    Dark meat sandweech

Quick car review for my favorite lunch spot! Pita way is a fantastic, cheap and high quality place for lunch. On Tuesdays you can get a sandweech (pita) with choice of chicken and fries or hummus for $10! Ingredients are freshly grilled and prepared, everything is always delicious. The owners are so nice and always recognize you if you come in frequently. Service is usually fast for how busy it can be at lunch. Inside the restaurant has several tables, nothing fancy. I really don't think there is a better lunch spot for the money anywhere around.

Thanks to Yelp I founded this hidden gem in Cool Springs. Otherwise it's not visible from the main street. But, you guess what, the premise was pretty busy. Constant flow of customers make you feel good before you order first time. Observing service, three employees, hustling hard to deliver a good service shows a lot how customers are important for a small business owner. Outlet, including an inside ambiance, is a pretty much standard looking for this type of businesses. I left quality of food for the end, because I decided to take out and share with my wife at home. We were impressed whole meal was delicious. Not many places offer chicken dark meat as a choice. All add on choices were excellent. Meal sizes are a very generous. Easy for two people to share one bowl, what we did.

I came to the pita way as part of a Yelp event and I am so glad that I did. The owner Chad is super nice and welcoming, as I waited in line I heard how he recommended his favorite gyro to a guy in front of me, and the guy loved it. I ordered a rice bowl with gyro meat, I added the hummus and the garlic sauce which is out of this world delicious, I tried their chicken also which has the best seasoning. They have so many toppings to choose from and they even have some weekend catering specials. The hype about the fries is so real! Between the cheese and the spice. It's perfectly delicious. If you find yourself in Franklin I highly recommend this place!

Such a hidden gem! Service: Wonderful! Everyone is so welcoming, they are very helpful and make great recommendations. Food: The menu is concise yet diverse. You have the option of a "sandwich" on pita, "quesapita" (quesadilla pita), or bowl. I love how you can customize it to your needs--I could make it as healthy or indulgent as I wanted and it could satisfy all parties. I had the pita bowl with traditional toppings; everything was fresh, refreshing and very filling. I was so satisfied with my meal. I also tried the fire fries, and, WOW! Worth it. (ask for them extra saucy!!) Topline: This hidden gem operates like a Mediterranean chipotle in the sense that you pick and choose what goes into your bowl/wrap from pre-selected items displayed in front of you. Great for the whole family and easy to pick up on busy nights. I will definitely be back.

Wow! The staff here is absolutely amazing, and the food is really good. Highly recommended! The moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the friendly staff. They were eager to explain all the various options and tell us about the ingredients, offering suggestions along the way. Their enthusiasm really got us excited for the food we were about to enjoy. And it was clear they were being authentic, which was backed up by how good the food was. I opted for the Quesopita, which is something like a quesadilla on pita bread. I went with crispy chicken and a variety of their yummy toppings. My wife got a Rice Bowl, with great ingredients and their delicious white sauce (a variation on ranch dressing), and she was raving about how good it was. I also got the Fire Fries, which were super good. They are really good about allergies here. My wife can't have gluten, and when she mentioned that the staff used a fresh knife and cutting board to make sure there was no cross-contamination. We really appreciated that they would go the extra mile for their gluten-free customers. I can't say enough about the great staff here. They clearly care about their customers and are enthusiastic about their products. And the food is great too! We will definitely be back soon.

Today was my second visit to Franklin Bakehouse, and it instantly reminded me why I loved it so…read moremuch the first time, years ago, when I came for brunch with a friend. The staff were patient and helpful as I asked questions and considered all my options. I had forgotten that they brew Nashville's own 8&R spresso!! Their 16oz drinks come with four shots - coffee lovers like me will appreciate the strength! Most of their syrups are Monin, I think maybe I saw 1 housemade. What really sets this place apart is the charming farmer's market-style vibe. Besides food, coffee and fresh-baked pastries, they offer their own delicious sourdough and focaccia loaves to go, and a very thoughtful selection of local items - like organic Amish eggs ($6/dozen - unreal price right now and I saw they reuse the cartons/place to return them - heartwarming), bone broths, small-batch sauces, and so much more. I loved spotting a whole shelf of Republic of Tea bags, sold individually so you can sample new flavors before committing to a full tin. You can tell everything is chosen with care both in quality and with a community focus. Franklin Bakehouse is one of those places that just makes you feel good the moment you walk in. It def helped to see and pet some pups too (I assume they are welcome as there were some inside when I arrived).

This is my review for the bakery:…read more I really wanted to support this small bakery, but my experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. When I first visited, the owner, Steve Bledsoe, asked where we were from. After I said California, he told an employee to give us the "California discount." When the total came out to $40 per pie, I was shocked and asked why the price was so high. I was given a long explanation about premium ingredients and homemade quality. Feeling awkward and wanting to support a family-owned business, I went ahead and bought four pies. The next day, when I came back to pick them up, I noticed on the register that another customer had been charged $25 per pie. That was a big red flag. To double-check, I later called the shop as a new customer and was told pies are $25. When I asked to speak with the owner, his answers were inconsistent and unconvincing. I'm extremely disappointed. especially in a local business that relies on community trust. I left feeling like I was charged more simply because the owner thought he could get away with it. I will not be returning, and I hope the business reconsiders how it handles pricing and customer interactions. On top of the dishonesty. The pies were not great. I could have supported Costco and bought larger pies that tasted just as good, if not, better.
