I'd heard great things and was genuinely excited to finally stop by. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite match the energy I came in with. When I walked in, I mentioned it was my first time and commented on how busy it seemed, trying to start on a positive note. The response I got back "we're actually a lot busier than this", felt a bit egotistical. I understand everyone can have off days, especially when it's busy, but a little friendliness goes a long way in making new customers feel welcome. Despite that, I still left a small tip because I didn't want to risk the service declining. The food came out fast, which I appreciated, but when I got home I realized there were no napkins, utensils, or ketchup included, basic things I assumed would be standard, especially for takeout. But most of all, my celery!! Also, I ordered the "8 Piece Combo" and was surprised there was no drink included. The word "combo" typically suggests a complete meal, not just food items. Always got the spicy buffalo wings (extra saucy!) cuz that's the traditional style and always wondered why anyone would get anything but! Well, it wasn't till my daughter ordered it and now that salty, zesty and lemony flavor won't leave my palate! Then I discovered you can get Buffalo AND Lemon Pepper together - the best of flavors in one! I always love how small their wings are. Whenever I think of wings, I'm usually more about the crispy out layer drenched in spices more than a mouth full of chicken meat. If I wanted chicken-chicken, I'll get a rotisserie chicken or similar but wings, I like them nice and small and lean. The curly fries is a must to pair with the wings. They're always so crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. And I love it when I get the super long ones that extend about 6-8 inches when you uncurl them. It's like finding a treasure! lol. I forgot our server name but she was good, and accommodating. Happy my friend decided to come here because it's been years since I've came. The food was good and done well. I ordered the 8 piece combo with half spicy bbq and the other half hot. For my side I substituted for Caesar salad instead of fries. My friend order fries and mozzarella sticks, and they looked really delicious as well. I tried a few fries and they were really good ! The inside it good for large parties and gets pretty busy. Good ambiance if you wanna hang out with your friends or chill and eat. Not too much decor just pretty much basic. You can park in front or in the back. I got the boneless wings, which reminded me of chicken nuggets and it came with a side of curly fries and ranch. The two flavors I went with were spicy bbq and hot. Although the spicy bbq flavor was not spicy nor tasted like bbq, it was still delicious. The hot was not spicy and was a bit too salty for me. The fries were crunchy and cooked to perfection. In addition to the wings and curly fries, I added an order of small veggies. It came with a lot of carrot/celery sticks. The service was amazing. Our server was friendly and funny. We sat down and not soon after we were asked to move to another booth because they wanted to seat another group there. I figured they'd at least include 2 or 3. The cheese fries had 2 visible pieces of sliced cheese melted on it. Cheese fries costs $2.25 more than regular fries. So you're telling me these 2 pieces of melted cheese are worth $2.25? Seems like management has started cutting a lot of corners to save some money but it's at the expense of customer satisfaction because this is laughable.
