Had spicy tuna and spicy salmon and both tasted very fresh. Also, added cabbage for crunch and texture along with wonton and garlic crisps. It was a great experience with different flavor explosions with every bite. Plenty of spots to sit with well-regulated air on one of the hotter days in Franklin. Easy to park a block away at the free parking garage. Definitely will be back!

We originally choose the House Spicy broth, but my beautiful partner asked the lady how spicy was the broth, and she did say it was actually spicy; so she asked them to downgrade my broth to the Sour and Spicy broth, as it was more mild. I'm so glad she did, as my broth still seemed quite spicy, especially the red chili oil floating at the top. I'm not sure how she was able to deal with the House Spicy level, but she was able to power through it. The sauce station was quite limited, without any sweet options to mix with the spicy oil and scallions. Overall, this place is ok for Tennessee. The egg rolls are crunchy and come with a sweet kind of chili sauce. They also have hoisin or sriracha sauce on the tables if you would like to add more flavor to your food.
