to the tenders next and man it was so good! It was juicy and flavorful and it was descent sized too! I was struggling to finish the tenders but I did it haha My one gripe is that I wash the breading didn't fall out so fast like it came apart quickly after I picked it up but no biggie it was good anyways. I got the chicken shwarma pita, and it was delicious. The garlic sauce inside the pita doesn't taste like Zankou's thick blazing garlic sauce. The sauce inside the chicken pita tastes like the chipotle sauce of panera bread's breakfast sandwiches. They also offer jalepenos inside the pita, but don't worry they're not spicy, well for me at least. We were looking for something quick to eat at the mall and this place had the shortest line. We ordered two shawarma plates, one chicken pita wrap and one chicken and beef lavash wrap. The lavash wrap was B.O.M.B. I've had many skimpy shawarma wraps where I felt they were a penny too overpriced. This wrap has all the flavors of Middle East. They don't hold back on the protein, the salad is fresh, the bread is fresh and the sauce is very well spiced. The meats weren't dry or stale, they take it right off the rack and put it in the wrap. I got 3 Chicken Shawarma plates earlier today for dinner. The prices are fair along with the portion size which was huge. The side salad was also great. I ate at the new Galleria location twice and both times disappointed. The first time got a chicken pita wrap . Had a funny taste to it that you don't expect in a shawarma wrap. The price was about 10$ which was ok. The second time I got a beef lavash wrap , which was over 15$ and the guy taking the order said that the lavash wraps are bigger. The taste again was just mediocre and the lavash was actually the same size or smaller then the pita wrap. This wraps it up for me . They definitely need to find out what really goes in a shawarma wrap and the right sauces to give it the flavor. read more
