The restaurant was filthy and they said they had just got done with a rush. The rush was clearly over though and 6 employees stood there taking with literal filth all over the floor and you could tell their gloves and the sandwich making areas had not been cleaned in some time.. I love Jersey Mike's they have the best subs. However This particular location is ALWAYS filthy. None of the tables are ever wiped down the employees watch you wipe your own table down. I normally don't review chain restaurants, since Yelp allows me to explore new places, but I have to give this place a little love. During the pandemic, I have been here for pick-up a few times, and their sandwiches are constantly good! We usually get the Italian or Steak & Cheese, and never disappoints. My order is always on time and they make pick-up easy. The times I have been there (pick-up only) seemed to be taking Covid-19 precautions, however I did see some earlier reviews saying they weren't, so maybe I caught them at a different time. Also, even though it's a chain, make sure to tip on occasion. They have a nice staff and do good work! read more

Rushing me to pay then doesn't even get everything on receipt. THROWS MONEY AT ME and acts surprised when I say that's not okay. And then storms off to the back to have someone else finish her job that she already did wrong to begin with. who has the time for drama at the Jersey mikes seems like something was already going on between the team when I got there. Jersey Mike's is a great franchise. The ingredients stocked at this location are the proper ingredients. The taste is what you'd expect from a Jersey Mike's. However, do not go here unless you love waiting in line, because this particular Jersey Mike's is the slowest one I have ever been to by far. So slow it's predictable. We only ever go here because it is close, but we never go here when we are hungry right now, because that would be a mistake. An open letter to JM... Dear Jersey Mike's, Please realize you are operating across the street from a Jimmy John's, and when hunger is involved we will pick them every time over your super slow sandwich shop. We love Jersey Mikes, but it's sad how poor the management is here. They are SOOO SLOW And not friendly at all.

Jersey Mikes is one of my top 2 favorite sandwich places and I give them a 5 star rating on the food but the customer service is terrible, hence the low score. There are 2 larger guys that always seem to be there in the late afternoons when I come in...not judging by any means but rather just a description. Not only are they incredibly slow and work at a snails pace but they consistently act as though they are overworked and are too backed up to welcome us in the door. The place is always empty when we come in that time of day and knowing they get online orders too, there's just no excuse for their attitudes. As one person stated, they make us feel as though we are bothering them and speak with condescension in their voices and actions. This is CRAZY! The saving grace is that there is a female employee (who I hope is management) that counteracts these other employees so I tend to keep coming back time and time again. I wish I could tip her w/o her having to share since the afore mentioned guys don't deserve it but act as though they do. Enough said! read more

I notice many of the bad reviews for this location are old. This is my neighborhood JM and I love it. They are friendly and the service is fast. They also know what "a lot of mustard" means which is key to sandwiches for me! We come here often and have never had an issue. read more

3 out of 4 of the staff members (one of which appeared to be the manager) were extremely rude to all of the customers and didn't even acknowledge my existence as I waited to inquire about my online order. I finally gave up and just spoke up asking for a refund (my first words to any of them) -- at which point they were more than happy to get me out of the store as if I had been standing there complaining the entire time. Apparently, they couldn't have cared less about this day because they were ill-prepared to serve food. They had NOTHING except wheat bread to serve sandwiches on. They had NO portabello mushrooms to serve their PORTABELLO MUSHROOM sandwich. The sandwiches we got were not even average. I normally do not write bad reviews because I realize every restaurant can have a bad day. I love jersey Mike's. But my experience here was absolutely terrible. We did a mobile order and it took about an hour and a half for them to make us a few sandwiches. I never had a problem with any other jersey mikes, but this location has terrible customer service. Just recently I went in I asked for a sub with both turkey and bacon. I made it clear I wanted bacon on my sandwich. Sadly, when I got home and began eating my sandwich I realized they didn't give me the club sub I had ordered. It did not have the bacon I specifically asked for. Also, it was soaked in oil, which made it soggy. It was not a pleasant experience. I'm just disappointed with this location. read more

If you're interested in a fairly decent sandwich combined with being treated like a bother - this is your place. I've been to many Jersey Mike's throughout the country, and am used to being treated like a valued guest - not so at this location. The food was good - but the lack of service ruined the experience. The guys behind the counter genuinely seemed irritated that we were there when we ordered. To make it worse, when we realized we were double charged for a sandwich and politely explained it to one of the workers, he acted like it was an incredible inconvenience to fix HIS error. He mumbled something about taking care of it, but provided no receipt or proof - so we'll see. There's many other restaurants in the area - I'd recommend going to any other than this one. read more

I will never return to this Jersey Mike's store. I placed an online order to pick up at 11:23 and when I got to the store had to wait 15 minutes for it. Which TOTALLY defeats the point of placing an order ahead due to limited time for lunch break. In addition when I questioned the young lady at the register when my order would be ready because iI didn't have a lot of time she very sarcastically said "if you can't tell we are a little busy". At that point I was so surprised and insulted by her immaturity and lack of service skills and professionalism I said you don't have to be rude about it I was just needing to know if my order will be ready soon. To which another young jerk answered you're being rude. And I said why because I am asking if my order is even being worked on? So this store is a joke. Dirty and unprofessional and total disregard of basic customer service. Whoever manages this store would benefit from having one person handle the online/ call ahead orders and the others handle those in line. Not efficient way of doing things at the lunch hour. People only have a short lunch break and to spend half of it waiting for rude sandwich makers ruined my day. Good luck with this store. Maybe they need more training in customer service.
