The hotdogs are a little anemic, and it's tough to get excited about them when Costco still has their $1.50 combo (with a better hotdog). But there aren't too many hot dog places around, and I'm glad to have the option. Their kraut dog was disappointing. Their Chicago dog was decent. So were their fries (I got them when they were just freshly made). And they offer a variety of lemonades and teas if you want to skip the soda. The prices are decent, but again, tough to compete with that Costco deal. Would probably come back to try other things on their menu. Edit: Tried their burger, which was pretty good, but I'm really just here for the dogs since burger places are a dime a dozen. Their burger can compete with other burger joints, so if you're with others who don't want a hot dog, they have alternatives. I also tried their corndog (too sweet) and a chili cheese dog (was okay). They're all beef and polish dogs cost more, but taste much better. Their fries have actually been pretty consistently good. Their lemonades as well. I do note the lack of relish as an option which seems strange for a hotdog place. Again, Costco's hotdog tastes as good as Wienerschnitzel's premium dogs, but for much less. I mention that cause I'm at Costco every so often, but I guess if you're in this area (no Costco nearby) and want a hotdog, this place will do. Ok so their chili cheese fries has a place in my heart due to my high school being nearby and having it almost everyday for months on end for lunch Their vanilla cones are a bit worse than McD's but it's noticeable. I think if you want a milkshake then you're at the right place. We had driven by this place a few times and finally decided to drop in. It is a classic hot dog and hamburger place. One thing I liked from the start was that the menu was unique. I decided on the chili hamburger and fries while my brother had the hot dog. I liked the burger, even though the chili did not have much spice to it. The fries were pretty average. My rating is not a reflection of the location or staff but mostly the food. I don't think I've ever had Wienerschnitzel before and when I started working in this area I decided to try it. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean. But omg the food sat on my stomach like lead!!!!! I ate it at noon and 9 Hours later my stomach still hurt and I didn't want to eat anything. I mean sure, it has nothing to do with the breaded veal steak of it's namesake, but what the heck. This location is clean and served a delicious chili dog and corn dog. I grew up waiting for those monthly coupons, and would always beg my family to get them before they expired. So basically, I haven't changed. I got the chili cheese dog with chili cheese fries and jalapeno poppers. Hot dog itself was average in my opinion. It wasn't the best hog dog that I ever had but considering it was a fast food chain, I was happy with the quality. What really blew me away though was their chili cheese fries. I usually don't like my fries soggy but this one was really different. Although the fries were soggy, it complemented the cheese and chili really well. Their jalapeno poppers really impressed me a lot as well. It was just juicy and cheesy enough.
