First of all let me just say I LOVE BOBA Okay, so on to the review. WIN is newer to the Antioch area and being a south Nashville resident I am so glad they're here! We came ik for a couple drinks on Friday afternoon. The place was spotless and we were immediately greeted by the employees. First good sign! Then we we're asked if we had any questions or needed help with our selection. Second good sign! The third and final good sign that means I will absolutely be a repeat customer was that they asked if our tea was the right sweetness level and let us sample it before they poured it into the cup and sealed it. Great customer service is always a yes. The mango slush fruit tea with tapioca boba was perfect. Not too sweet, lots of boba without me asking for extra na perfect for a hot summers day. Their location is so convenient to my house, I'll definitely be a repeat customer. read more

I was hopeful that I had found another location that I could add to my list of "go to" places for bubble tea. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Although there was two small tables, this place is def an order and go kind of place. There was a long wait....over 30 min. I decided to try something new and ordered a Lychee Slushi with lychee jellies and strawberry popping bobas. I am not a fan. I think I will stick to milk teas. While I was waiting over 30 min for my slushi, I noticed that some customers who were in front of me were still waiting for their orders when I left. Maybe I'll try this place again when I'm in the area and give their milk teas a try. Hopefully the service will be better. read more

Wonderful service!! I went there for the first time today and initially order the Vietnamese coffee but the worker asked if I had ever had it first. I told them no and he told me it's a stronger taste if that is what I would like. I'm glad he told me b/c I definitely did not want a strong coffee taste! I ordered the mocha milk tea instead and before they were finished making it they asked me if I had ever had the mocha drink before from this bubble tea shop which I replied no. He then asked me if I wanted to taste it first to see if it's sweet enough before he sealed it in a cup for me. These interactions happened with two different employees that just wanted to make sure I was going to enjoy what I way buying which is awesome!! Will definitely be coming back FYI: the drink I got is perfect! read more

I'd say this is a major improvement from the Starbucks that once occupied this space (you can still see the old cabinets). I've never been a fan of the overpriced, mediocre drinks at Starbucks and their truly awful food. Enter WIN Bubble Tea, a local beverage purveyor once solitary on Nolensville Road that has now blossomed into three Nashville locations. Taiwan invented bubble tea in the 1980s, and it finally reached Nashville 20 years ago. But WIN is quickly cornering the market in Music City. I first discovered that mesmerizing popping boba - a spin-off of the tapioca pearls - as an ice cream topping at Yogurtland in Los Angeles. The thin, grape-like skin of these tiny spherical shapes bursts to reveal fruity liquid inside. They are splendidly flavorful at WIN! Contrary to a popular misconception, bubble tea is so named by the bubbles that come to the surface of the beverage, not the pearls that have become synonymous with the drink. Even if you despise tea, as I do, there are plenty of fruity options here! I had an amazing strawberry slush with plentiful strawberry popping boba! By the end, there was more ice than drink, but slushes have a tendency of having such consistency. The employees were very friendly and the store was immaculately clean. Sure, it might be a toxic work environment for those behind the counter - so I've heard from several former workers - thanks to the tyrannical owners. I decided to get the mango strawberry milk tea with strawberry and mango toppings. This place also offers call in orders and I believe you can order online as well. Everyone was wearing masks. This place has been inconsistent across the board over years I have come here. Sometimes they have certain toppings, sometimes they don't. They used to say they serve food, but every time I have asked, they don't. The baristas are never knowledgeable of the teas they serve. Now, I just walked out with a $7.42 hot tea that the barista said I couldn't add milk to to make it a tea latte because she wasn't at liberty to change the recipe... but I asked for it? WIN Tea is a franchise and they don't care about retaining business. The bubble tea isnt even good. It's just artificial syrups and powders put in a blender. read more

So excited to see this great new tea spot in the neighborhood! I have never heard of "Bubble Tea" but decided to try it out. The store had COVID precautions with the masks as well as scan/order/pay and pickup and kiosks. You can also order at the counter. The staff was very friendly. The friendly staff gave me a history of bubble tea, told me about the menu and assisted me making my selection. I had a strawberry - passion fruit - fruit tea with lychee and fruit punch topping. It was very tasty. The tea shop is very bright and clean. The tea was reasonably priced to me. It's a great place to stop and enjoy a tea! I will return. Check it out! read more

We frequent this location and the past few times the store is out of boba. When we inquired about why that keeps happening, the girl with pigtails behind the counter got very snappy and rude, saying "we ran out -- that just happens sometimes". She's not wearing a name badge. It's happening weekly, so it seems that there should be a preparedness ahead of time. Really disappointed in the bad attitude. read more

This place is incredible. My partner is here all the time and I joined her today. Just astounding. The place was busy but our order came and went in 3 minutes, and the tea is delicious. I got the Taro milk tea with mango boba and it was beyond satisfying. I've genuinely never tasted anything like it. And of course, it's pretty. I've never had bubble tea so I was excited when I found out there would be a place opening in my neighborhood where I could try it. WIN made my first bubble tea experience an enjoyable one. The customer service is excellent! Everyone was so nice and bubbly. I waited about 45 minutes for my order but it's opening day. I expected a wait. I had the brown sugar milk tea with coffee jelly. Did not like the texture of the coffee jelly. I am looking forward to trying this place again. read more

It's Memorial Day, I made two orders, one taro boba and a mango slush, the young black woman gave me mango fruit tea. As they were putting the lid on the drink I said "I asked for a slush" and she replied "it's too late", it's not too late to make another drink for me, especially when I'm the only customer in the store..I wish I didn't give them a $10 tip, they didn't even try to fix it.
