This Culver's location is a great one! It's in an area surrounded by shopping and other restaurants, coffee shops, etc. and is very centrally located. We've been here several times and every time it's been a great experience both with the food and the customer service -- Culver's doesn't cut corners on care of customer, that's for sure! Our kids LOVE coming here both because the food is great and also because they get a frozen custard every visit with their kids meal! (Which is delightful!) And us adults love it too. Their burgers really are special and so much better than the average burger place. Here's my tip: for the kids grilled cheese substitute the American cheese for cheddar cheese. My kids eat it so much better when it's cheddar AND they have the most fun cheese pulls that way! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came to this "restaurant" today expecting to grab a quick meal before heading home, and the entire experience was unbelievably unprofessional from start to finish. I ordered two of the same meals. When a very kind young employee brought the food outside, there was only one meal in the bag. I politely let her know there should have been two. She apologized, went back inside, and then returned saying the manager claimed I only paid for one meal and would need to pay again for the second. Since I had already waited close to 20 minutes in a very long line and genuinely believed I had paid for both meals, I went inside to speak with the manager for clarification. Before I even approached her, I noticed the manager, Panda, being dismissive and rude to the employee who was simply trying to explain the situation. When I asked to speak with her, she turned around and yelled over her shoulder that she was "too busy" and that I would need to yell over the customers to talk to her. Once she finally came to the register, I calmly explained the misunderstanding and mentioned that the cashier had read the order back to me, which is why I was confused. I even offered to just pay for the second meal until her attitude became increasingly dismissive and disrespectful. At that point, I simply requested a refund. What should have been a quick process somehow took another 7 minutes because she repeatedly kept saying, "I don't know what you want me to do," even after I clearly stated multiple times that I wanted a refund. She also accused me of being rude, despite the fact that I remained calm and only wanted the issue resolved so I could leave. The most concerning part happened after the refund was finally completed. The manager handled my refund transaction, touched the register, receipt, and other surfaces -- then immediately went right back to handling customers' food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. She went straight back to preparing orders and placing food on trays. The only positive thing I can say is that the young employee who initially helped me was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the manager's behavior completely ruined the experience. I will not be returning. read more

Culver's never disappoints! My family and I rarely dine at fast food restaurants, but this place is an exception. Everything we have ever ordered has been exceptional! Recently, my husband and I ordered the fish sandwich. It had the best tasting, huge piece of Cod on it. Made me more impressed that they choose that type fish versus Swai that many other restaurants offer. I definitely prefer Cod over Swai! The custard is delicious in a Coke or Root Beer float. And, it's the only place I'll get a Sundae bc it's the only place that offers my favorite flavor (Cherry.) I can't find any other place that offers it anymore, so Culver's will continue to get my business. Same for Malts, most places have stoped making them. But, you can still get one at Culver's. So, they'll continue to get business particularly for that reason too. Culver's has daily custard flavors, and they have the BEST root beer I've ever tasted! My husband really likes their hamburgers, and I like the crinkle fries. Honestly, we haven't found anything we don't like! Oh, except they are very strict about charging for "extra" anything. The deep fried Wisconsin cheese curds really took me back to my childhood when my Grandpa would bring us string cheese and cheese curds from WI - they were delicious, but fair warning to eat them fast! I am consistently disappointed with the subpar quality of food coming out of this Culver's. I've now been to this location a handful of times and every time there is something wrong with my order. My last order? I got the new garlic pub burger to try and I received a regular double cheeseburger on a plain bun with plain mayo. What? I also ordered a kids meal with fries and a drink. I received no fries, and no drink. I ordered a chicken tender meal and received no sauces. I feel ripped off every time I go here. This place is run by a bunch of teenagers and early 20 something's that seem to not care at all about the quality of food they put out. Where is the manager? Where is the owner? Do they not care about their customers? I've been to Culver's in many different states and this one is consistently the worst Culver's I've ever been to. No smiles when ordering, no polite attitudes, poor customer service, and consistently wrong and bad food. A disappointment to the franchise. A disappointment to Franklin. After doing some shopping on the 4th of July in Franklin, I wanted to explore the area and took a drive. I also needed a beverage. There was a Starbucks nearby. I went through the drive-thru. A pleasant man let me know that the cafe had closed for the day. I was disappointed as it was just after 8 pm. It's interesting, but the Starbucks cafes in Nashville close early compared to what I am used to in the greater Toronto area. I was bummed, but thanked him for the information. My drive to figure out what was around here led me to seeing a Culver's sign. It's in a plaza with Walmart anchoring it. I was elated seeing Culver's that I automatically drove over to the restaurant. I hit the drive-thru. It wasn't busy. I heard a female voice on the other end. I was thrilled that this eatery was still open. I ordered a strawberry shake in a regular size. I got to the pickup window and paid with a credit card. All was great. The woman handed me my shake and I was happy. I thanked her and drove off with my shake. I love Culver's shakes. You can taste real strawberry in my shake. It was a hot day and this shake it the spot. It was cold, creamy, and delicious. I normally get a butter burger from Culver's, but I had eaten dinner before I came here. This particular Culver's is located on Mallory Lane and sits in front of the Cool Springs Walmart. While this location has been open for a few years, you honestly would think it is fairly new the way that is kept up, both cleanliness and condition wise! I popped in on lunch recently and got the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Martha. She was so friendly, sweet and helpful not only at the counter, but when she brought me my food as well. I ordered the classic bacon cheeseburger basket with onion rings and a drink. The basket itself is already well priced, but Ms. Martha hooked me up with a 10% discount on top of it! My only issue with the whole experience was the bacon. It was clearly microwave bacon and only 1.5 little strips that were crumbled and falling off the burger. There really wasn't much bacon to make the bacon cheeseburger! Overall, I am massive fan of Culver's and will certainly be back many times for lunch as my office is nearby! read more

ALMOST everyone who works here is very nice. They greet you when you walk in, take your order quickly, and the menu is easy to read. The food is the same at all the Culver's, so I'm merely reviewing this location. The food is ok. Our orders do come out a little slow, but we always get the correct order. The kid's meal is a good portion and a good value. The booths are very, very comfortable. They are probably my favorite in the city, though a few need some vinyl repair. The man was kind enough to reach out to me via phone and agreed with me that the burgers at his location have sadly sucked for some time. The other food is quite good. The burgers are cold, thrown together and unappealing at best. The gentleman beliv strongly it was a process and training issue. I would have rated five stars, but the restaurant's COVID policy is lacking. The staff are always extremely helpful and courteous. The food is great with relatively consistency. The problem I have is that a week before Christmas when TN literally has the highest rate of transmission on the planet, the dining room is closed M-F and open Sat & Sun. This indicates that the management knows there is a greater risk posed by dining in, given the closure on weekdays, but on weekends when there will certainly be more patrons and higher risk of transmission, public safety is thrown to the wind. Aside from the general disregard for public health, it's especially concerning because this decision puts the health of high quality employees at risk. That's not to say average or subpar employees are more expendable, but it is all the more disheartening to see management mistreat their quality employees via negligent policies like this during a pandemic, prioritizing profits over people. I would ask Giovanni Emery, GM of this location, and Robert Glass, owner of this location, to reconsider the message they're sending in exposing the employees who generate their profits to more people, thereby increasing their possible exposure to COVID, and I hope they will change their policy. read more

Let me start this out by saying......we need Culvers in Southern California! Tried it for the first time while in Nashville and just loved the Cheddar Butterburger. Patties were cooked well, with a little bit of crisp around the edges and using Cheddar vs American cheese was a bonus (not an American cheese fan). An extremely busy fast food joint located next to Walmart. Food only took about 10-12 minutes to come out which wasnt bad considering the vast amount of people that were there at the time.
