Excellent customer service. Their food is delicious! Would totally recommend it over buffalo wild wings (: price is pretty decent but with the quality of the taste I think its really worth it. read more

I always try to make it on Sunday or Monday for their 60 cent boneless wings! Original buffalo will always be my favorite :)

SPICY KOREAN FOR THE WIN!! My new found love! Service was great! Food was fresh and flavorful! Didn't make the fries till i got there to pick them up, which i appreciate. Earned my business. read more

Wings were great and the environment was clean. They didn't have water cups but the manager was kind enough to go to the restaurant next door and get us water cups. Would come back again :) read more

Horrible service, wrong order, no knives, salty fries, no blue cheese, no wipes at the end to wipe off the wing sauce like they have it at Buffalo Wild Wings. the food took around half hour just for 30wings. Never this place again. read more

Made a phone order pick up around 11 came here and still waiting been 30min for just 6 piece combo smh

Wingstop is my favorite place ever !! So it was right that even on my trip down to Disney I would stop at one. We got here around 11:45 ready to possibly be turned of away by the time but we were warmly welcomed by the guy at the register who was super nice and friendly. Before I was even done filling my drinks my order was called I was a little worried just because it had been less than 10 minutes but we checked everything and it was all correct. Once back at the hotel everything tasted right the only thing I will say is the fries were a bit on the cold side but not to much. The service was fast and the people were friendly. Kind of made me jealous that my wingstop back at home weren't this fast. But overall they were amazing ! read more

So good !!!! One of the workers talks too much though. He literally has the the menu and specials memorized and tells u everything ..chill lol but he's nice :-) read more

Wings are great staff are also great but when it comes to taking the order correctly they fail my order was made wrong!!! Hopefully it doesn't happen to other people read more

Last Saturday Me my wife and her brother I-law came to this location because we were craving wings and ordered a family pack to go that cost me 107 dollars. Apon ordering the employee was very rude to us and was yelling at us telling us to hurry up. I said excuse me don't be rude and then another person helped us. They don't use hair nets nor gloves. When we got home I found a pice of hair in my food so so I called to complain to the assistant manager and he said I'll give u 20 free pieces and I said that's not gonna cut it and he replayed well that what ur gonna get. Then I asked him to have the owner please give me a call and he said I'm not gonna do that. Everyone PLEASE STAY AWAY from this place read more

ZERO STARS. They get my order wrong every time, not sometimes, every time. They are the worst. I mean the worst. Save your self the hassle. I would rather stub my toe. Stab yourself in the eye with a fork, that would be more pleasant than trying to communicate with the staff at this place. AVOID AT ALL COST. SAVE YOURSELF... read more

Bad customer service.. waited for over 45 minutes for my order and clerks laugh at your back!

I really love the place it filled with such high energy and so welcoming . There was a guy named guillermo I think he really took I charge when there was a lady making a big scene I was surprised that he was only 18. he was really helpful and the whole store is good I see myself going every week read more

this is the best place in the universe idc what yall think. best wings! and the fries are bomb idky yall dont like em . 10/10 reccomend

Has been a while sense it opened and I feel it's just getting better, the price is really good when you buy combos and when it's Monday or Tuesday you get your money's worth for sure. 50 cent wings too beast. read more

Two stars because 50 cent wings on Monday and Tuesday are a good deal. No other stars because the flavor of their teriyaki wings is pretty bad. It tastes like chewing soy sauce, and is overwhelming in an not so great way. Also, there was a girl working the counter who had long black hair that wasn't pulled back at all, which is just asking for hair in your food. read more

This is the worse place ever the people there act like they are just so lost and rude I really don't know why any of them have jobs when there are people that would do a much better job . Every single time I go they mess up my order there so rude when I ask for ranch the Asian guy is such an ass and always rude to my wife I don't know how many times I have had to snap on these please something needs to be done about this I love wing stop like Rick Ross so I would love to stay a loyal customer but some changes need to be done there asap now to find corporate's phone number..... read more

Very nice, cozy spot, but the lady just had a bad attitude with me during and after my order. It just left me feeling awkward and out of place for coming in, in the first place..... read more

Worst service ever, did online order today at 11:45 am for 5:30 pm pickup, showed up first questioned that made order, then after supplying receipt informed that my 100 wing order was not done or even started. Same thing happened on Super Bowl Sunday this year, avoid this place. Totally understaffed and unprofessional read more

Staff is okay, I suppose there is a few that messees it up for the rest of the friendly employees. Food was great though, and environment is cleanly read more

great service, friendly staff. definitely would recommend to friends. really treated me as a priority

Horrible place. I've been waiting for 20 min to get my order . The tables have not been cleaned and food is all over the tables. Staff is taking their sweet time . read more

The wings are always bomb (perfect for our Keto diet!) but it took almost 30min to get our wings (no fries). I recommend ordering over the phone or the app read more

NASTTTTTYYYYYYYY. They use nacho cheese for their cheese fries and the wings are so disgusting especially boneless.

It took them 25 minutes to make 10 hot wings and they at the end they told me to leave cuz they were closing and i had a long way to go so i left hungry and left the order there. Their service is horrible whole team needs to be changed. Won't ever go back in any of their locations!!!! read more

I've haven't ate here in a while due to a horrible employee, but during my recent visit I've notice the staff is more friendly now. A worker named Bryan attended my friend and I very well and made us feel welcomed. He showed every costumer the same great attitude, very excellent costumer service. Despite the inconvenience from last time, I believe I'll return more when Bryan is available. read more

This Wingstop location has by far the Best service in all of California the staff the service was A number #1 this Wingstop location has a well deserved A ratings if I win the lottery I will buy this store and give the whole staff a raise five Stars! read more

They tell you 17 minutes to make your wings takes more like 35. Bad service. On top of that the wings (classic) were disgusting btw. Hot wings in Glendale is way better. read more

Cashier Sabrina is very rude and looks like she doesn't like her job. I come here very often and looks like wingstop keeps hiring rube employees. Even though i like the food there, im most likely never coming back here because of the service. I asked for cup for water, cashier Sabrina said "here why dont you grab it. Horrible!!! read more

I am being generous with 2 stars I went last night ordered at 5:32 on my receipt I was told 14 minutes, I saw people who came in after me get their order before me so I asked one of the guys at the counter about my order he said they are making it next. I finally got my order at 6 pm. There was another customer waiting next to me he said he called in his order and he still had to wait 20 minutes. I think I'll stick with Hot Wings Cafe they make my order quick and the wings are always great sorry WingStop. read more

Thought we'd give this place a shot instead of driving out to Butbank's for Buffalo Wild Wings. I guess I'm a little biased because I'm used to the servers coming by to take orders to your table and serving it when it's out as they do at Buffalo Wild Wings. And they charge for the celery/carrots on the side and you're limited to the amount of sauces you can get for free. Servers were okay, food was mediocre with a side of very salty fries, nothing really that great about the place. Woulda given a 3/5 if they had actual napkins on tables instead of paper towels that you see in the bathrooms. I think we're gonna stick to the other place from now on. read more

Hi, my name is Brian, and my wife is a Wingstop addict. I love that they know what my wife always orders, and when we call we can just come and pick up our wings with the Louisiana Rub, Mild Sauce, and whatever else we add to our order. Their wings have a good amount of meat on them, unlike other wing places around, and the sauce is boss. I moved from Glendale, and still come back to this Wingstop because they're so good. They've got the best wings around L.A. that I've had. read more

Great customer service. It was my first time ordering by myself so I was a bit lost but the person taking my order was super helpful. The food was also great. Definitely coming back again read more

The tenders were not good; oily, and too salty. But bad tenders can be forgiven with good dip. Unfortunately, the dips were all terrible. Ever dip we got, buffalo, teriyaki, bbq, were just terrible! Bad flavor and SOOO SALTY! We'll never eat here again. Oh, and the fries were limp and soggy. Your better off going to Popeyes down the street. read more

Went there on a Monday around 4 o'clock there was two cashiers they're very horrible service they should be fired. Right when I walked in there was about eight tables dirty. They were out of menus. I asked the cashier to please clean the table and she did it with a very bad attitude. And I will never be going again because there very horrible service. read more

My order was completely wrong! The boneless chicken was way too salty as well as the fries.. I was only able to eat a few pieces with the help of ranch dressing... read more

This place is a joke. I ordered a dozen wings and they were so small you would think I would need a microscope to find the wings. The price was high for wings giving you the impression it will be worth it but it didn't even taste good. Hands down the worst wing place I've even tried.... it's a joke read more

Rude and horrible customer service. Barely sauced boneless and had this hint of rancid butter/oil smell. Barely any flavor on the boneless wings and they charge extra for ranch! Its gross without! Potato salad is way too garlicky and not ad amazing as they say it is. Fries are nothing special. Can't believe they can actually make a profit running a joint like this. Hopefully this is an isolated incident for this location. But a horrible first time. read more

Every time I walk into this location I'm so pleased with the service! Everyone is so nice and I never have to wait long for my food. Today Richard was there, a new face for me but the service was the same! They seriously need a tip jar! read more
