The menu has so many different chicken salad flavors that it was hard to choose, but everything looked fresh and made with care. I ended up getting a sandwich with a side, and every bite was delicious. The chicken salad was flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and served on a soft, fresh croissant that took it to another level. The side was just as good, and the cookie at the end was a sweet bonus that rounded out the meal perfectly. The staff at Chicken Salad Chick were welcoming, patient, and happy to answer questions while I decided what to order. The restaurant was spotless, service was fast, and the entire experience felt warm and inviting. I do love chicken salad chick! The chicken salad is of the best quality and the amount of flavors truly satisfies all cravings. However, I am sad they got rid of the salad option. As a girly trying to cut carbs the salad option was a yummy way to eat chicken salad with lettuce and dressing. This location also has very friendly staff however they have forgotten my order more than once. It seems their system has glitches where when ordering online the workers couldn't find my order. Thankfully I show my confirmation and they make it right away. Last time I did not receive my pickle and cookie so remember to check! Overall good experience just be patient the food is worth it! We love Chicken Salad Chick and have gone tat several locations and this one has been our least favorite. The food is decent but the service has been SLOW on several occasions. The last time we went in to pick up a pre-ordered TO GO order, no other customers were there. I went to the counter to let them know we were there and we were going to sit down to eat. 15 minutes later, we still didn't have our food. The employees, including what looked like a manager, were standing around talking. When I walked back to ask about our food, everyone looked at me like I was an alien and then the manager said they were working on it. It was another 5-10 minutes before we received our food and it was missing stuff. Super disappointed with the service at this location. read more

Buffalo barclay, jalapeño holly and kickin kaylynne are my favorite chicken salads yum! I go spicy when I come here and they never disappoint. Buffalo Barclays is the buffalo wing you always wanted but you won't regret the calories on this one. The jalapeño holly has finely diced jalapeños provides a mild level of spice. That Kickin Kaylynne is the best in my opinion because the spice level hits a great note and there is bacon and everyone loves bacon. This location has a drive thru or you can enjoy the comfy seating area inside. I like to come inside and try new chicken salads. The menu is fresh and offers healthy options. The service I've received here over my last 10 visits has been terrible. Nearly every single time I've had several items that I paid for omitted from my order. I asked to speak with a manager after my last visit and was ignored. The food I have received is good and why they get two stars. Chicken Salad Chick has been one of our absolute favorite places since we moved to Spring Hill in 2019. We go, on average, 3 or 4 times a month. Their chicken salad is terrific. My favorite is the Kranberry Kelli which is almonds and cranberries. My wife likes every one she has especially the Jalapeño Holly, and she just had the Fancy Nancy which she said was very good. We love their soups, especially the Loaded Potato. And then, to finish off a delicious meal, they provide a really good iced butter cookie. I recommend CSC to everyone. read more

We heard this place was good and we were not disappointed. It was most importantly - clean. It was nicely decorated and as the name implies - 'lots' of different versions of chicken salad. I had an original chicken salad sandwich (Classic Carol) with a grape salad as my side. My wife had the cranberry chicken salad sandwich (Cranberry Kelli) with a scoop of a spicy chicken salad (Kickin' Kay Lynne) as her side. All was very good. You can have sandwiches or green salads topped with chicken salad. There are a choice of about 5 sides and a soup of the day. The meal comes with a pickle and a cookie for dessert. They also have a refrigerated case for grabbing quick take outs. This is an order at the counter and they bring it to your table place. The service at both the counter and the food delivery was friendly and they gave the feeling of wanting you there and valuing your patronage. A little disappointed today, I took my elderly mother for a drive and decided to have a chicken salad sandwich. We got two sandwiches on wheat bread, The bread on both of our sandwiches were hard all along the crust! We ended up taking the bread completely off and eating the chicken salad with a fork. For $17 for two sandwiches with stale bread, I am a little taken back. I have never experienced this at our Franklin location, I guess with a drive thru you run the risk of something like this. Been coming here since they opened and it gets better and better. One thing I have to say that may seem insignificant, is that they have never gotten our order wrong and 9 times out of 10 it's a drive thru order. That says a lot. I'm willing to bet that most restaurants only get 50% of to go/drive thru orders correct and it's more than frustrating when you get home and someone doesn't have food to eat or doesn't like what showed up in the bag. The staff is so pleasant and friendly! Genuine southern hospitality. The restaurant is clean. The food is delicious and fresh. I think their concept is unique and brilliant. I swear this is the result of an SNL skit taken to an extreme. It's a restaurant chain based on a single food item - chicken salad. Like "Hush Puppy Hunk" or "Baked Ziti Sweetie"... It's one thing to focus on, say, chicken, or beef, or pork. Or a style, say Cajun or BBQ or Mexican or Brazilian. But to me, making it just chicken salad is like making a restaurant based on creamy coleslaw - no, not that vinegary stuff, JUST the creamy cole slaw. So, how was it? It was good. Brand new place, so it was clean, and the service was quick and friendly. There are a bunch of options to choose for how you want your chicken salad, and the chicken salad was okay. But honestly, I'd probably rather find a great local restaurant with a killer chicken salad sandwich for those times when I want one - and other stuff for the 90% of the time when I don't want chicken salad. This is the only location where I moved to unfortunately! When I first moved to Spring Hill I was excited that they had this restaurant! The first time I went I grabbed my favorite which is the fruity naan or how ever they spell it. I was so mad when I went home to see there wasn't any fruit in it just a few apple pieces! Where was my juicy grapes and pineapples! So I gave them the benefit of the doubt! I went back again and gave them another shot and as I pulled out the drivethru I made sure to check to be sure I had fruit! NO FRUIT ... no even an apple this time! When passing by, at first glance you might think it will just be an average sandwich place, but I was pleasantly surprised! The service was efficient and friendly. The menu had nice variety for any craving such as, original, fruity, or even spicy. I got the Fancy Nancy on a croissant and a fruit cup. I make it in hopes that if there were a problem they hadnt been aware of then they can fix it. The croissants were horribly dry. The chicken salad was dry. But the flavor was definitely there! Loved the taste. The chicken salad that was suppose to have grapes, pecans and apples had zero apples or pecans. The atmosphere is so nice. The soup was delicious.
