Stoped in at 7:45 I ordered a sandwich, drink and fry the lady said they were out of fry's. So I got some chips. Paid my $21.97 bill and sat down (yes I left a tip. I opened my chips and ate them while I watched some videos in my phone. About 15 mins later she called my name, I go to get my sandwich and she says sir we close at 8 I said ok I'm not ordering anything else, she than said no sir we are closing in 2 mins. I said wait you want me to leave? She said yes take your food we are closing. I got a little upset the whole reason I stopped was so I can sit and eat while I got over some work. I have worked in the food industry and yes you are open till x time but you also allow 10-15 mins after if any guests are still left in the dinning area. Some times you have fond memories of a place and decide to go back for nostalgia. You then realize either you were crazy back then or you just found the worst example of the concept to eat at. Wish I had read the reviews. I really love the Which Wich concept. Choose a bag with your sandwich on it and choose your side, or pay $2 to go wrap, gluten free, or wrapped in lettuce. Choose your cheese(s), depending on the sandwich, and choose your toppings. First the sandwich. I did it as a wrap, so $2 more and with fries and a large drink, the total came to $19.50 + tax (and of course the fast food tipping option). My wrap was maybe a bit bigger than 2" in diameter and clumsily cut in half, forcing me to stop before I hit the highway to avoid wearing it. The meat had a great flavor if you are one of those that like the cheap pre-packaged deli meats you find in discount grocery stores (I don't, personally, but you be you boo!). The fries were a pasty white that would look excellent on a real redhead in the middle of the winter (and about as raw? I will see myself out). I can't complain about the drink, except roughly half of the soda choices were out, including every one I would have normally chosen. Service was slow. There were two sandwiches in front of me and still took close to 15 minutes to get my order. Perhaps it was the extra care in undercooking the fries so much? You never know. On the positive side, the restaurant was cleaner than a truck stop, although none of the tables were wiped. It was okay for me, as I was not sticking around to eat there. For a comparison, I could have gotten a great sub, chips and a drink for slightly more than half that at Publix and likely still hit the road faster. I could have even had fries at Publix, but they would have been under a heat lamp. Wait, I am insulting heat lamp fries after trying some that were almost raw. What was I thinking? To be honest, this was bad enough I don't think I will ever go to another Which Wich in the rest of my life. And, to answer my normal question ... No, I will never return. read more

I then showed screen shots of the email and she still wouldn't serve me the food and was really rude about it. Dreadful. Used to like this place ok but it appears to be done for. Ate around 1 PM and the place was virtually empty. Furniture etc looks old, beat up and maybe not clean. Ordered a simple French dip with fries. Sandwich seemed to have grocery store deli meat which was barely lukewarm. Jus was cool as if maybe refrigerated and not heated. Fries were passable. To be fair, the service was great. The guy working was by himself. That said, I ordered a "French dip". The bread was pretty solid, but the meat, and the Au jus, were pretty much flavorless. I left pretty disappointed in the flavor aspect, of wanting a good, warm sandwich. Maybe the cold sandwich option is a better way to go. read more

Sad experience after not having Which Wich for a couple years since we moved out of Florida. I ordered online so I could have a grab and go option. All the instructions and ingredients are printed out from that ticket on each sandwich and the bag and they still got it wrong. Kids meal was missing the 'special treat' and the chocolate milk. My sandwich was not heated up which was selected (due to being pregnant & eating lunch meat) and the other didn't have extra mayo. I went in and stood at the pickup side of the counter per the email instructions and the women there kept making sandwiches without looking up or greeting me along with the two other workers standing there not doing anything. After a few minutes she asks if I'm there to pickup then tell me to go to the order side. The gentleman there grabs my order and double checks it by looking at the receipt and inside the bag before handing it to me. I think awesome & glad I left a prepaid tip since he's double checking to make sure it's right. But it wasn't so not really sure the point of him checking it. Or the pre-tip for the wrong service. Or the un-welcomeness. Overall, big fail on this location & wont be back, there's too main better sandwich options out there. read more

IOrdered the tuna sub with avocado, lettuce, tomato and onion. Sandwich was dry very little tuna one glob of onion in middle, very little ingredients on tasteless sandwich. I was actually not impressed to be honest with you. They charge you $15 and change for a simple sandwich and add almost $1.50 extra for a bag of chips. I was not impressed but I will never be back. Lesson learned if you're going to make a sandwich my only advices make a sandwich make a sandwich worth makingstack it high so that people have a hard time taking a bite out of their sandwich. Came into this place not expecting much but a few sandwiches to go but instead I had one of the best experiences in fast food I had ever had. We were greeted with a smiling face and a warm hello. I ordered a few sandwiches but my favorite was the Philly. Even while making our 5 super sandwiches his smile and kind words did not fade. But then there that nation wide Sandwich Day and they were offering BOGO sandwiches. Thought we'd give it another chance. So disappointed that their quality had gone to rock bottom. Hardly any filling at all and their app did not do the BOGO offer. The owner ensured us that our card would be refunded the difference the next day bc it was just a problem with the app. What a scam. After tax, that would have been almost $30. It's not cheap food. And for all they skimped on the ingredients, it was a terrible experience. I don't know who gives this place 5 stars. The menu looks great but when you get your order it's something entirely different. The bahn mi sandwich for example has jalapeños, matchstick carrots and A bunch of fresh cilantro with grilled chicken. When you get it, it's a mess of some kind of shredded meat drenched in this spicy mayo with a few cucumbers thrown on top. Gross!! I couldn't even stomach eating this disaster. Almost lost my cookies trying to eat it. Shape up Which Wich or change your menu photos to what the food actually looks like and add some ingredients listings. Where Wich? There. There Wich! Now that I have that out of my system...Which Wich, I adore thee. Sometimes you just don't want to deal with a person and Which Wich, before you came into my life, I missed you so bad. Here's the deal with Which Wich - you walk in and there's a wall of paper bags and Sharpies. If you're mildly intelligent, you can probably figure out where this is going. If you're not mildly intelligent, well, there are directions on the wall. And on your Pop Tarts. Good luck in your endeavors, I guess. The bags are separated out by the kinds of meats (or vegetarian fare if you're into that kind of stuff) and each one has a list of ingredients for you to pick one. Basically, you just check everything you want on your sandwich, hand it to the person at the register, they make it for you and toast it. The ingredients are pretty varied, too - you've got a nifty olive salad, a hot pepper mix, crispy onion dealies, none of which has an add-on fee (there are a few things with add-on fees, but they're marked). The sandwiches are toasted on a conveyor toaster a la Potbelly - actually the consistency of the sandwich reminds me a lot of Potbelly. It's good, it's filling, it's tasty. Also, there's a small patio outside which is pretty convenient when you are feeling entirely anti-social. read more

I'm a huge fan of WW! From the variety of options to the assembly, the entire process is fun, interactive and tasty. I would highly encourage you to introduce your friends to this little gem especially if they are kids. Nestled in the bustling area of Cool Springs, the place can get packed. Especially on a weekend. Fortunately, there are enough seats indoors as well as out. Despite being a chain, I have been constantly impressed with the new sandwich bread offerings (skinny or extra huge) as well as the low carb salad options (sandwich no bread). As I mentioned in a previous WW review for the West End location, I would highly recommend drawing on the back your bag to trace it down the line. I have also been having a little fun making up aliases in lieu of my real name so that the harmonious "wich for ....." brings a smile to the employees faces. The more creative the better! read more

I work at a public school, and today was an office staff member's birthday. She wanted to order from Which Wich for lunch, so I placed an online order at 9:30 to be delivered at 11:45. The order consisted of 8 sandwiches, 1 bowl, and 3 fries. At around 11:45, the fries, and only the fries, were delivered. The secretary asked the delivery person where the rest of our food was, and the delivery person said she didn't have it and would have to go back and get it. About 30 minutes later, someone from Which Wich called and said the delivery person had not yet returned to pick up the rest of our order, but if the order was not picked up in the next 10 minutes, he would deliver it himself. 50 minutes later, I called to see where our food was. The woman I talked to said the sandwiches had been remade and DoorDash was on the way to pick them up and then deliver them to us. I asked why they had not been delivered by the man I spoke to earlier, and she mumbled something about how he couldn't deliver the order because they used a third-party delivery (or something like that). Our food finally arrived at 1:10 and was pretty much inedible. The hot sandwiches we ordered were disgusting; the meat was cold, the cheese was congealed, and the bread was soggy. one coworker paid 15.75 for a super-size sandwich but got the small size. We did not receive fresh fries, and the ones we had gotten earlier were cold and gummy by then. The woman at the store obviously lied about remaking the sandwiches because the sticker on the sandwich showed they had been made at 10:47. Everyone's scheduled lunchtime had already passed, and there was no birthday lunch. Which Wich had our $92.79, and we had food (if you can call it that) nobody wanted to eat.
