I can honestly say this location is way worse than Columbia and Brentwood. I couldn't wait to enjoy my wings while watching the AFC Championship game. So, Uber Eats for the win but wait, the food didn't hold up its end. When I tell you, there was no sauce on the wings, absolutely none. See photo. Straight disappointment! Everywhere I ate at Jefferson's, it was sauce all over. The 1st thing out my mouth was "where is the sauce?". We call up to them after seeing the wings and their way of rectifying the issue was, "bring them up there to put sauce on". We visited on Monday for a late lunch and the place was so busy ! Our server was warm and friendly and was on top of refills and check backs ! Monday is their $8.99 Burger and fries special and I have to tell you, we had the Jefferson's burger and the classic cheeseburger and they were perfectly prepared and the fries were fresh out of the fryer! It is so nice to have Jefferson's open 7 days a week, and it's our Monday " go to"! Fairview businesses are almost all closed Sunday or Sunday/Monday .... Yep, seeing is believing! It's fresh oysters on the half shell at Jefferson's Restaurant in Fairview TN. They are just as delicious as they look. Fresh oysters are flown in from the coast to Jefferson's! It is a very clean well run bar and grill in our little home town. Great spot for a quick bite to eat! Our server Natalia was excellent. She was very attentive and also created genuine conversation with us! We got oysters which were some of the biggest oysters we ever have had. We've gotten oysters directly out of the ocean in Key West but these at Jefferson's were honestly a close match! When dining at this establishment, we needed to change our baby before eating. There is NO changing table in either restroom. My husband had to bring her outside and change her in the back of our vehicle in the 90° weather. About 15 minutes later, we witnessed another parent needing to change their baby. Instead of going outside, they got their food to go- and left. Absolutely ridiculous to not have access to something as simple as a changing table, in a restaurant that claims to be family friendly. How do you offer high chairs for babies, but no area to change their diaper? Do better. read more

Every visit I've had to Jefferson's has been so tasty. I've never received a bad meal. The service has been decent each tim, nothing outstanding but nothing to complain about either. It has a sports bar feel to it, but it's family friendly and on the smaller side as far as restaurants go. I usually get a burger when I go, and I can almost never finish it. They don't skimp on the toppings. If your local, definitely check it out. read more

Just went there for lunch. Maybe 10 people in the joint. Waiting at the hostess stand and the waitress stands across the room. Doesn't seem motivated to move across the room and seat me. She motions me to grab a table - and thus begins a 25 min wait for some simple chicken wrap - which was extremely subpar with dry chunks of grilled chicken that was hard to even chew. Oh Lord. We need good places in Fairview, and the kind that makes you feel welcome. This sure ain't it! Wait - I don't get this. I have been here when the joint is packed with a friend of mine and service was friendly, attentive and the food was really fresh and good! Don't know what happened to the crew this afternoon. Such an excellent and welcome addition to the neighborhood. Basic American fare, boasting "burgers, wings, and oysters" as their specialty. Confused about the last part? Yea me too. I don't think I'll ever order seafood in a landlocked state, but that's just the New England in me.. The location is very tiny and being the buzz of the town, I would expect a wait for a while. We opted to sit outside and had no wait (there's only 4 table out there and only bother if you don't mind the noise of traffic). Service was friendly and on the ball from start to finish. The food actually surpassed my expectations. I really wasn't expecting much (pictures posted so far show basic fried food fare), but it was executed really well. We got the double dipped wings as I'm a sucker for crispy wings. They were juicy and crispy BUT I didn't taste any sauce. My suggestion to them is to have a batch of wings that have been marinating in the hot sauce specifically for the double dip orders. We ended up getting some medium buffalo sauce on the side and it was great. The husband enjoyed his fried pickle burger and I liked my aloha grilled chicken sandwich. The fries are excellent as is the Mac and cheese. I didn't notice dessert on the menu. I'll have to look next time. Anyway, long story short, we can't wait to go back and we are SO happy to have somewhere local to eat. It will be on our dinner rotation! I'll have pics for you guys next time ;o) read more

This place is the worst with online orders!! They quoted 35 minutes for an order of boneless wings and a wrap. Showed up 10 minutes after the 35 minutes and then it took another 15 minutes to wait around to get the food. It's like they don't start cooking your online orders until you come in and ask for it, it should take an hour for a simple 2 item order!!! read more

I think the restaurant could use a thorough cleaning. the cabinets and door to the kitchen and the bathrooms are filthy with a black film. Does not make dining in very appetizing. Their wings are the best. If you are a fan of sports this is the place to hang out and watch your team. Great staff and fast service. If you're solo hang out the bar and have your meal, the bartenders are great. There's daily beer specials. read more

My family comes here religiously!!! We love jeffersons, my favorite is the corn nuggets and the patty melt. My mouth is watering typing this! My only tip is that if you get an alcoholic beverage to make it a double as they don't put much in them at all. But they're still delicious! Jefferson's is a local sports bar specializing in wings, burgers, wraps and oysters according to their signage. It's a rainy Sun night and Jefferson's is hopping. Great bar atmosphere with TV's split between Titans and Cowboy's games. Staff warm and friendly and with all of this we were really looking forward to it. Now the food wasn't bad by any means, just more along the garden variety, cheaper end, drive-in or food court fare. We only gave it a three star as we have had such phenomenal food in Franklin and around that it's only fair in the scheme of things. We split traditional wings hot sauce and the sauce was impressive, but the wings were the oversized fatty ones not the small meaty ones. The burger hubby had was run of the mill he said, he's the one that came up with the 'drive-in' description. I had a veggie quesadilla and the first few bites were okay but they added some spice or seasoning, maybe chipotle? I'm not sure exactly but it got old fast! I barely made it through the second segment. Maybe they used canned tomatoes that were pre-seasoned or something, I'm not sure. Pity because there was plenty of great looking cheese and onions. Really a so-so experience so giving it a so-so score. read more

Ordered some food and was finishing eating when I noticed somebody sitting on a food prep table in the kitchen when a server went through the kitchen door. When I inquired about it to one of the servers, she told me that food was prepared on the other side of the kitchen and it was ok because the boss sits there all the time. When I asked if She thought it was ok that somebody sat on a food prep table, she replied "I don't know what to tell you, I only work here on Sundays." This is disturbing since they serve raw oysters and I almost ordered some...glad I didn't. I had ordered enough food to have leftovers to take home, but after that I left it all on the table and went home. As I left people from the kitchen came to the window and laughed, I guess loosing business is funny to them. read more

I'm new to Fairview, and Jefferson's is one of only 3 or 4 restaurants here not including fast food, so I am pleased that it is quite tasty. Burgers are good, wings are also (if bone-in, ask for extra crispy or the skin will be rubbery). The wing sauce-list is pretty expansive. My experience with the wait staff so far is that it is good. Considering that the vast majority appear to be high-schoolers, and have been the same ones over the last 3 or 4 months, I'd say they are doing fine overall. 1 star off because the parking is really bad unless you go super early, even during the week. Also, the place overall is quite small. There is almost always someone waiting for a table. It's hard to understand why they don't expand or move to a large location. But overall its clean, good, and relatively fast & cheap. read more

Been here a couple of times and they have awesome burgers and wings and oysters. Service has seriously improved since opening. Hard to give exceptional service when you are getting your bearings. Yet these Servers know how to smile and anticipate customers needs, you don't have to flag down they have it handled. I notice that they are learning their patron names and I love that.
