Food was great but prices are higher than what is shown on the five guys website. The difference between a little burger and a regular burger is one patty or two.

New soda fountain mega machine! So streamlined! So handicapped/short person friendly!

I got the Patty Melt & Strawberry Shake, and I also tried their Raspberry Refresher. The drinks were pretty good (the shake was a little too sweet). I ate indoors but had to park across, as the parking situation + drive through seemed really congested. Service: Pretty quick when I came in to eat -- staff was very nice and walking around with the sauces as well. Ambience: Quirky, bright, and orange! Nice and clean inside.

I noticed it when in town for a monthly visit, and only because Brentwood traffic made it impossible for me to get where I needed, so I had to drive out of my way to get there. And there it was. That WHATABURGER sign in the front yard, only to find that it wasn't open yet. So I waited. FINALLY the day came and I was able to visit. Yes, I could have visited the previous month, but the parking lot basically said "We're full. Try again later". I tend to wait until after the "A New Restaurant Has Opened" phase dies down so I don't need to battle a crowd. The very first thing I noticed: This Is A Small Whataburger. I think the kitchen-to-dining-room ratio is about 2 to 1. Seriously. 2/3 of the building is kitchen/storage, and the front 1/3 is dining room and restrooms. As I recall there are less than 10 tables in the dining area. There are two kiosks for ordering and a counter with two registers. I visited on Monday and Wednesday of this week. Monday was a bit busier, but I had no problems. On Monday I had the Jalapeño Cheese Burger meal and on Wednesday I had the Pico de Gallo burger. In both cases I was able to order at the counter (I despise fast food ordering kiosks) relatively quickly. Less than five minutes after entering I had my drink cup and waited for my food. The person who took my order was friendly and courteous and was able to answer any questions. For as short a time as this location has been open it's nice to see that the staff has the product information down. The kitchen is pretty well hidden away from customer view in this location. I'm pretty sure that's because of the way the existing building was when Whataburger took over. Less than 10 minutes after ordering my food arrived. It was hot and accurate. Whataburger's Spicy Ketchup is exactly what their fries need. The fries aren't remarkable, but the Spicy Ketchup gives it just what it needs. The (very small) dining room was relatively clean, but on both visits the trash bins were could have used some attention. On both visits I didn't see any urgency to clean up tables when they became unoccupied. I'm glad I'll be able to get Whataburger on my monthly visit to Brentwood. I'm sure that, once it gets on its feet, this Whataburger will be awesome.

The orders were mismatched so we had to hand bags, fries, onion rings, and condiments around. McDonalds and Five Guys can get it right, so I suspect it has something to do with Whataburger's order management software. If they are cooking the food fresh, the 10-12 minute wait was certainly worth it. The patty melt and onion rings were really good. The kids enjoyed their food as well. The soda fountain mix tasted a little off compared to other big box burger joints. It may have just been this location. Additionally, they didn't mark the diet drink so we had to have one of the kids check and then swap drinks around.

You can order at a kiosk, or you can order at the counter. I think I chose the wrong option (ordering at the counter), because the person behind the counter acted like I invaded his personal space and was asking his mother to make me food from her own kitchen. He was wiping down trays when I walked up to order, and he did not stop wiping those dang trays the entire time he reluctantly punched in my order. Do I offend? (No Duckie from Pretty in Pink.) And guess what: Homie didn't get my order correct! I guess I should have ordered from the kiosk. If you visit this Whataburger, you should order from the kiosk. The food itself is fine. Cheeseburgers come with everything on them, unless you specifically order differently. Everything includes yellow mustard and pickles. The hamburger buns were a little less than fresh. The fries tasted like they had been under a warming lamp for a little while. For real, though: This Whataburger location needs to get it together, because it's located next to an In-N-Out. You're competing against the best of the best, Whataburger.

As I stood there studying the menu, I realized they really only serve about five things: chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and dipping sauce. That's it. No 14-page Cheesecake Factory novel to sort through. No stress. No panic. No "what are you getting?" discussions. I thought about my order for exactly 6.4 seconds and went with the 3 Finger Combo, which included four of the five menu items. Honestly, this place is perfect for kids, exhausted parents, and anyone who gets anxiety trying to order at restaurants with more than six options. After ordering, we grabbed our iced tea and headed for the condiment station, where I discovered the true MVP of the experience... ketchup ON TAP. I don't know why this impressed me so much, but it did. It felt oddly luxurious. Like a soda fountain, but for fries. The food took a few minutes, but when it arrived, it was straight-out-of-the-fryer hot. I have to admit the chicken was really good. Crispy, juicy, and worth the hype. The fries were average, the one-and-only chicken sauce was decent, and the Texas toast was surprisingly solid. Overall, I'm glad we tried it. If you have kids, love simplicity, or just want a restaurant where making a decision doesn't require a committee meeting, this place is definitely for you.

It's a sports bar done right wings, burgers, and oysters, with TVs everywhere you look and a menu built perfectly for the setting. Bar food that actually delivers is harder to find than people think, and Jefferson's clears that bar comfortably. Five stars for what it is. I had the buffalo chicken salad with grilled chicken, croutons held. Here's where it gets interesting, they'll toss the chicken in any of their 19 house signature sauces. Nineteen. That's not a gimmick, that's a commitment to the concept. I went with the homemade Angry Ranch on the side, which brings a little heat. Fair warning: it runs a little heavy on the vinegar for my taste, though not enough to hurt the salad. The salad itself was generous, crispy, and fresh, nothing wilted. That matters more than people give credit for. Service was by Emily, who was attentive, got my order right, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Jefferson's knows what they are. Good menu, thoughtful dining room layout, solid execution.
