I added hot cheetos for extra crunch.

Ordered 50 assorted hot dogs through ezCater the day before the event. Everyone loved them!! The toppings were delicious and loved how everyone was able to create their own. The packaging was great :)

Nothing like a hot dog place in an alley in Nashville. It smelled amazing might because we came out of Bourbon Street Blues in historic Printers Alley and got a late night snack to help offset early morning hangovers. We ordered the big daddy because it was unique and it did not disappoint. I've never had a hot dog with cream cheese but you are missing out. Two people can share this but who am I kidding, I could have smashed the full thing.

Looking for a big, messy, great tasting hot dog....here's your place! We even attempted on the night...to eat in the car..lol. Caramelized onions and the dog they use...a good tasting hot dog! Always some good late night food on the weekends.

Daddy's Dogs is serving up some solid, loaded hotdogs with big flavors and even bigger personality. I tried the Chicago, and while it came close to nailing that Windy City vibe, the mustard was a bit too enthusiastic--it overshadowed the delicate balance of a true Chicago dog. For $10, you're getting a hefty hotdog experience that feels fair for the portion and toppings, but let's be real--$10 for a hotdog still feels a bit bougie. That said, if you're in the mood to treat yourself to a saucy, flavorful snack, it's a fun stop.

My partner and I use offline to help us branch out of our usual spots. This month we selected Daddy's Dogs, which we decided to do for lunch. The topping options are unique! Fun to explore hotdog toppings. I was stuff after my one hotdog and split side of tater tots. Sitting outside can be difficult with weather and bugs but appreciated the overall environment.

Veggie dogs!!! YUMMAY! We stopped by the location at The Factory with Vegan friends and meat eaters. Something for everyone! They have veggie dogs and they will take any of dogs on the menu and take those ingredients but put a veggie dog in it. They take longer to cook so be patient it is worth it! My mom got the regular dog Chicago Style, my bro got the veggie dog, Chicago Style and I got the Lone Wolf, veggie dog. All were amazing! Get your dog on and go to Daddy Dogs!

We got hot dogs from the Daddy's Dogs inside Marathon Music Works (not the downtown location). It's a great place to go when going to that venue for a concert. The service was so quick and easy. Both of our hot dogs were piled with toppings and really good! We got the Music City Dog and the Big Daddy Dog.

JUST WOW...I have no words on how amazing this hot dog was. I ditched my friends to try this hidden gem. I indulged in the Carolina dog, which was topped with sweet coleslaw, bacon, bbq sauce and a secret sauce! It was to die for...soo perfect that I convinced my friends and husband to order one for themselves. They ended up ordering a total of 3 of the same hotdog because that's how delicious it was. I love how they make the hotdogs extremely fast. I ordered and within 2 minutes, it was sitting in my hands. The staff was friendly and attentive. Honestly this was the best hot dog I have ever had in my entire existence. I'm from Miami so I have tried many different style of hot dogs but this by far has been my favorite. I wish there was a location in Florida. You have to try this spot if you are ever in Nashville! It is a MUST!

Great spot to stop after a night out. I got the Chicago dog, my friends got the plain hot dog and both were great. Would come here again, the servers were very quick and kind. It is in a fun alley way with lights and bars. They made the hotdogs in less than 5 minute and they were delicious.

These hotdogs were a lifesaving snack after a night out in Nashville. They were delicious and the prices were unbearable.

Peaches on a hot dog with special sauce. Hear me out - one of the best hot dog combinations I have ever had - weirdly delicious and highly recommended

We were hungry after a concert and hanging out downtown and a bartender recommended coming here. I love printers alley, so it was an easy sell and easy to find. The line was long, but moved fast. We both got the dog with everything on it. It was so big I couldn't really eat it without dissecting out. A wish there was less bread, but over all great late night snacks!!

I got a chance to eat here with a friend when Daddy's Dogs hosted a food truck at a music concert at Centennial Park! We got the Big Daddy and New York Dog. TLDR: Get the Big Daddy Dog, New York one is just ok. They have a vegan option for all of the hot dogs. Big Daddy: We got Big Daddy Dog loaded with all the goods (jalapeños, cream cheese, bacon, pickles, and secret sauce). Let me tell you that they were so generous in the amount of each topping that went on this hot dog. The flavors meshed together nicely and this was a lot more filling that I expected. Will definitely be eating this one again. The bun was cooked just right, not soggy but not overly toasted either. This was one of the best hot dogs and I'm craving another one of these already. I give this dog a 5/5. New York: We got a vegan version of this one with the kraut and spicy mustard toppings. There was way too much kraut loaded on this dog in my opinion. It was overpowering and I had to scrape half of it off my hot dog. After I did so, I liked the combination of the spicy mustard and the tangy-ness of the kraut. The vegan dog tasted very similar to an actual dog and I could barely tell the difference (this is when you know it's done right). I do wish the vegan dog had been a little bigger and the same size as the meat one. It got a bit buried in the bread. I do appreciate them having another pan to cook the vegan dog on their grill so it wouldn't touch the meat. I probably would try another vegan one but wouldn't get the New York one again. Averaging out the awesome Big Daddy and the meh New York one for a total of 4/5 stars for Daddy's Dogs!

This location is located on printers Alley, which is known for various karaoke bars and lounges. The gentleman behind the hole in the wall location was super nice and helpful. Daddy dogs has various hotdog style options, but my personal favorite was called the Lonewolf and it is exactly how I eat my hotdogs: with ketchup, mustard, and relish to top it off. This is exactly how I love my hotdog, and I enjoyed the fact that they had this option on the menu. There's just something about adding relish to a hotdog that makes it superb and it balances the sweet and savory flavors. Not only was I impressed with this hotdog the flavor, and the fact that they toasted the bun on the grill is elite in itself. The bread was nice and warm and soft paired with the hot, hot dog and chilled toppings was the highlight of my night. If you come to Nashville, you have to try one of these hotdogs.

(We 100% stood around in front of an empty booth for 20 minutes, assuming someone took a bathroom break, before learning to read.) There is no interior. There is no door. It's simply a window that opens up into the walking-only Printer's Alley. This isn't a place you'd park your car to go to; this is a place you stop into if you're already walking in the area and decide you want a hot dog, right then and there. And for that, when it's actually open, it succeeds. We ordered and had a hot dog within a minute. Even the group of six ahead of us had their food within a few minutes. It looks like Daddy's Dogs always has the hot dogs rolling, and the single cashier/cook behind the window just pops it into a tray with the bun and adds your toppings, and you're good to go. The beef in the hot dog is GOOD. It's not too spiced, but it's very soft and delicious. The bread they use is way too pillowy and thick. The bread-to-hot-dog ratio is off, but if you've been drinking, the extra bread maybe isn't the worst thing in the world. Their "Chicago Dog" is more like an "inspired by Chicago dog". A Chicago dog has a very specific set-up, and theirs is missing some of it (and the pepper size and pickle size is very lacking). If you can still see the hot dog through the pepper and pickle on a Chicago dog, it's not quite right. Still, it was hot, fresh, delicious, cheap, fast, and RIGHT THERE. It'd be impossible for it be any more convenient.

I figured there would be a good size crowd still there and the waits would still be fairly long but what I didn't count on was that a lot of the trucks would leave due to lack of food and others would be near their threshold at midday. When the lady friend and I got there we were starving and she loves grilled cheese so that was the one we tried to get to first. I say tried because the line for that truck was ridiculously long and after waiting for a little bit decided to try to check something else out. The Latin Wagon was running out of stuff, the Asian one was constantly changing their whiteboard by erasing stuff and so we settled on the burger truck. Even being a dozen or so people behind we could hear that they were running out stuff: certain cheeses, sauces, buns. BUNS!! How can it be called a burger if you don't have buns?! That was basically the last straw and decided I'm done with this and went to go eat somewhere else but not before I dropped a couple f bombs, kicked a light pole and yelled at random strangers...I get a little cranky when I don't eat.

This event is a great idea. That being said, I think we got here at the wrong time. The event was running from 11am - 9pm and our group got there at about 2pm. The place was packed. Many trucks were closed, having run out of food, and those that were open had wait times of at least 45 minutes. By the time I got to the front of the line for the Latin wagon, they only offered 4 (tasty) items and had run out of change for cash transactions. I paid with a card and enjoyed my food, but I was a little sad that so many trucks were out of so many things. I also tried Jonbalaya Catering's truck and only waited in a line for about 5 minutes! I think because they were out of their signature jambalaya and pork sliders, but the ham and cheese sliders weren't a bad replacement and their Raspberry UnDaquiri was delicious. I guess that means the event was a success! I'm looking forward to more events like this in the future and will be sure to show up RIGHT when they start.
