This was my first time at this Schlotzsky's Pizza and it was absolutely delicious!! A great pizza for the price - especially if you come on a Wednesday when they have "buy one pizza get one free" on the app. Schlotzsky's is SO unique and different than any other pizza. Definitely something to stop by and try if you haven't already!! Dianna took my order and helped me get boxes at the end of my dine-in experience and was so friendly and sweet! She made it an exceptional experience. The dining room is also a great place to catch up with friends or get some work done. Awful!! Food was lousy.. left half on plate. Girl working the cash register could speak hardly any English. $30 for a beef sandwich and very small potato soup. I tried asking her if the small bag of potato chips she handed me came with the meal. She didn't understand and had her co/worker talk to me. I then asked her the same question, and she said, 'no, the chips do not come with your meal.' I told her that I didn't order them and to pls take them. She then handed me back $2.60+ for a tiny bag of chips! Why are these people working with the public when they can hardly speak English?? I noticed they were all of the same ethnicity. Curious to see if anyone else got BAD food poisoning on Friday, July 26th? I have been going to this Schlotzsky's for the last 6 years, as well as the ones in Denver, CO for years and to have a bad case of food poisoning like I did the evening of the 26th is beyond sad. I had the Turkey Original without Mayo for lunch, yes this is all I ate that could have given my food poisoning, I only work 2 minutes from here so there is no way it would go bad in 2 minutes, or you would hope not. Well you all know what happens with food poisoning so won't detail it, but to be honest this was the worst case I have had in my entire life and almost thought I was going to die. Not terrible, certainly not great, or memorable. I got Chicken noodle soup, which I could swear was regular Progresso canned soon. Not much flavor, and very little chicken. French Dip was okay, but nothing great. The real killer is $30 for two small meals. I'm not cheap, and I know everything has gotten expensive lately. Pretty good, definitely better than I expected! The medium size of the sandwich is quite large. We went through the drive thru, and it took a minute to get our two sandwiches but the wait wasn't bad and the sandwiches tasted fresher. It is a bit expensive, but the portions were big. The sandwiches were pretty tasty. Although, I recommend the Fiesta Turkey sandwich over the Turkey Bacon Club. Overall, it was a pretty good place to stop. read more

I'm visiting from California, and I believe we don't have this restaurant there. I ordered from this place through Uber Eats. The food was amazing, especially considering the generous portion for the price, along with a clean and nicely packaged presentation. Have not been to Schlotsky's in more than five years and in my opinion, this location has gone downhill. The floors and tables were not clean. There food is excellent love the sourdough buns and the small pizza. There was one in Mt Juliet but it closed which was disappointing I think they had problems keeping workers. The only one left near Nashville is in Franklin and worth a visit if you are there. There's something about there sourdough bread that makes it so good ! read more

I'll never understand how there isn't a line at this place!! Best drive-thru food I've ever had and the portions are spectacular. I wish we had one a bit closer but we always make a stop when we have to make a Costco run. I absolutely love their sandwiches. I first ate one back in 1999 in Kansas City. This is the final location in the Nashville area as far as I know. This looks remodeled and modern. The good: sandwiches still taste good. The bad: they take forever! The drink prices! A small drink was 1,99$ and if you just want water in a large cup it's 1,50$ this is insane. Today I bought lunch for my wife and I. Two sandwiches, two small teas, and two (always small) bags of chips. $28.25. I find this harder to swallow than their thick sourdough bread. $8.51 for the tea and chips alone. Are you kidding me!? If I weren't in a hurry I would have left them holding the bag, literally. Good enough. Not great, not bad. A little on expensive side for what it is. Comparison would be in line with Panera Bread, just not as good, but arguably more expensive. Many tables were not cleaned off and the booth we sat in was in need of repair. Food was ok. Roast beef reminded me of Arby's , just a little better. However service is quite a hit and miss and the prices are way to high to justify coming here often. What an absolutely awful experience! My first, last and only time at this restaurant. They were somewhat busy but I ended up waiting an extended time for my order. When I asked Gabe he was extremely rude. Eventually my French Dip came up but he said it wasn't mine, shoved the tray at me and told me to just take it. The manager was standing there and saw the entire encounter but did absolutely nothing until I complained. I sat down to eat and saw Gabe be exceptionally rude to the next 2 customers. The first time I ate at Schlotzsky's was in Clear Lake Texas. They sold the original, chips, and drinks. The restaurant was somewhat of a hole in the wall. They' have made a lot of changes. The one thing that has not changed is the original sandwich and it's as good today as it was then. read more

The place generally looked nice, although many of the tables seemed to be leaning slightly (could compare two tables that were side by side)....just an observation. I ordered one of the brisket sandwiches....because I'm from TX! Everything was good, but I couldn't help recall the old Wendy's commercial - "where's the beef?!" I ordered the larger of the two sandwiches, and I'm pretty sure they put about a spoonful of brisket on the $8 before tax sandwich! That didn't include a drink or chips. Well last night at about 7:30pm my wife and I went to pick up some Cinnabon. No regular size and zero 4 or 6 packs. The girl pointed back at the oven and they had a pan cooking. She said they had 10 minutes left. I said we'd wait. 10 minutes later we go up to the counter and a different girl said no, those will take another 30 minutes, she's wrong.Then she proceeded to set the oven for an additional 10 minutes, we left. Came for the Cinnabon's. We don't have any at home and I've only eaten a few times in my life. Ordered a large (regular). It Didn't fill the box. I was underwhelmed. Really. My grandma used to make rolls better than this. The girl at the counter was nice: she asked if I wanted it warmed up and I did. So she microwaved it for a bit. The outside was hard. Not particularly gooey on the icing. Not particularly warm inside. Maybe this is one of those items you need to eat fresh, right out of the oven. This place has pretty decent sandwiches. It's a little hidden right behind McDonald's so you almost have to actively look for it if you didn't know it was there. The sandwiches are nice and toasted (if you want) and it's healthier than the other fast food chains around. It can get pretty busy during lunch but generally at night it's not too packed.
