They have happy hour specials. Food is good. Service can be all over the place. Had some language barriers as well. But I'll come back for food and drinks and the music. Came out for a birthday for a friend and coworker. Found the place to so much fun. Love the karaoke stage. The staff were so awesome. Omg and the drinks wow. I had two fish bowls and thank God I had a designated driver prod had to call a cab for sure. Had a blast. Everyone there seemed to be enjoying themselves rather for the party or not. Overall really good experience! The food was good and the drinks were delicious. I'm a bit of an introvert at times so the ambiance was a little much at times (not the place for a chill/quiet night out) but since we were there trying to have a good time celebrating a birthday, it was a fitting environment for the occasion! This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is not that the waiters here are horrible. It just looks like they are permanently under staffed. All night, this one waiter was running around trying to service everyone. This place has some very good food specials and drink specials. I was able to order a 64oz pitcher for a very good price. They have a ton of beer on tap. I heard that the cocktails are very strong also. My friends ordered wings, steak, and burgers and they all thought the food was good. honestly i wish this establishment was better. it's so close to my house and open late, so i've given it many chances. the reviews don't lie. slow service, added gratuity of 20% on every single check is unmentioned as i found out when my ticket was a lot more than expected. and they try to get away with it by just telling you the amount instead of giving a printed receipt. menu is lacking and hasn't changed in years. i've had a thick, undercooked burger; dry, gamy wings; soggy turtle nachos and burnt sliders. i've tried many different things and all are lack-luster and best and downright bad at worst. it's off putting to have your bag searched by armed security, but i understand. what i don't understand is not being greeted at all while employees sit around and chat. beware of going in the daytime as the A/C rarely works and it's super hot. on a weekend night expect to spend over 2 hours here. one star because the drinks are decent and heavily poured. the margarita/beer tower makes for some fun times, and i've had a pretty good frozen rainbow drink as well. go for the drinks, skip the food & pay attention to your receipt for that extra charge. read more

overall the review here to me can't be that long. Thirsty is a place you can get reasonably priced drinks all day anyway and from 3-7 they have a happy hour. They have a pretty long menu of things you can get but there's certain things I obviously would just not get here. They are nachos, wings, and quesadillas are pretty good and to me on the safe side. I wouldn't venture out until like the seafood section of things or anything that's looking to be a lot more expensive. Prices were too steep for my drink of preference. The tables weren't clean. Staff members were friendly"ish", and inattentive. This isn't my type of spot at all, I prefer my waitresses to have on full regular bottoms, versus biker shorts. The food is always good, sometimes I have wings, sometimes I have a side salad, sometimes I have nachos with shrimp and chicken and sometimes I even have tacos. This particular time I tried something new, the fried pickles. They. were. amazing. I personally do not drink the large drinks they sell in mason jars, fish bowls and more but there are a variety of mixed drinks that are good and strong for you to try. If you are wanting to watch sports, eat good bar food, have a ton of drink options this is the place for you. I have two favorite waitresses, they usually work the patio and right side of the building on the weekends. I am always treated well, my order is always right and I never have to ask for anything because my waitress is always on top of it. We were there from Ohio. The only complaint was the woman we saw upon arrival at the front desk. She was not very friendly. Claudia was a fantastic server and immediately fixed the kitchen's mistake on my husband's meal. When my husband went to put a tip on our payment, she quickly pointed out that an 18% tip was automatically added. She seemed surprised when we acknowledged we were aware but she deserved more, saying she didn't want anyone to think she was stealing. A friend and I visited this bar on Sat afternoon to have some food and drink while watching the TN/AL game. Food was overpriced, but happy hour drinks were reasonably priced. We had decided that it was a good place to come and watch a game, as they had ample TVs. Oh, but when we received the bill, our minds were changed in an instant. They automatically add an 18% gratuity to your bill! I have never faced a situation whereby a small party (2) had an automatic tip added. It is totally unethical to do that without making that policy clear upfront. I believe they think lots of people won't notice, and they will add another tip! First of all I didn't like how I just open the door to the business and there's a security officer right in front of the door and has soon I get in he pushes me out and grabs my bag. Then there's no sign weather to wait to be seated or just have a seat yourself. I turn around and ask the security officer he tells me just just ask for somebody. So I didn't know who was a server or worked here. I stood there and waited. A lady looks at me dead in my face and they way she is hanging out at the bar area with another customer I didn't know if she worked here or was a customer. After standing for 5 mins I just seated myself. Once seated the same lady who looked at me which happens to be a server comers over and smiles and bring a few menus over my fiends and I.
