The manager handled my refund transaction, touched the register, receipt, and other surfaces -- then immediately went right back to handling customers' food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. She went straight back to preparing orders and placing food on trays. The only positive thing I can say is that the young employee who initially helped me was polite and professional.
