I visited your location and didn't receive the nuggets I paid for, so I had to go inside to get them. While I was inside, I noticed a lot of confusion--people were coming into the drive-thru area, and one employee seemed to be leaving out uncooked nuggets. The nuggets I was eventually given looked undercooked and unappetizing. I didn't even feel comfortable feeding them to my daughter because they looked unsafe to eat. Food that isn't properly cooked should never be served, especially to children. I'm really disappointed with this experience. It's not just about missing items--it's about food safety and quality. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like my reoccurring experiences at Wendy's Spring Hill had to be spoken about. First of all, the decorations inside aren't that good. It feels very bare and I feel like I'm being watched at all times. Watched.. by the workers. They always yap at each other and there are some strange ones that don't know how to do their job. I say this with an exception to a few teen boys that work there, I think one of their name tags read Kane?? Anyway, he was a very good employee and always had a smile on his face. Just visited Wendy's in Spring Hill , service was terrible, but trying to be patient because the young lady was obviously new. Order food, get food - it's the wrong food and cold. Tried to return it she said she was alone and to busy. Paid for a $9 hamburger and got a dollar burger so I confronted the manager and ask for a refund or coupon for a free meal. He handed me a stack of promotional coupons for a dollar off with job applications on the back?!!! This used to be the best fast food restaurant in the area! I don't know what happened other than the old manager was a nice older lady and I haven't seen her in quite some time. So I'm guessing it's poor management and understaffed. read more

Maybe it was an off night but here goes. This place was understaffed with one person making sandwiches for the drive-thru and counter. So while we are waiting for our burgers the cashier gets our fries and puts them on a tray.... where they sat until the burgers are finally ready and reaching room temperature. While waiting we notice an employee who was scratching her face and touching her hair start picking up fries that spilled near the fryer. She was picking them up with her bare dirty hands and throwing them in the fryer. We get our food and my daughter had ordered a 4 pack of nuggets. She ate one and realized they were not the spicy ones she ordered. Not a big deal. So she takes the three remaining plain nuggets to get some spicy nuggets. The same lady who was picking up fries made sure to only give out three replacement nuggets because one was eaten. Sure a petty complaint but what place does this besides this Wendy's???? Finally while we were eating we had the pleasure of sitting two booths away from an employee on break. Who had no clue the videos playing at full volume on his phone were really annoying... and it was a long break. We've lived in this area for 4 years. This location has always been the brunt of jokes for folks who live here. It used to be that no matter what, your order would be wrong. Over the past couple of years, it's gotten even worse. Now the drive through has one of the longest waits in town. One evening I went to pick up a salad. Waited 5 minutes to even get acknowledged at the speaker and I was the only car in line. When I finally got acknowledged, I was asked to wait, which led to another 5 minute wait. Once I got asked for my order, I was told they were out of them! Would have been nice to know 10 minutes ago! Last night was the straw that broke the camel's back. We got in line at 6:03. Three cars in front of us. Got to the speaker at 6:23. Shocker! Got asked to wait. Another 5 minutes go by and I finally get to place our order. As much pride I have in my area I can't let this one go. The place is terribly run. The staff are the absolute worst except for a few polite ones. It's not the politeness of the people but the fact that nobody cares. The parking lot was full of trash. If I worked here as a high school student I would've seen it as I walked in to work and picked it all up. Did it when I worked at a place in high school. I waited for 15 minutes just to order in the drive through. Again I would've at least felt guilty and said I would be with them as soon as possible. Nothing. Had 4 employees walk past and say "just a minute" for 5 minutes. The drive thru situation is a very poor one, but most of the workers there are nice. The workers look ages 16 or 40, give them a break. This isn't their dream job and you having a bad attitude doesn't make the situation better for anybody, have some respect for yourself and for others. Obviously they are some level of self aware. The food is average, but avoid the salads if that's not already common sense when eating at a fast food location. A few friends of mine claim to have gotten food poisoning from them. read more

Extremely disappointing location, and as a family, we have a long history with Wendy's. There's nothing special about the food as far as Wendy's goes, as it falls a little below the Wendy's standard. AVOID THE DRIVE-THRU at all costs! They have NEVER gotten even a simple order right, there's always something missing (usually a main item). Be prepared to sit and sit and sit in your car. Average D-T time is 10-12 minutes, and that's if there are only a couple of cars ahead of you. You could go across the street to Taco Express, or the Subway behind them, get a much better meal, order it and walk out in the time it takes to go through the Wendy's D-T. read more

Poorly run Wendy's. Save your money, go anywhere else in Spring Hill but here. The service is terrible. I waited in line 20 minutes on a Wednesday around 8:15pm cars were honking the line did not move. I finally got up to order an no one would answer. I had to drive off without food for my family. Not sure why I even tried this place again I guess it was the convenience. Other young family members came here a few weeks ago and were teased, tormented and bullied by the employed teenagers hanging out of the drive through window handling their order. These young kids left feeling disrespected and miserable. I guess the days of kindness and respect for others are gone. My family, including my son with Aspergers Syndrome who was bullied and humiliated, will not be back Wendy's! Great food at a reasonable price but you may grow old waiting for your food in the drive-thru. I appreciate fresh and hot but I have yet to sit in their drive-thru for less than ten minutes. On the upside they do get your order right and the staff is usually friendly. read more
