Though subs here are not bad, this is not my favorite place. It can get rather crowded during lunch and can take a bit longer than Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's. There is outdoor seating which is nice, but they need more room. Every time I come here I feel cramped and I am not a claustrophobic person. I work at a public school, and today was an office staff member's birthday. She wanted to order from Which Wich for lunch, so I placed an online order at 9:30 to be delivered at 11:45. The order consisted of 8 sandwiches, 1 bowl, and 3 fries. At around 11:45, the fries, and only the fries, were delivered. The secretary asked the delivery person where the rest of our food was, and the delivery person said she didn't have it and would have to go back and get it. About 30 minutes later, someone from Which Wich called and said the delivery person had not yet returned to pick up the rest of our order, but if the order was not picked up in the next 10 minutes, he would deliver it himself. 50 minutes later, I called to see where our food was. The woman I talked to said the sandwiches had been remade and DoorDash was on the way to pick them up and then deliver them to us. I asked why they had not been delivered by the man I spoke to earlier, and she mumbled something about how he couldn't deliver the order because they used a third-party delivery (or something like that). Our food finally arrived at 1:10 and was pretty much inedible. The hot sandwiches we ordered were disgusting; the meat was cold, the cheese was congealed, and the bread was soggy. one coworker paid 15.75 for a super-size sandwich but got the small size. We did not receive fresh fries, and the ones we had gotten earlier were cold and gummy by then. The woman at the store obviously lied about remaking the sandwiches because the sticker on the sandwich showed they had been made at 10:47. Everyone's scheduled lunchtime had already passed, and there was no birthday lunch. Which Wich had our $92.79, and we had food (if you can call it that) nobody wanted to eat. Its fun though! On your paper bag there is all kinds of ingredients to choose from! You check the box of what you want on the sandwich. Everything from Pesto, Spicy Mayo, Hot Sauce, Bacon, Lettuce, or anything you really can think of! Once you customize your sandwich with a provided sharpie; you give it to the person at the register and pay. They place the bag on a zip line and send it down to the sandwich maker! The Which Wich? interior theme is semi-industrial with lots of yellow and stainless steel. Numbered paper bags stamped with option-bubbles for bread (long white or wheat french roll, always toasted), meat, cheese and condiments ("works") choices are marked with red pens and taken to the counter where they are clipped onto a zipline and passed to the expert sandwich cooks. All sandwiches are $4.75 (except the wicked, which has all the meats available and extra cheese). Extra cheese, extra meat and pickle spears cost more. There are also separate cards for milkshakes and branded paper bags of thick, ridged salt-and-pepper potato chips as well as neatly packaged rectangles of brownies and rice krispy treats. The drink machine has Mello Yello, which is an advantage in my opinion. I love this place. Best sandwiches in Cool Springs. Everyone can find something they love here. Even my super picky seven year old son. I adore all of the different turkey sandwiches. There are so many options and you get to write it all down on a cool paper bag. I love getting exactly what I want to eat. I haven't seen a bad looking sandwich. They have this great crushed ice at the soda fountain. Makes the coke taste better in my opinion. If you're a vegetarian and want fast food, this place is paradise! Seriously, for just over $5, I get a black bean burger on toasted whole wheat with super sloppy toppings (the way I like it). Today I added hummus, caramelized onions, peppers, pickles, mustard, lite mayo, tzatziki sauce, oregano, and probably more that I can't remember. Yes, quite a mix but I was in heaven. We go regularly but unfortunately this time was a terrible experience. We always get one Italian and one whicked. Both of course have pepperoni- it was very "stringy". We had to pull apart and remove the outer coating. We also did not get half of our toppings. Needless to say it was poorly constructed and pepperoni definitely wasn't up to par. read more

We have been eating here pretty consistently for about two years. Our last experience was a huge disappointment. We ordered three sandwiches and none were as we ordered or as described. I had a cordon bleu sandwich that had no thousand island dressing as described. The condiments were very skimpy. We ordered two other sandwiches and none were as described. They were very light on all ingredients and all three sandwiches were incomplete in more than one ingredient.
