Consistently delicious. A top notch deli style sandwich (or in a tub as a salad) with excellent ingredients. I always get the Club Sub, and it never disappoints. Cool springs location is better. They truly care. This location, used to my favorite because I never had an issue. But the first time in 10 years I order at the counter and they get my order fully wrong. I've been a jersey mikes customer for 10+years and to be served beef when I ordered chicken is crazy due to the fact my religion doesn't allow me to eat beef. Disappointing jersey mikes. Tell your franchisees to do better. Im still uncertain how I want to move forward given the fact I've never had beef in my 28 years but had a sub full of it. Not great. The worst customer service ever. Ordered online came to the store 20 minutes later and it was not ready. Went to two other businesses and came back an hour after the order was placed AND STILL NOT READY. Also enjoyed the boy's attitude and eye roll as if I was inconsiderate for asking for what I paid for over an hour ago. Asked why my order is still not ready to be argued, "well we're short staffed AND we've had large orders AND have been really busy blah blah blah" If you can't take and fulfill orders in a timely fashion, don't take any more orders. Clearly they shafted the small online orders in favor of the 2 or 3 large orders. They e decided that my twice weekly order is of 2 subs is not as important to them. we often get Jersey Mike's over the years. lately I cannot seem to ever get what I ordered. I would say the order is wrong 70% of the time. I have complained in the past and never got a response. Tonight I ordered two sandwiches, one with mayonnaise and one with oil and vinegar.They not came with mayonnaise on them. In the same order there were supposed to be two bags of chips which were not in the bag. I called and spoke with the manager and she could not tell me where I could register a complaint. On Wednesday, October 20th I walked into this location at about 1:20PM. There were approximately 10 people ahead of me and 2 young men working behind the counter. Both young men were working at a very steady pace, keeping a great friendly attitude along with a smile on their face. They were able to take the orders, service each customer accurately and had all of us processed and completed within 10-15 minutes. While I understand this is not the "norm" as far as the time frame; I feel that these two young men provided outstanding service to all of us and did so in a very calm demeanor. I wish I had gotten their names but regardless they deserve a raise, bonus and any other recognition that can be given to them. Thank you for taking care of me and I will return often. read more

THERE WAS A COCKROACH IN MY "FRESH BAKED" COOKIE I called the store and the manager said "oh no" then comped me for just the cookie??? That's it!!! This location catered 20 boxed lunches at my work. How many of them had cockroach cookies?? I filed a complaint with the franchise owner as well as corporate and no one has reached out to me yet. This happened 2/26/2018 and I filed the complaint the same day. It's currently 3/13/2018. I posted pictures of the cockroach in the cookie. *UPDATE* 24 hours after plastering images of the cockroach cookie on review sites, I finally received an email from the franchise owner. 48 hours later, I received an email from the general manager. Apparently, you have to publicly shame a business before they take any action against a very serious matter. Contradicting responses from both people; franchise manager stated the neighbor is currently having cockroach issues while the GM stated the neighbors had an issue back in 2013. Both claimed it's not their cockroach problem (it's the neighbor's fault), but it is their problem now since it's starting to spread. I will not be removing these images. read more

I LOVE Jersey Mike's subs. I have been a customer for at least 15 years and it was a tradition for my dad and I to share a giant - meats on his side, veggie sub on my side! I work very close to this particular Jersey Mike's and it's dangerous. I could eat a veggie sub EVERY SINGLE DAY if I allowed myself. Yes, it is more expensive than Subway, but I pay more for actual quality/fresh ingredients. The staff at this location is always friendly and I've never had my order screwed up. My husband loves jersey mikes so I've eaten at many. I've had jersey mikes in Las Vegas, on Old Hickory, on Murfreesboro, and off of Cools Springs BLVD just to show you how credible I am. I absolutely love jersey mike's and bonus for me, my pregnant wife love it too. We have always ordered a variety of subs in different locations from Mobile, Al to Franklin. Being pregnant, my wife cannot eat deli meat unless heated because bacteria and all that stuff. She likes one of the cold subs but they usually heat the sub for her on the flat top grill to order. This particular location told me "we will not heat the sub because WE like to define cold subs from hot subs." After questioning the employee because every Jersey Mike's has done this for us in the past, he stated "want me to throw it in the microwave?" Needless to say I was very disappointed in the experience. Either that particular employee needs to be properly trained or the other location have been doing it wrong all along? I would say that I am a regular at this Jersey Mike's as I work and live right down the road. The food is always good, and the employees are polite and friendly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they always seem to move very slow. If I stop by at 12:00, it is typically going to be a 15-30 minute wait before I get my sandwich. I understand it is probably this way because they individually cut the deli meat as ordered, but it can be frustrating. Also, on my most recent trip, I just ordered the sandwich, and they rang me up for the whole meall. I told the guy at the register that I just wanted a drink and he just said "sorry about that". I didn't make a big deal about it because I was in a hurry, but I was shocked that he didn't offer to fix it. Overall I really enjoy this Jersey Mikes.
