I usually do not give bad reviews. But this restaurant has the upmost most terrible service ever. I was there at 7pm placed an order for 35 wings and 2 orders of fries . They messed up the order first told me I have to drive back with the bag of food so I can get another one. In total I drove an hour driving back and forth and back and forth when I asked for a refund the lady said no after back and forth asking to know the managers name numbers and when he or she may be in she said Get the fuck out my store and said that the customer isn't always right. Mind you I'm standing there for a 60$ order with 10 wings in my bag. After coming home for the 2nd time I should've thought better and they messed up the order for the second time leaving out the fries the wings and the 10 boneless wings. Simply asking for a refund turned into an argument from their girl employee to telling me to get the fuck out "her" store. The wings here are outstanding, but that's not all that's great about this Wingstop. I help run a free math tutoring program that runs on Sundays at the local YMCA for kids who need the tutoring and can't afford private tutors. Today the Y was closed for construction and forgot to tell us. We went looking for a place that could accommodate our program, and the manager here was kind enough to let us use the space to tutor. Big, huge thumbs up to Wingstop for that! Naturally, I got food and drink for everyone. Wings and fries were excellent--what can you say? Very flavorful, had several different sauces--original hot, mild and BBQ and folks ordered a couple of others that I didn't hear--and they were all good, everyone enjoyed theirs. My finance and I decided to give this place a try as it's local and pretty new. I wouldn't recommend it. First off, it took 20 minutes to get our food. I know that it's made fresh to order, but coming from a person who used to be a kitchen manager, wings and fries do NOT take that long to make. While waiting for our food, I was subjected to having to listen to the employees gossip with one another, cursing, talking about sex and a customers "fat ass"; the whole nine. Not only that, but I got to watch the employees making my food massaging each other, and then not use gloves to make our food. We finally got our food, and it was sub par. The Louisiana Rub and Teriyaki sauce left much to be desired. The blue cheese dipping sauce tasted awful, definitely not homemade. And if it is, that's sad. My fiancee got the Hawaiian sauce and it was overtly sweet. He also got Garlic Parmesan, which were okay, but not great. ALL of the wings were EXTREMELY greasy. The fries were limp, and undercooked. Except for the bottom of the bag fries, which were hard as a rock. The fries in general were disgusting. I'd say the highlight of the meal was the fact that they had fountain Dr. Pepper. All said, I've had better wings at a dive bars. You want good wings? Go Thai O'Brien's in Bayonne. I'm sure there are countless other places to get better wings rather than Wing Stop. This is our 3rd attempt at getting wings at this location. It is almost impossible to call in an order as people answering the phone have a very difficult time understanding the English language. My son likes their wings so I kept trying until I realized we had to go in person so we could correct all the mistakes before we got there. We tried online ordering on Super Bowl Sunday. The order would not go through as a notice kept saying that you could not order between 4 PM and 5 PM. We were ordering around 1 PM. There was no way of knowing when we submitted the order if it went through or not, So we called to see if the order went through. So I don't know if the service has changed since i went I am just writing this review based off my experience. To start off we went to WingStop couple days ago. This was our first time coming to this location. We placed and order for pickup they gave us a time frame to come between 7 and 7:15. When we got there it was 7:14 and our food wasn't ready yet which was fine since we were a bit early. Couple minutes went by and it was 7:20. That's when I went up to front ordering station thing or whatever I asked if my order was ready and they that they didn't find an order under my name. The lady that was re-taking my order had no idea whatsoever on what she was doing. So she had to call in someone from the back to do it another 5 minutes wasted. After that it was around 7:30. We kept waiting and at 7:45 it was finally ready. The food was really good actually I would get it again however i hope that the service is better next time. Really liked the food, however very expensive. Placed an order for delivery ($46) on September 23rd and never received my food. Called the store to let them know and they told me that I needed to call door dash even though I didn't order through door dash. Door dash couldn't assist. Called the store back and they were extremely rude and said they couldn't refund me. I was persistent and called the next day asking to speak with a manager. The man was extremely rude and threatened to hang up on me. He allegedly took down my name and phone number and said he'd have a manager call me back. No one ever called me back. I've since been in contact with corporate on a weekly basis and STILL no refund! This is now 3 months. Horrible customer service on all ends. This was my first visit to a WingStop. It was a Saturday at 12:30pm. The place was empty but it sounded like there were non-stop telephone orders. People filed in afterwards though. After some time, I decided on 8-piece boneless wings with Cajun and Lemon Pepper flavors. It came with french fries and a fountain drink. There are two areas designated for pre-order takeout and pre-order dine-in. The food is cooked to order so it takes a little time if ordering in person. I enjoyed my meal while watching college basketball and listening to modern alternative rock tunes , not to mention the ear piercing vulgarity and ebonics from a local "lady" customer. The flavors were great. The chicken was just fine. The french fries which made up the majority of the meal luckily were also great. read more

Post-gym hunger led me to Wingstop for some protein. Got a dozen boneless wings of two different types to go. Entire car ride home I smelled deliciousness in the back seat. When I sat down to eat at home, I could not be more disappointed. The wings were terrible. I have never tasted something more salty. I could take a swallow in the dead sea and probably taste less salt. The seasoning was excessive to the point where I was becoming nauseous and had to stop eating about halfway through. Sorry but I would not eat these wings again if they were given to me for free. Where do I begin. I've been to this fast food wing spot 3 times always giving them the benefit of the doubt. This was my last time trying. I tried numerous flavors, all were disappointing. I tried boneless and traditional. Both also as disappointing at the sauces. Keep in mind as you read this review that I have worked in restaurants before, as a waiter and as a manager. First time I wanted extra sauce because with 24 wings you get 3 sauces and with the 50 wings you only get 4 sauces..To me that doesn't make sense. I tried explaining to the women that I should have ordered two 24 piece so I can have 8 sauces and she did not split up the order and charged me for all the extra sauces. Fine I get it but this is what really got me. I had ordered 24 boneless wing combo on a Tuesday which is 60¢ special when I got there the bill was full price no special. I asked why and the lady responded saying I ordered traditional which I did not. I had other people in the car reassuring me, I said boneless. So mistakes happen. But in a business where customer service Is key, you make exceptions. Instead of saying sorry what would you like to do or asking if I wanted to Change them to boneless or just charge me the 60¢ special, So I don't have to wait.
