Our daughter went in to pick it up and came out with two pizza boxes. When we asked her where the chicken was, she said that is what they gave her, Red flag #1. They didn't even mention the missing item. When my husband went in to get the missing chicken, he was told they were out of it and he could substitute it. Well, we already had our pizza, we weren't going to wait for another order to process so we simply asked for a refund on the chicken. He was told they would not do that, red flag #2. If you do not have the item ordered, surely it can be refunded, no? We happen to know a few dominos franchisee owners and they said to call corporate. We called corporate and they said they have put in a request to the franchisee owner to review the issue. Red flag #3, a week later we called corporate back (its principal at this point). Corporate said the franchisee owner has not responded. 3 weeks have now gone by to no resolve. I would give zero stars if I could, this is not how you treat loyal customers, period. To charge someone for food they did not receive and refuse to respond, pathetic. Our franchisee friends said to just dispute it with our cc company.
