However, in the same breath I've never been mad at a meal there. The black and blue steak pasta, the meat could be a higher grade for the price. However the sauce carries the dish! The whipped feta dip, with the hot honey you'll never miss. Best part about this place is they have bottles of Amstel Light, and can make an awesome old fashioned! Took my 75 year old dad here, first restaurant in a while that carried Amstel. It made his night, I'll forever bring him back whenever he is in town so he can have his beer! I have had some phenomenal vegan tuna throughout my 18 years of veganism (Vegas, Minneapolis), but theirs was missing something... Flavor? Seasoning? Not sure, but I'd like to see them improve their recipe. I also tried the strawberry and pineapple cakes. Both were ok. I'd definitely return to try more items, and to get more of that delicious Nashville hot chicken and candied yams. The brunch menu also looks inviting, so I'd love to try that too.
