    Large Large T-OP Poke Bowl
    Hannah W.

When you first walk in, you need to go to the 2nd counter for Poke. The first counter is Boba/ice cream. They also have sheets where you can build your own bowl, then hand it to the cashier! This makes the checkout process very easy, with no time-pressure to decide your options. The large poke bowl had very fresh ingredients, but could use more protein. I see this often in poke places, but this seemed to be less protein than others. There are many good options for toppings. 5 toppings come in a bowl, and 3 proteins. Ahi tuna raw or grilled is $2 extra, and a double scoop of any protein is $3 extra. I do appreciate they had a few Grilled meat options for people who do not prefer Raw. They were very generous with the spicy mayo and it was delicious.. All in all, a good lunch. $20 total for a large bowl, would've been ~18-19 without the tuna addition. A little pricey for lunch for 2, so we shared 1 bowl.

This place really impressed me!!! The protein was cooked very well. & over all, all of the ingredients were super fresh. Loved the fill out form in the front - super smart. Clean environment. Will def be a regular!

Got: Large bowl with fried tofu, grilled salmon, raw salmon salad ($15.45) Price: 8/10 fair price for a meal Value: 8/10 the large can be two meals or one big meal if you're hungry A box with order cards is by the entrance. You fill them out and hand them to the cashier who places your order. I was told that this was used to expedite the ordering and service process. This atmosphere is casual with many tables to eat/hangout. The salmon and tofu I opted for were cooked immediately before being served. Fresh and done well. The salmon were in chunks and had a light sweet glaze. Not dry at all. The tofu was supple but still had a chewy exterior. The raw salmon salad - which I guess was the only "poke" part of the bowl was standard and came in a generous scoop. There were many options for toppings and sauces. Extra toppings or extra protein costs extra above the $15.45. Overall, in addition to the raw fish poke proteins, there are cooked protein options that resemble teriyaki bowls. Good options, fair price, solid casual food spot to eat and hang out at.

I've never had a better Poké bowl in my life. all of the ingredients are fresh, sauces are awesome, and somehow they mix in magic. Customer service here is great too! Try it. You won't regret it.

Friendly staff and the tea is good. The coconut milk tea isn't thick but it does have the rich Coconut flavor I was hoping for!

When I visit a bubble tea place, I will judge you based on authenticity of the product. This is by far the best place in Nashville area. I've tried almost a dozen places ranging where they boasted healthier options or the powder version being similar. I've been disappointed in Nashville until now. The team is friendly and always greets every customer coming in their door. Their sugar and regular bubbles are great and you can taste their daily freshness. The Thai Tea is authentic - with real condensed milk - and I leave satisfied every time. The milk tea is also very good that can compete with any major Asian community tea spot (LA, NYC, etc). Definitely give these drinks a try!! Street parking in front or on Fair St makes it convenient to stop in for a few min without the struggle of downtown Franklin parking.

I used to not be a fan of boba in my tea..."used to not" ... is that grammatically correct? Prolly not, but I digress. The tapioca balls shooting into my mouth with every swallow just didn't do it for me. But,...there's always a big butt,... my friends here in Franklin at T-op changed all that. Their coconut milk with the boba is amazingly refreshing and yes, I get it with the boba, which I'm not even quite sure what boba really is....tapioca... yes but....how.....why.....where..... But really, the drink is very very good the staff is so appreciative and helpful and, as if it couldn't get any better, they serve Poke bowls. Deliciously prepared for you as you wait, so the food is piping hot when you get it. They are all protected so our social distancing requirements are met. Treat yourself to a delicious treat or a delightful dinner down at T-Op. you'll be so glad you did. Peace Deano

I visited T-op on Saturday, December 12, 2020 around 8 pm. I think this place is a bit overrated based on the price value and my experience. I decided to come here for poke and I found it to be underwhelming. I felt like a some of the common ingredients that are offered at no charge at other poke places shouldn't be charged extra. However, I appreciate that they offered a variety of grilled ingredients that most poke places do not offer. Poke bowls are mostly supposed to be raw sushi bowls, but having cooked protein options on the menu adds something for those who can't eat raw, which is nice. I think the drinks are pretty average and taste too much of artificial flavor at regular sweetness. I'd request reduce sugar level if you can. The dining area is kept very clean and you can tell this place follows necessary precautions during COVID-19 pandemic. Service was super friendly. I'd probably return next time when I'm in the area.

Delicious, high-quality Poke bowls made to order. One of our local favorites when we look at each other and say "what do you feel like?"

It has that laid - back, market style vibe with a fish market and takeaway, along with pantry items. I ordered the ahi tuna poke bowl with all the toppings and found it incredibly fresh and flavorful. Only wish they put more fish in the bowl for the price! I was immediately met with smiling faces and an offer to explain their menu as it was my first time in. I ordered a poke bowl with all the toppings and an order of their special: Kalua pork. It was too cold to eat outside, so I took the food home to share with family. Although I ordered a mixed poke bowl, it turned out there was only ahi added. However, it was the freshest tuna I've had in forever (or ever, maybe!). It brought me right back to a short time I lived on Oahu, eating plain marinated ahi before bowls were so popular! Next time I'll make sure to try the salmon. The kalua pork was equally authentic with its tender bite and smoky flavor, and it paired perfectly with the rice and mac salad. We did add a bit of Japanese bbq sauce to the meat at home, which made it a little more interesting. The portions were enormous! I shared with family and had enough pork leftover for a next-day lunch. There is no indoor seating, but because it's located at one city, there is plenty of outdoor community seating. I'll be back in better weather, to enjoy a fresh catch while watching a beach volleyball match! Before then, I may swing by to pickup one of their dinner kits with the freshest fish in Nashville.
