Not sure but I would think when the customer is there first I wouldn't start their order then put it on hold to do a big phone order. The guy who was taking money and phone orders was cutting up and distracting the other workers that were extremely busy. It all seemed very stressful and unorganized. read more

We've had nothing but good experiences. We always carry out, and order on-line. The sandwiches are always fresh with plentiful of fillings. Getting them "Mike's way" adds great flavor. On-line orders are always ready for pickup earlier than promised. We highly recommend! read more

Ordered Italian sub with banana peppers and extra vinegar. Lol, I got just limited meat, no peppers, no vinegar at all ,no lettuce and no tomato for my delivery. Three times in a row my order was not accurate. I'm now done with jersey mikes who I adored for years. Good bye. read more

Nice clean place with fast service. Have been trying to find a good pastrami and found they had them. It was delicious. Went back next week and they no longer had them. Found out they only had them for a short time. Other sandwiches looked good. They make them to order. read more

The food isn't normally bad but today I got super grossed out when I saw two things. For one the tables are never wiped clean literally there wasn't one clean table the last 5 times I've been here. Second I witnessed a young employee leave the counter with his gloves grab sodas out of the public cooler out by the drink machines (touching handle with gloves on) put them in bags and then return behind the counter handling peoples sandwiches with the same gloves he had just touched the cooler with. Really gross and not the proper way to handle food. Especially at a time like this where there are so many health risks with covid. Won't be back because of what I saw today. Ew.........! The absolute worse service. Ordered sandwiches via the app. Picked up our order...only to get home and realize they made the wrong sandwich. Tried to call x3 in order to advise them so when I get there, I could pick it up quickly without a long wait. The phone continually rang until I was hung up on 3 different times. Spoke to mgr when I got there...no apology was ever extended nor did he attempt to make my sandwich quickly. He rather had me stand there and never relayed the information to the kid on the grill to make it. I waited more than 10 min before I asked if they had any intentions to make my sandwich. Then when he did start making it, he had to ask x3 exactly what it was he was making. The kid on the grill was just as rude and spoke extremely passive aggressive to me when he did finally make it. The two girls, when I asked for the corporate number, tried explaining it and when I asked what she said because I could not hear her...she opted to yell at me. When the manager realized I was inquiring about contacting the corporate office, that's when he offered me a coupon for a "future free sandwich". I advised him I didn't want free food...just my order to be correct bc I paid them for a service and I just wanted it done right the first time. He turned his back to me and yelled, at the top of his voice, " good luck finding the corporate number...BYE!" ( and I'm pretty certain I heard him call me a bitch under his breath. There were other customers there, a father and his 3-4 young kids and a man who came in by himself...all of whom heard what transpired bc they were all standing up at the counter. This chain, and this location within the asphalty realm of the Kroger castle complex sprawling along 31, serves up big messy subs with fresh cut meat and cheese and shredded lettuce, etc., served on paper plates in a coldish empty restaurant with tv's and free wi-fi. Some good hot sandwiches and daily specials also. About on par with Subway but decidedly more New Jerseyan and almost a having feeling that this a small and more regional chain restaurant with fresher, more custom ingredients. You can also apparently order online, as their "Spring Hill" website claims... call 615-302-4SUB (4782) to hear the manager's special. read more

I've had my issues here from time to time, but today takes the cake. Ordered through Doordash, so we all know the subs are going to be 2 to 3 dollars more than their normal overpriced listing. Well, when I open my club sub everything is smaller portioned than the standard for their subs. The meat? Less than standard. Two strips of bacon? Nope. Just a pinch of crumbles on top. Mayo? A slight drizzle that looks like a garnish not a topping. Onion? Can't see them. Tomato? Eh. I guess because I'm not staring them in the face making sure they make the food properly, they can do what they want. I haven't ordered from these guys in months, and I guess that's all it took for their food quality to go to crap. Such a Shame... Great sandwiches however the downfall is the price. These sandwiches are LOADED with meat from 4" to 16" in size. The deli meat is cut fresh in front of you and piled on. Did I mention the meat is piled on? The drawback here is the price and lack of toppings compared to other sandwich shops. Pricing is steep and one of the reasons I don't come here as often. Ordering two sandwiches can easily stretch over $20 dollars. Yes, it's a ton of meat and 16" long but I can make a similar sandwich at home for half the cost. Unfortunately it doesn't taste exactly like Mikes. Toppings are fresh but used sparingly. The other thing I find odd is when I order a Club Sub (bacon, turkey, ham) I always have to say I want bacon. Ordered a large sub and a small drink. Simple. Total was $15.74. Hard to believe. Toppings were light. Flavor was absolutely mediocre. My favorite sub shop outside of NJ, every Jersey Mike's I've visited has the same winning formula. Fresh baked bread, hand sliced meat and cheese and generous toppings. Still will run you over $8 for lunch with a small drink and chips but you'll leave feeling full. Order it "Mike's Way" and enjoy a taste of the Jersey shore.! read more

Nice folks who make really good sandwiches. Good quality meats and cheeses. It does cost a tiny bit more than Subway, but it is so much better. And really, most of the Subway's, especially the foreign owned ones, are pretty nasty. read more

Very consistent subs. Meat on cold subs is so much better since it is freshly sliced. Their cheesesteak is really good. I visit often, and have never had a problem we'll run business. read more

Sooo good. Expensive for deli food, but worth it. Many vegitarian options as well. They usually have fun people working too.

Good but they have stopped piling on the meat which in turn makes it no different than Subway except for the extremely high prices.

This is the worst Jersey Mikes I have been to. I do not eat meat and this Jersey Mikes accidentally placed pieces of turkey on my veggie and did nothing until I pointed it out. They simply removed the large slices of turkey while the shavings remained. For those of you that are vegetarians, you will understand how disgusting and insensitive this is. Also, the other Jersey Mikes keep some pre sliced cheese for their vegetarian patrons. Not the Jersey Mikes in Spring Hill. They slice cheese on the same machine seconds after slicing roast beef, ham and other meats. They don't bother to change their gloves either. During the week I go to the JM in Brentwood off Maryland Way and they are awesome! They make the best sandwiches, and have the best employees. I expected the JM in Spring Hill to be just as great but they failed miserably. read more

I was greeted amazingly as soon as I walked in the door by a sweet country lady and all the others. They helped me decide on what to get bc I hadn't been there in awhile. They were very patient with me. After deciding on the club supreme they hooked me up mikes way and it was the best sandwich I've had in a very long time. But nothing beats the customer service here. Its been a few months but i noticed a very good manager nolonger around. Can't think of his name but even my sons ask about him. But I've also noticed a lack in the service. For example no sense of urgency, nor the same amount attention to caring (personable) about the customers. Im not saying the food isn't still GREAT but i'm just saying its not the same they just dont seem to care as much. Im thinking others have noticed too because the just dont seem as busy. Just my thoughts. I just couldnt keep it to myself. Now the older lady is fantastic as always, dont think that will ever change but clearly the black guy ( she called him coach ) was a winner. New ownership is terrible....Jersey Mike's it's my favorite restaurant by far, and Prior to the new owners, I ate there 3-4 times per week....sometimes more. The African American owner in particular, is rude and will make you feel like a bother. My last trip (about 7 months ago) I placed my order of a hot sandwich. He rushed me through and did not ask me if I wanted extras. As another guy made my sandwich I kindly asked him would be mind adding lettuce and mayo. The black, brown, african american...whatever it is, owner told me to hurry up because he is not supposed to add cold stuff on the hot side. Of course I spoke my mind but his actions prior and reactions after caused me to change my perspective of that place. He was very racist acting and unfriendly. I promised to never come again, and have not, nor will not.....add long as he remains there. Please don't contribute to this store and help them to go broke. I want the new owners back. read more

My husband and I were always been very happy with the service and food we have gotten at the Spring Hill Jersey Mike's however that all changed Saturday 7/16/16. We had gone in early afternoon for lunch and witnessed an employee faint and hit his head. We and another patron helped put him in a chair why the whole time manager just stood and watched. While another customer was getting him some water and we were helping him contact his parent (yes he was probably about 16 years old) the manager just continued to make sandwiches which I am sure of the other 3 employees behind counter could have done. I asked the manager if she had address for this young man so we could take him home if need be and her response was he was new and she would have to find his application to find it. Still never made any attempt to do so. Finally she did come over to his table and asked if he faints a lot. He did get a hold of his mother and I actually spoke with her too and when she came to pick him up the manager never even spoke to the Mom about what had happened. Good news I spoke with this young man's mother later in the day and he seem to be doing fine. I kept thinking to myself this could be my grandchild being treated this way. All this being said I will never return to the Spring Hill location again. read more
