Sitting on Mallory Lane, this location is your standard CFA from layout, service and food quality...all good. And also like majority of CFA's, they are busy and the traffic flow is always overwhelming! I have dined in and done drive thru here. I prefer the drive thru, but on occasion will pop out and head inside. No matter where I end up, the service is always efficient, friendly and on brand for CFA. Go-to's are the classics for lunch, a number 1 with sweet tea and fries. For breakfast, give me that chicken biscuit combo with a sweet tea and a few packets of burrito salsa! Ordered ahead in the app, sadly still took longer than anticipated during a weekday lunch hour. Thankfully, the order was accurate and the quality I expected from Chick Fil A. Was still pippin' hot when I got home. Staff was kind and friendly. It's a bit hectic getting in and out of the parking lot, but the inside of the store was easy to navigate. I'm always disappointed at this location but is the only one close to my way to work. Lanes are always so slow. Their food is a joke! Not really representing the name correctly. Like, did I say spray chicken? I now have to order an extra chicken filet so I can taste the chicken on the biscuit. The sweet tea tastes a little bit water down and so is their lemonade. Is it four or five? How do you judge a fast food restaurant compared to a truly unique or high-end dining experience? Frankly, I think we need caveats of sorts ... or perhaps specific categories. There really is no comparison, but there are definite contrasts. As fast food goes, Chick-fil-A ranks near the top of the "star" list. They have tasty food, fair prices, excellent service, and uh the drive-thru is....oh, wait....that's different animal altogether. We chose what is likely the most crowded C-f-A in our area. (It happened to be the closest to us at the time.) We also decided, grandkids-in-tow ... at the end of a busy morning ... to use the drive thru. And, I decided, techie that I am, to use the app. The app is fairly efficient and easy to use. Be careful scrolling, there are both vertical and horizontal options on some pages. We ordered.... And then came the first question quandary. The drive-thru lanes were both backed up to the main street. Pretty sure that either lane would be fine, but then I remembered there is an option for pick up. (As Steve Erkel would say, "Did I do that?") Fortunately, there was a traffic "helper" who we asked about app order pick up. He politely guided us through a maze of cones alongside the two lanes of drive-thru congestion and told us where to "park and go inside". (First real mistake.....should have used the drive-thru.) Went inside and waited a few minutes while other customers were being served. Also saw there was a table unit between the door and counter that held bags with other orders. Scanning the bags, I did not see my name, so I approached a clerk to ask about our order. OK...let's get to it. She looked at my phone and checked her computer screen, found the order and asked us to wait for a moment. (I must confess that I also asked her to include another milk shake that we forgot in our initial order. No problem.) Order was delivered to us very quickly, although there was still a bit of a wait that likely matched the time we would have spent in the drive-thru lanes. Who knows? Food was hot, made exactly to our specs, accurately priced - including add-on shake, which I asked about when looking at the receipt. Upshot...likely some of the best service available ... except drive-thru or in store pick up table ... or is there curbside .... I still don't know. I know the grandkids would give it 5-stars...but acknowledging my "senior confusion," I'm stickling with 4. And likely looking for a slightly less-crowded one next time....if there is such a thing. read more

"No," you think, "surely it can't be increasing in time." The sun was setting, just like our hope of making it home before midnight. Is there any encouragement for our weary souls? Any semblance of hope, or was our fate sealed? "Oy," I mooed. Out of my peripheral vision I beheld a familiar symbol: Chick Fil A was drawing near. I yeeted the steering wheel to pull us off the next exit. I blinked and the next thing I know we were walking into the home of the coveted chicken. We drag our famished selves up to the counter and were greeted by a young lad, standing attentive and ready as a solider dutifully tends to his post. One thing was on my friend's mind: chicken mini's. Alas, in my friend's foolish negligence, she beseeched the lad for his finest batch of chicken mini's. Yet it was far past the proper hours to buy chicken mini's. (Let's be honest, we've all craved some of those bussin' chicken mini's after they stop selling them at 10:30am. And don't even get me started about Sunday). The lad pondered in his heart. After a second request for chicken mini's, he was pressed. Disclosing that this was only his third day, he was faced with a true moral dilemma. Would he disobey his boss and chef us up some fire chicken mini's (and thus risk getting fired three days into a job) or let the customer not always be right.. Matthew was his name, Matthew C.. What came next made me question to myself, "What does the 'C' stand for? Courteous? Compassionate? Chicken?" Under intense pressure, Matthew C. wisely and bravely offered a solution: "I'll give you the closest thing I can to a chicken mini." Boom. The boss: pleased. The customers: delighted. Amazing. There were no less than 200 people at this Chick-fil-A during lunch today. The drive through was packed, cars lining up out into the street, constantly moving. The tables were all taken, people coming in and out for pickup orders constantly. It was like the trading floor on Wall Street - so much energy. This team made it look easy - I still got my order in under 10 minutes. Most fast food places can't get your order to you that fast with 4 cars in the drive through line. I never thought I'd see the day when I'd write a bad review about Chick-Fil-A I've been a faithful customer for over 35 years!!! I use to LOVE their waffle fries, but I said the last time I went I wouldn't go back because their fries are limp now and they raise their prices but the amount gets smaller and smaller, and I want them crispy like a FRY, not falling over when you pick it up. Tonight was very frustrating! I asked for fresh fries, they were barely warm. He went and got me "fresh" fries but they were the same--barely hot and limp. Usually love Chick-Fil-a and have never had a bad experience across the country until this one restaurant. My two year old son got ahold of my wife's phone and mobile ordered a salad while we live across the country in Tennessee. The app failed to sense that we are not anywhere near the location and still allowed my son to finalize the order. Once my wife realized what happened we called the store and asked what could be done, the First Lady that answered the phone said it should not of completed the ordered until we arrived at the restaurant, then she passed the phone off to what I assume was her manager. He just said sorry, he could do nothing because the food was already made and they had to throw it away. I generally don't review fast food chains but Chick-fil-A isn't your average chain, especially this location. These employees have a full scale operation going on here. The line is always long (for good reason) but they are extremely efficient in getting you in and out. If you're in a hurry, order via the mobile app, pull into a numbered spot, let them know you've arrived and your meal will be out within minutes. I've eaten here multiple times, probably more than I'd care to admit. I've never received an incorrect order, I've never had a rude employee, and I've never had an issue with the quality or taste of the food. This may be considered a sin to give Jesus chicken a 2-star but the food quality and quantity at this location is inconsistent at best. I love their cobb salad with grilled chicken. The menu picture depicts a heaping portion of leafy greens, topped with grilled chicken, grilled corn, grape tomatoes, a sliced hard boiled egg, grated cheese and their fried red pepper flakes. What you get at this location is considered to be a ration of what is in the picture. No egg or even half an egg. Sometimes with or without yolk, depending on the day. The amount of lettuce doesnt even fill the bowl of the container. The chicken is either overflowing or you get 3-4 nuggets. They used to give out 2 dressing packets now you only get 1. I have tried to talk to a manager, I even sent in an email and the response I got was all salads are pre-measured. Chicken is added as requested; fried, grilled, grilled cold. The egg is sometimes not available. If you're going to charge $9 for a fast food salad, the salad served should look like the picture on the menu and have all of the toppings unless you're going to reduce the price-which they never will. While I wanted to give them a 1 star review, I am giving them 2 as their drive-thru game is down to a science. While the customers may not understand how a split drive-thru works, (and they will flip you off!) this location has team members directing traffic like they're working the BNA airport! The line may wrap the building but it moves quickly, despite receiving half a salad even though you paid full price. read more

Worst experience here. I spend more than I should at this place. I will not name the amount but they sure know me to say the least. After today's treatment and wait I will never be back. Lost loyalty member and all. The 20min wait to be asked to pull over at 7am on the way to work. Get your store together you know people are on their way. The place that touts best customer service just delivered the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. We realized the drive through server did not return our debit card after already being on the highway (despite him saying at the window, "you're all set"). As we were already on the way to our next appointment, we called and confirmed they had it and that we would be able to pick it up on our way back in 2 hours. When going to pick it up, the manager was dismissive and in no rush to return the card. Once we had the card, I encouraged my friend to check her account through her app. We find 2 fraudulent chick fil a charges. When we ask the manager about the charges, she was condescending and said the charge had already been refunded and it was no concern. Never once did we get an apology. I pride myself in being a yelp reviewer who doesn't take their anger out on fast food restaurants - they are fast, cheap, and staffed largely by minimum wage paid children. But I am astonished that after 3 attempts by three different staff members to make a proper frosted coffee the final result was just a shrug that the best they could offer me was a watery coffee with poor consistency. Wow. This chill fil a is not only on point for service. But the bathrooms were remarkably clean, everything was automated including the trash cans. Top notch chick fil a Service was fast and kind, food came out quick and delicious. It was packed for a Friday night closing within 30 minutes. This was the first chick fil a that I had seen the option of Mac n cheese, we didn't end up trying it. This Chick-fil-A had terrific service. We ordered in a few minutes around 8pm, and our food was delivered to our table in 1-2 minutes. Lightning speed! However, I did dock one star because a server promised my friend coffee in 5 minutes but she had to go remind staff after around 10-15 minutes. Not a huge deal, but kind of a pain if you need the caffeine. The facility seemed incredibly clean and quite cozy with the addition of fresh flowers displayed around a few tables.
