Alley Pub can be described as a few things...dive bar, local hangout, hole-in-the-wall, hidden gem, etc...and all would ring true! However, in addition to being all of those things, Alley Pub is also a great spot for brunch, dinner, late nights with friends, patio beers on a gorgeous Nashville day, sports bar and maybe most importantly a spot that has a mimosa and Bloody Mary bar on Sunday mornings with 2-for-1 beers all day! Since moving to Nashville and settling on the West end of town, I have heard about Alley Pub a lot and I finally checked it out and honestly am mad at myself for it taking so long! Alley Pub is located in the alley (surprise!) behind the shopping center that holds Gold's Gym at the corner of Old Hickory and 70. When they get busy, parking can be scarce right in front of Alley Pub, but you have the large lot on the other side of the building that is always available. As mentioned, Sunday's are the best day for Alley Pub given their brunch, Mimosa/Bloody Mary Bar and drink specials. Drink wise I started with the 2-for-1 Domestic draft beer and then migrated to the Bloody Mary bar. They bring you out a cold glass with Vodka and ice...more vodka than ice, and then you get to create your own bloody until your heart is content. The bar features a healthy variety of Bloody Mary mixes from local to well known and plain to extra spicy. Then you have your add-ins that include pickles, pickled asparagus, celery, beef sticks, bacon, olives and more plus a good selection of hot sauce too. If you decide to go mimosa, then they have you set there with a bar full of a variety of juices and add-ins such as fresh fruits! Food wise, our table got a few rounds of the Juan wings, which were phenomenal and may be my favorite wing in Nashville at this moment! Once we were a few drinks and wings in to the day we decided to grab a few things off the brunch menu and I ordered the Chicken N' Biscuits. I was a little worried as the description states that it is "2 Tenders" served on biscuits with sausage gravy, so I anticipated little pieces of frozen chicken...but I was wrong! The chicken was small breasts, not tenders, and it was breaded inhouse and fried to perfection! Those things on top of the soft biscuits and then add that gravy...I was feeling good! Service was also excellent. Our server was a long time server of Alley Pub, so everyone knew him and loved him, and for good reason...he was good people with great service! After all this stuff, still I fell short of 5 stars because of the smoking. You can no longer smoke inside, which is great, but it is allowed on the patio and the inside/patio is a constant flow due to the doors always being open. And if you want to sit outside, but don't smoke, then it can be a little overwhelming as the space is not super large...this is especially noticeable when the plastic surrounds are down outside. Overall, Alley Pub is an amazing spot in Bellevue. One that I will continue returning to as long as I live in Nashville!

Been popping in to this place for a few months like 7 or 8 Months My son lives not to far from the ally pub so I decided to pop in and I'm glad that I did the vibe of this place is amazing. Sam (bartender/GM.) is an amazing woman she the one that makes the vibes so go. Even thought I'm not a local she knows the locals that come in and gets them there drink with out them even asking for a drink. If you never been I highly encourage you to stop in have a drink or some great food from there menu. Thank you Sam for a great experience......

Full rack of ribs.

Monday night at Alley Pub. Mondays are Smokin' Mondays. Well, I never paid that no mind... until i I was accidentally at Alley Pub on a Monday night. OMG... you've never seen, picked up, tried to eat a full rack of ribs with this much meat on the bones. Fall apart, juicy, delicious ribs with a rub done by a professional. They were finger-licking deliciousness. Hats off and a bow to the grill master who smoked these bad boys.

Very friendly staff and a variety of meat based dishes. Indoor and outdoor space. Local bar and one of the best.

Awesome dive bar type feel but VERY clean and well kept.

My boyfriend and I recently lost our home and all of our belongings in an apartment fire. In between shopping for necessities we decided to stop by Alley Pub. We were NOT disappointed. Upon sharing our streak of bad luck with the owner, Mark (who is a retired firefighter) we were immediately made comfortable AND he made sure we were taken care of. I truly appreciate how involved the owner is with his restaurant and the clientele. Not to mention how kind and understanding he is. The restaurant is clean, everyone is socially distancing, wearing masks, and all of the employees are SO nice and accommodating. Don't even get me started on the menu! I need ALL of it! Alley Pub is going to be a place we quickly become regulars. 15/10 would recommend to everyone. We are definitely coming back on Sunday for the Bloody Mary, Mimosa, and 75cent wings!

My first visit, moved from DC 2/2023.

My first week in Nashville, this was a must stop place as it will be my neighborhood go to, went for drinks and live music. Didn't have anything to eat, but I love the vibe, the drinks were good, well made, can't wait to go back. The live music was a cancel that night, but I still enjoyed the place. Michelle the bartender was great. Good vibe. Going for Bloody Mary's today, Sunday, 2/12. Seemed clean, good crowd. Eager to hear some local bands.

The place where locals go for a game night. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly. Parking is easy if you know the where it is.

Perfect rating for their wings alone (buffalo), but their servers also get an A for their service. Great place and super affordable.

Great food, great drinks, great prices. Hard to find, absolutely worth it. Absolute highlight is the patio outside.

Every time I come in I feel unwelcome. Get the vibe that blacks are not welcome. I bought a house in Bellevue so this is unfortunate.

I ordered the wrap, all the ingredients tasted fresh but the wrap tasted very much like a gas station wrap. The turkey in it was not good and tasted cheap and old. The fries on the other hand were pretty good. The Mac and cheese was also very creamy and good. Service was absolutely terrible. When I ordered an IPA I just asked her to get me whatever she recommended. Her response was "I don't know I hate IPAs" okay, can't you ask a bartender for dealers choice. Ridiculous. We didn't great our drink order until sitting for 30 mins. We didn't get our food order for almost an hour after sitting and instead of asking us what we wanted to order they just came by to take the menus. I had to say "can't we order food" which made them stop and take our order. Terrible, terrible service. I've had better food, I'd go elsewhere.

My friends and I sat outside and although it took awhile for our waitress to find us & get our food & drink orders I wouldn't fault them as it was packed prior to the game. I had the cheese curds as an app (large portions & very good) & the honey barbecue chicken tenders with fries. I wasn't a huge fan of the fries as they are thick and square cut which isn't my favorite style, but the chicken tenders were some of the best I have had. No stringy bits you often get at restaurants, just good fresh tasting chicken. Sauce was good as well. Would come back, the buffalo chicken chimichanga sounded really enticing

We tried a little bit of everything, and the food was really good. We picked up my gf mom at the airport and most restaurants are closed or limited menu. This is place is such a clutch. I had the egg rolls were delicious and probably one of my favorites. The pizza rolls were also good, cheesy, and perfect for sharing. The salad was fresh and surprisingly great, my gf mom really enjoyed it. the smashed burger was really solid with a soft bun, good toppings, i had the smashed burger and bacon jam. Could use more bacon jam though. It came with fries the fries came out looking soggy but the waiter was 100% she saw it and took it back and it came out crispy . My gf enjoyed her brussels sprouts and pizza rolls. Everything came out looking good and tasted fresh. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, but it is definitely loud, so keep that in mind if you're wanting a quiet dinner. They have outdoor volleyball, huge outdoor seating/patio area, with cornhole. It sometimes looks like the aftermath of a rush week frat party, but that just means people were raging the night before and you missed out. Amirite? They've got 2 pool tables, snack candy food dispenser, video poker, jukebox, AND several old school arcade machines. They had them before all the hipster barcades started too popping up too, talk about OG bar fun I tell you. They have a deadbeat DJ playing top 40s and decent hiphop on weekends, with a solid sound system and great acoustics for the venue because of its lodge-esq feel and open air wooded infastructure. The fact that it turns into a dance club atmosphere with bass booms, lasers lights, and low lighting is a nice breath of fresh air compared to the honkey skonk suet downtown. Nothing special, just a nice dance club dive at night. This atmosphere also attracts hoodwinks, so be warned. Theyre all honestly harmless as long as youre not acting like a complete doucet - or wearing a certain gang color (sarcasm?). For demographics, this bar is par for the course in its neck of the woods. I hate that they dont serve drinks in real glasses though, only plastic. Theyve got a wide variety of TVs, not the biggest, but they do the job. They also have poker on Wednesday nights. The food is pretty decent, they actually use a grill. The grilled chicken sandwich is actually curiously fantastic.
