The folks that work here really understand customer service We had a complicated party order to accommodate different diet needs . The staff was very accommodating and got everything right They were so friendly and didn't seem annoyed at any of the requests read more

Just moved to Glendale so I've only been here once at night but the staff member who helped me was very friendly! Good food and good service

Soooo fresh! I saw a trending sandwich on IG today and I knew I needed to go in. Besides the parking, everything else is just amazing. Fresh food, great seating although I took it to go and the service was exceptional today by the young ladies working. They truly made my experience better there today. Vibes are always great, quick in and out. Super super sweet employees. read more

I stopped into Jersey Mike's this morning to get a gluten free tuna sandwich. I love their tuna! It's delicious. Isabelle was so nice and made me a great sandwich. Sometimes people act like it's a big deal to change gloves and use gluten free bread, but she was very cool about it. Thanks, Isabelle! read more

It was okay I came back here cause it's near by most workers are slow still even when it's empty some of them focus on mobile orders more than most I had an okay decent time I just wish they had more staff honestly. The sandwhich was okay the food was decent I've tried other places of Jersey mikes not so sure why this one is lacking, nobody is really that interactive nor do they listen honestly but at least my sandwich was done. read more

I stopped by Jersey Mike's to grab food for my wife and me, right after someone placed a large order of 15 sandwiches ahead of us. Grace and Brendan were the two team members working, and they were in the middle of preparing that order when we walked in. Even under that pressure, they stayed efficient, organized, and professional. What stood out most was how they managed the large order without losing awareness of the rest of the customers, acknowledging each person as they came in and keeping the line moving. Their communication with each other and with customers was clear, respectful, and upbeat. They showed excellent teamwork, time management, and customer focus, handling a high-demand moment without letting service slip. If I had my own business, I'd hire both of them without hesitation. Employees like that are hard to find, and they deserve to be recognized. read more

I literally drove 17 minutes out of my way because the google reviews said 4.7, and I am 100% confused on how and why. The wait is so long, and it wasn't even that many of us. However, the workers in the back were focused on other tasks than the customers and quoting TikTok viral quotes. I couldn't believe that they kept leaving the one lady at the front to take orders and make everything! Surely the trash could've waited. I don't like when they're working on other orders, and ask what you want at the same time. 9 times out of 10, you'll have to repeat or correct them when it finally becomes your turn/ that's happened to me. With multiple items on my wrap. The toppings needed to be replenished, and the counter and tools could've been replaced or kept better. I don't get mikes way, so I don't want the residue of it on my items. Floors had spills and whatnot, just doesn't make sense. Anyway, I ordered the club sub on a wheat wrap. I wouldn't drive out of my way again. The stars I gave are for the one who served me. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #8 Club Sub - Sandwiches Near Me - Glendale, California

Yesterday we made a large order of 40 lunch kits to take to a local shelter the next morning (today). The Jersey Mikes team this morning was A+ ensuring that we had our order on time before their store even opened and they went above and beyond. Exceptional customer service and great sandwhiches as usual. Unfortunately I did not grab their names, but they were absolute rockstars. (November 18 morning crew) read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Our large order of Jersey Mikes lunch boxes! - Sandwiches Near Me - Glendale, California

Service was f****** awful, employees took damn near 25 minutes to serve three people. Every time I come here I always gotta ask them to wipe the sandwich bar that always happens to be dirty. And they only use a little scraper to clean it not even a clean towel which is crazy. Employees took their sweet time today by only having one person making one sandwich at an alarming slow rate while everyone else is in the back or off the side cracking jokes. The GM and manager seriously need to get this place in order! This is why I rarely come there anymore. read more

Came here yesterday during a lunch rush. I did not appreciate the fact that the 2 employees were doing nothing to acknowledge the long line of customers waiting to place orders. I could see that they had quite a few online orders to catch up on, but they should have been letting in store customers know they would be right with them, sorry for the wait, etc. at the very least. I waited about 30 mins just to place my order and even then I was not addressed by the worker, I just had to slide my order in there when he finally looked up or I would have been waiting forever since they only seemed focused on the online orders. In hindsight I really should have just left. After all that time waiting, the sandwich was mid, nothing special. I hardly eat at Jersey Mike's but I will not be back after this experience. read more

I can't even begin to express how incredible the customer service is at this location! I just got off of the train from San Diego and was hungry for a solid sub and I knew jersey mikes would deliver! Walking in, the store was clean, vibrant and had great music playing. The type of environment you want to find yourself in on a Friday afternoon. The number 7 will always hit the spot, but let me tell you what stood out about this visit. The employees Skye and Jonathan really made my sandwich trip noteworthy. They were incredibly friendly, kind and attentive. I told them I had just traveled in and they pointed me to local gems to not miss! The bar has been raised when it comes to my experience at jersey mikes between the two of them! read more

At 2:46 pm on 8/14 I arrived to order a giant #3 on a white roll. It appears that the staff ran out of white rolls except for one very small misshapen roll. This is the second time I've arrived when the staff ran out of white rolls and tried to sell me a small substandard roll. read more

I am a regular at Jersey Mike's. Their sandwiches are great. This is the first time I've visited this branch at the Americana in Glendale. I placed my order for curbside delivery. I drove around the very long block two times looking for a space. There was none. So I turned right into the driveway for the restaurant parking. I had to pay $5 for parking and they wouldn't validate the parking. There's no excuse for that and without notice of that potential problem. As far as I'm concerned they owe me $5. I won't be back to that Jersey Mikes! They apparently did not consider that when they selected that location. An obvious problem. read more

If you work in the mall and want to come here on your lunch break I don't recommend anyone coming to this location at all whoever they had working today at 5:30 were unbelievably slow I spent 25 min waiting in line to place my order with only 2 people waiting ahead of me and they only ordered one sandwich each horrible experience I ordered my lunch and now I have no time to eat it even the two people ahead of me were upset IM PISSED read more

The food was fine, the dude working there did seem like I was bothering him by existing, lol. But honestly, the place is a mess. The machines are not clean, there's crumbs and meat flecks everywhere. He barely cleaned the cutting board before assembling my sandwich on it. I was pretty grossed out but he was already making my sandwich and I didn't have the balls to cancel my order. I can't imagine the last time they cleaned the meat slicer, it looks disgusting. Ok now I realize he left a few items off of my sandwich as I was distracted with the state of the store. This sandwich sucks. Won't be returning. read more

Honestly this was probably the worst customer experience. I've ever encountered at a jersey mikes! The workers here act like they just don't want to help anyone. Which I understand, I've worked in hospitality during my college years. So I understand how overwhelming it might be at times. I walked in midday wanting to order a sandwich. The guy taking my order seemed annoyed I was even there placing an order. I ignored it and continued adding to my order (which was already a red flag) The guy who charged me at the cash wrap didn't replace his gloves after cutting my sandwich in half. I don't think I'll be returning to this location. There are other reviews on here having the same experiences. They have a big sanitary issue here. read more

Food is always good. Service is good, small inside. I love #13. I'm looking forward to trying the tuna.

This review is for a visit on 2/21/25 around 7:20pm. I ordered a sandwich online and came to the store shortly after placing the order. While waiting, three young men were working behind the counter. They were completely unorganized, obnoxiously loud and fumbling around. Several orders placed by others had been messed up as they weren't following instruction well and were too busy goofing off. Lots of people waiting and getting annoyed. Where were the managers and why were 3 kids left to run a shift on their own? 30 minutes of watching the debacle and I finally got my sandwich. read more

Our 80% of the time sub place. This sub is a solid **** at anytime. Our go to solid is the Italian with pepperocini and red relish.

I work at the Americana & I love Jersey mikes subs and today especially was a very welcoming service. Both Grace(sorry if I misspelled the girls name) and Brendon were super helpful and enthusiastic even though they had other orders they were super friendly and for once I felt welcomed at this location. I really recommend this spot but please please be nice to these workers they get various online orders so order ahead and be patient! My sandwich was above expectations!!! :) Thank you to both of you! See you soon! read more

Walked in at 8:45pm and they said they're closed already. So how did I walk in if you're closed? Can't make a cold sandwich in 2 minutes? Terrible customer service. Don't come here. Ambiance and employees bad. Wonder how the owner feels. read more

I'm a man of my word, so Andy and Brendon, 5 stars. Delicious sandwich and great service. Thank you Gents.

Love Jersey Mike's & love this location! The staff is always super friendly & helpful. The only downside is trying to get curbside pickup. If the power-hungry parking people are out, they'll try to ticket you while waiting 10 seconds. Not the restaurant's fault! On my visit on 3/13, I received the most amazing service. The District Manager, RJ, was in. He raises the bar on customer service & is in a category all his own. He totally made my day & fueled my week with much-needed Monday smiles. Thank you, RJ! You're first class all the way!! read more

My wife and I came in at near closing time, but the staff were still welcoming and very helpful.  I ordered my staple, Number 17, Mike's Famous Philly and it is as I wanted, and much the same as I get in other Jersey Mike's locations.  I had them cut the sandwich into 3 and I was accommodated of my request.  My wife doesn't have the same size gullet as I do, so a third of the sub is good for her... The store is very clean and well lit.  I came in and was greeted immediately upon entry. Pandemic precautions were in place - masks required for entry, social distancing, hand sanitizer available, and the staff were masked and gloved as well. As I said, the staff and very helpful...and still all in smiles in spite of it being late in the night.  I did not make a mistake of going to this store for my evening meal... read more

2 perfectly made sandwiches from this location. I was hoteling nearby on a stopover enroute to Vegas for the 2020 Labor Day Holiday weekend. Caught them at opening and ordered a # 7 (pictured) and their famous #17 Philly steak. Two thumbs way up to this location. Glendale's really a cool town. read more

This review is for the extremely rude employee at this Glendale jersey mikes location. I was beyond dissatisfied by the employee and also the sanitation of the store. I walked into the store at 8:38 pm on 01/08/2025 with plenty of time to place an order before the stores closing hours which is 9 pm. The sign still said open and there wasn't anyone besides me and a friend in the store. Automatically the employee had a bad attitude and impression on his face once we walked in. As I started placing the order he got frustrated at me for ordering 8 regular sized sandwiches that I already had written down to make it easy and quick. He stopped me in the middle of my order and said this is going to take 25 minutes to make and next time call to place the order if it's a big order. First and foremost, the store is still within operating hours, second it doesn't matter if it's only one sandwich or ten, he has no right to try and refuse taking my order and trying to convince me to not place the order by telling me it will take time to make it. At that point I let him know that it's not my first encounter and that I know as a customer I'm suppose to be served even if I had walked in a minute before 9 pm. He took my order and after all that unnecessary attitude the 8 sandwiches were done by 9:02 pm. I normally wouldn't write a bad review but, that was not acceptable considering I had walked in on time and had my order ready. I hope employees who get hired for these positions get more training on how to respect customers as much as create their food. Also this was by far the dirtiest counter at any Jersey Mike's location I have ever been too. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Disgusting counter top ... - Sandwiches Near Me - Glendale, California

I really enjoy the sandwiches here, which have always been excellent. I'm leaving a three-star review because you don't know if you will get a sandwich when you come in. I came in a few months ago and both me and another woman were told it would be 15-20 minutes before they could get to our order. The workers were in the middle of making a huge take-out order, and would not find time for our single sandwich orders even though we had taken the time to physically come in! The woman and I both made our way around corner to Mendocino Farms instead, so it worked out. But I think perhaps this policy should change to give more priority to people who visit the store in person. read more

Came here yesterday and this is the worst location ever. No parking anywhere. I walked in and it was super dirty. Everyone was messing around and by the time I got my sandwich it took forever. I'm never coming here again read more

Had an order show up wrong from doordash and the staff was so helpful, kind and sweet! They remade my sandwiches so quickly and seriously were the best! Elijah K was amazing and helped me with the terrible experience I had at the Jersey Mikes Colorado store. They are always unorganized there and rude. But this jersey mikes is the best. Elijah is on it, always giving the best service possible. And the customer service specialist Gia is unbelievably amazing. I will forever be coming to this jersey mikes The staff here and management really make this one special than the others!!!!!!!! read more

Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time this year and have been coming back for more at least minimum twice a month. Love your Mike's style option and just all the other options that are available. The store is always clean and super fast service. You guys actually care for customers not to wait for more than 5 mins when placing an order. Also they have a point system that works wonders for someone who orders here often. read more

The food in this cafe is delicious, but the service shocked me today. 04/18/2024 I was in this establishment, the girl at the checkout who gave the order was nervous and rude, I was shocked!!!!! read more

Girl with colored hair and glasses makes the worst sandwich then complains aloud so that the poor customer can hear! "It's a sandwich just eat it!" I oversaw the whole thing. Everyone makes mistakes but a bad attitude has got to go for customer service. Throwing a tantrum because you have to remake a sandwich is about as bad as it gets. I was picking up an order but I'll never eat here again after that! I work in Burbank so I can go to that one. This one sucks compared anyway. read more

Extremely disappointed in this jersey mikes location. Walked into pure chaos, and disgust. The food counter where the sandwiches were being made were cross contaminated. Gloves were not changed when making a new sandwiches, ended up with a banana pepper in my food (which i hate). I understand that this is a busy location, but it seems like there are a lot of changes that need to be made. Very sad that I have to write such a bad review. Hopefully the cleanliness of the store can be addressed, and the speed in which the food is made increases. read more

Doing a GrubHub delivery here, came in they said order is late and need to wait 10 minutes. The store was not busy I was one of 3 people in there. I've had good experiences at other Jersey Mike's locations but mine at this location left me extremely disappointed. I ordered a #9 club supreme which is my usual order but the bread was very stale and dry. On top of that, there was a significantly less amount meat than I normally get and the lettuce was too soft and yellow (seemingly almost spoiled) leaving me with mouthfuls of stale bread. This specific location has been the only one to serve such subpar subs. I will not be coming back. read more
