Schlotzsky's was actually pretty good for a fast meal. I was honestly impressed with how much food you get on a sandwich. I got the turkey BLT on jalapeño round role. It was fresh and good quality. I also got a cinnamon role because it had a Cinnabon inside which was pretty cool. I would give the Cinnabon a 1 star because it sat out too long and there was hardly any flavor to it. I was hoping for it to be hot and moist, it was definitely not that. It was hard and lukewarm and I paid $6 to eat one bite. The service was also very friendly and the restaurant was fairly clean. I will be back for a sandwich and strawberry lemonade soon. read more

The food is sooo good here. Their bread is so crunchy yet soft. The chicken bacon smoke cheesy is the best (add LTO)

Food was delicious. However it is in a gas/convenient store so not great ambiance. Service wasn't very friendly either. But the food is always great! I got the Apple turkey harvest sandwich and it was good but sweet, my husband had the original Italian which is always a great choice. read more

I haven't had Schlotzsky's in forever as all the ones closer to home have closed, and with the prices I can see why. Two of us split the large sandwich combo and one pick two (soup and shall sandwich) was over $40. Absolutely criminal. Food was good and arrived to the table quickly, but we were still in sticker shocked when it arrived. The dining room was clean and empty, now I know why. read more

One of our favorite sandwich shops! Highly recommend. My favorite is the turkey original. The soup is good, as are the sour cream and onion chips! read more

This was my first time at this Schlotzsky's Pizza and it was absolutely delicious!! A great pizza for the price - especially if you come on a Wednesday when they have "buy one pizza get one free" on the app. Schlotzsky's is SO unique and different than any other pizza. Definitely something to stop by and try if you haven't already!! Dianna took my order and helped me get boxes at the end of my dine-in experience and was so friendly and sweet! She made it an exceptional experience. The dining room is also a great place to catch up with friends or get some work done. I love the way they've decorated the interior and made it so much more than a simply pick up experience like most pizza places do. Super welcoming and inviting inside and outside! I can't wait to come back! read more

Awful!! Food was lousy.. left half on plate. Girl working the cash register could speak hardly any English. $30 for a beef sandwich and very small potato soup. I tried asking her if the small bag of potato chips she handed me came with the meal. She didn't understand and had her co/worker talk to me. I then asked her the same question, and she said, 'no, the chips do not come with your meal.' I told her that I didn't order them and to pls take them. She then handed me back $2.60+ for a tiny bag of chips! Why are these people working with the public when they can hardly speak English?? I noticed they were all of the same ethnicity. Will Never go back!!! read more

Food was as good as I remember, but pricier. My complaint is the staff. I walked in, stood at the register and was actively ignored by two ladies as they carried on their conversation. read more

Not terrible, certainly not great, or memorable. I got Chicken noodle soup, which I could swear was regular Progresso canned soon. Not much flavor, and very little chicken. French Dip was okay, but nothing great. The real killer is $30 for two small meals. I'm not cheap, and I know everything has gotten expensive lately. I felt so gouged, I almost made it a two star rating. read more

Curious to see if anyone else got BAD food poisoning on Friday, July 26th? I have been going to this Schlotzsky's for the last 6 years, as well as the ones in Denver, CO for years and to have a bad case of food poisoning like I did the evening of the 26th is beyond sad. I had the Turkey Original without Mayo for lunch, yes this is all I ate that could have given my food poisoning, I only work 2 minutes from here so there is no way it would go bad in 2 minutes, or you would hope not. Well you all know what happens with food poisoning so won't detail it, but to be honest this was the worst case I have had in my entire life and almost thought I was going to die. Needless to say - This was my very last visit to Schlotzsky's - Very sad read more

Pretty good, definitely better than I expected! The medium size of the sandwich is quite large. We went through the drive thru, and it took a minute to get our two sandwiches but the wait wasn't bad and the sandwiches tasted fresher. It is a bit expensive, but the portions were big. The sandwiches were pretty tasty. Although, I recommend the Fiesta Turkey sandwich over the Turkey Bacon Club. Overall, it was a pretty good place to stop. read more

A sandwich combo for $17! And it was the smaller sandwich. Can't imagine what the regular sandwich would have cost. Will not be going back. Entirely overpriced. Purchased the Reuben. Was ok but definitely not worth the price. read more

Love this place! I live in Chicago area and they no longer have them by me. So while driving home from vacation we went out of our way to have it again and it didn't disappoint! I'm a deli snob and this place is wonderful! Come back to Chicago!!! read more

I'm visiting from California, and I believe we don't have this restaurant there. I ordered from this place through Uber Eats. The food was amazing, especially considering the generous portion for the price, along with a clean and nicely packaged presentation. I wish there was an option to include sauce when ordering on Uber Eats. Overall, the experience deserves a six-star rating. read more

Have not been to Schlotsky's in more than five years and in my opinion, this location has gone downhill. The floors and tables were not clean. The cashier was sneezing and coughing inside her dirty black tee shirt. I wanted to leave but my kids had already ordered. The veggie pizza was really good, though. read more

I absolutely love their sandwiches. I first ate one back in 1999 in Kansas City. This is the final location in the Nashville area as far as I know. This looks remodeled and modern. The good: sandwiches still taste good. The bad: they take forever! The drink prices! A small drink was 1,99$ and if you just want water in a large cup it's 1,50$ this is insane. This must be where they make all their money. read more

There food is excellent love the sourdough buns and the small pizza. There was one in Mt Juliet but it closed which was disappointing I think they had problems keeping workers. The only one left near Nashville is in Franklin and worth a visit if you are there. There's something about there sourdough bread that makes it so good ! read more

I'll never understand how there isn't a line at this place!! Best drive-thru food I've ever had and the portions are spectacular. I wish we had one a bit closer but we always make a stop when we have to make a Costco run. I hate that the clisest Schlotzsky's to me is either Cool Springs TN or ScottsvilleKY........I live in Goodlettesville TN. Good thing I work in Cool Springs, but only once a week, dang it. read more

Mediocre at best, but I will say a much better alternative to fast food for certain. Plenty of things on the menu to pick from. Just don't expect any bells n whistles. I thought it would be better than it looked. read more

Today I bought lunch for my wife and I. Two sandwiches, two small teas, and two (always small) bags of chips. $28.25. I find this harder to swallow than their thick sourdough bread. $8.51 for the tea and chips alone. Are you kidding me!? If I weren't in a hurry I would have left them holding the bag, literally. Mind you, I enjoyed the food for what it was...a decent fast food sandwich. But for that money we can be served a MUCH nicer meal at a MUCH nicer restaurant. At these prices, I won't be back. read more

Awful. Employees standing around. Sandwich came out missing ingredients. Not clean. Avoid this place.

I actually got married in this location recently I've discovered the trueness of love as I feel that as this is my 7th marriage I've really learned about having a lasting connection. Thank you schlotzsky's I really appreciate what you've done for me and the community 4 starts the sandwich I got had a hair in it. read more

I have not been to a Schlotzsky's in forever and I am SOOOO glad I stopped in, the price is a bit high for just a Med sandwich but boy are they delicious!!! The pic is the Beef and Bacon with with Chipotle Mayo.....VERY good...sorry I had to take a couple bites before the pic..:-) read more

Good enough. Not great, not bad. A little on expensive side for what it is. Comparison would be in line with Panera Bread, just not as good, but arguably more expensive. Many tables were not cleaned off and the booth we sat in was in need of repair. Food was ok. Roast beef reminded me of Arby's , just a little better. In opposition to my take on the place, the wife liked the food because of the vegetarian options. read more

Scholtzsky is a great alternative to unhealthy fast food. The food here is often delicious and taste fairly fresh! However service is quite a hit and miss and the prices are way to high to justify coming here often. If you find your self looking for a quick, hot meal, would recommend this place, but don't expect it to be perfect. read more

Fast service, decent food. Ate in. Ordered an original sandwich and husband ordered cheese and pepperoni pizza. Sandwich was hot and order was quick and correct. Pizza was good and crisp, but greasy. Restaurant was clean. We went on a Monday at 630p and it was really quiet. But, it's an area that really busy. As we left, more people had come in to dine. read more

The should be told of these all over, their deluxe is a gem! Anyone one ever turned on to Schlotzsky's has become an immediate regular!

This is one of the greatest establishments in the food business. I would go here constantly if I could! The staff here has always been very kind (in fact, my wife and I invited one of the managers to our wedding!). The food is nothing to joke about either. The sandwiches are always thick and meaty, delicious! I'm a huge fan of the pizza. It's the greatest sour-dough bread pizza around! PLUS, the price is very reasonable! Stop by! read more

What an absolutely awful experience! My first, last and only time at this restaurant. They were somewhat busy but I ended up waiting an extended time for my order. When I asked Gabe he was extremely rude. Eventually my French Dip came up but he said it wasn't mine, shoved the tray at me and told me to just take it. The manager was standing there and saw the entire encounter but did absolutely nothing until I complained. I sat down to eat and saw Gabe be exceptionally rude to the next 2 customers. The manager and Gabe began to argue and then decided to switch language so that the rest of the restaurant didn't hear the argument! What a pleasant lunch! read more

The first time I ate at Schlotzsky's was in Clear Lake Texas. They sold the original, chips, and drinks. The restaurant was somewhat of a hole in the wall. They' have made a lot of changes. The one thing that has not changed is the original sandwich and it's as good today as it was then. read more

It's been quite a while since I've been to any Schlotzsky's, and this was probably the last one. The place generally looked nice, although many of the tables seemed to be leaning slightly (could compare two tables that were side by side)....just an observation. I ordered one of the brisket sandwiches....because I'm from TX! Everything was good, but I couldn't help recall the old Wendy's commercial - "where's the beef?!" I ordered the larger of the two sandwiches, and I'm pretty sure they put about a spoonful of brisket on the $8 before tax sandwich! That didn't include a drink or chips. It was over $12 with chips, large drink, and tax. I could have done a lot better at any BBQ place, both on price and quantity. read more

They have the best bread here!! Dunno what they do to the bread, but the chicken pesto pizza is so worth the calories. The manager is sooo nice, making everyone feel special, going around to each table and making sure they're happy. I dunno what happened causing the negative reviews, but I think it's really good food, pretty fast service for a reasonable price. Try the pick 2 at lunch to sample 2 items. Didn't love the tuscan sandwich-my fav is still that pizza. Schlotsky' s is a better choice than McDonald's, which is right next door read more

I've been going to Schlotzsky's Delis since I was in my teens. They've got some classic items like the original sandwich and the bbq chicken pizza that are my go to dishes. They are quite a step up from the traditional subways and the other quick fix deli sandwich places! I'd highly recommend going. read more

Came for the Cinnabon's. We don't have any at home and I've only eaten a few times in my life. Ordered a large (regular). It Didn't fill the box. I was underwhelmed. Really. My grandma used to make rolls better than this. The girl at the counter was nice: she asked if I wanted it warmed up and I did. So she microwaved it for a bit. The outside was hard. Not particularly gooey on the icing. Not particularly warm inside. Maybe this is one of those items you need to eat fresh, right out of the oven. On a side note, they had a sheet saying to sign up for email for free small sandwhich - no purchase required. I will try that. read more

Well last night at about 7:30pm my wife and I went to pick up some Cinnabon. No regular size and zero 4 or 6 packs. The girl pointed back at the oven and they had a pan cooking. She said they had 10 minutes left. I said we'd wait. 10 minutes later we go up to the counter and a different girl said no, those will take another 30 minutes, she's wrong. Then she proceeded to set the oven for an additional 10 minutes, we left. My guess, employees get to bring home what is left over at night and I was going to buy what she was taking home. read more

This place has pretty decent sandwiches. It's a little hidden right behind McDonald's so you almost have to actively look for it if you didn't know it was there. The sandwiches are nice and toasted (if you want) and it's healthier than the other fast food chains around. It can get pretty busy during lunch but generally at night it's not too packed.
