A very decent burger joint on famous 12th South in Nashville. It's a casual family friendly burger place and I believe they make some of their sauce which makes the taste pretty unique. Service was great and price was on point.

Alexa play "This is what dreams are made of" by Hillary Duff. The food. The happy hour. The cocktails. Everything was SO incredible. Thomas was our server and he had incredible recommendations for us. The pimento cheeseburger was insane, and the fry flight was so worth splitting for the table. Came with a ton of sauces. The vibe was everything on the patio! Will 10000% be regulars after this!!!

Great place to sit and chat with friends. They have outside seating. The service was excellent our server was very attentive. The mushroom swiss burger was so filling and cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend this place is your in the mood for a burger.

I've been to Burger Up a few times now over the years, and I feel pretty consistently about their food. It's me. You pay a lot for some really good items and others make you scratch your head. For example, I've had some really awesome soup and burgers from here. Then, the one time I decided to order a salad, it was an entire of what felt like a package of arugula and zero content for beets and pistachios. I asked for more substance, and the server was more than kind to get me more. However, for a $17 salad (my cousin bought us lunch), why was there none of this in there to begin with? The salad menu item touted being a winter salad, but I guess it was a mistake from the kitchen. Understanding this is 12South, pricing is a lot steeper than I'd care to pay for certain items. What is worth their costly mark up? Their sweet potato fries. Don't skip out on these. They're hands down delicious and worth every single penny paid. Being a burger place, don't be like me a get a salad. Just get the damn burger. That's the whole point of it being called "Burger Up", right? Right!!!

Burger Up used to be so good!!! But my visit with a friend this week has completely tainted my fond memories from years past. A friend and I went to Burger Up for lunch this past week and we split the fry flight, Woodstock Burger and a Cesar salad. The fry flight was the only redeemable thing about our meal unfortunately. The burger bun was soggy and the patty was so dry we ended up both taking the patty off and eating it with a fork. The Cesar salad was also so bad? How do you mess up a Cesar salad?? It's insanely expensive considering you get no protein and barely any cheese. The sun dried tomatoes are gross and something is off with whatever dressing they are using. It's supposed to come with bacon but we found quite literally two tiny specs of it in the entire salad. It was pretty clear that we did not have a great meal because we barely ate anything but the server seems like she didn't wanna ask and we definitely didn't wanna be Karen's.

Ordered the French Onion Burger. It did not disappoint. Cooked medium. Onions, Brie, truffle oil. With Sweet potato fries. Hit the spot! Parking was a bit of a challenge. Service was impeccable. I would return and recommend.

Ambiance was excellent as was the service. Waiter was spot on. I had the Woodstock burger medium which was well done and a little salty. But it tasted very good. The iced tea was excellent. I would go back.

I was a little skeptical of this at first. There was no smell of food outside. Place looked kind of plain inside. Took a chance on the burger and soup to be safe. It was love at first bite. Food was bursting in flavor. Price is good. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

A+ for this place. Servers were attentive, efficient and generally awesome. Was seated on a busy night no problems. Definitely barroom atmosphere- lots of mahogany but enough tables for family/ friends vibes. The burger was super good. Fries the same. Salt and flavor content and profiles just aligned. Ate every bite. Highly recommend.

There's a bite taken out of it!! Disgusting! Woodstock Burger

I'm absolutely appalled by what was delivered. This is, without a doubt, the most unappetizing burger I've ever seen. It arrived with a bite already taken out of the patty, the bun was completely soggy, the cheese was missing. This was supposed to be the Woodstock, but it's unrecognizable. I'm shocked that Burger Up would consider this remotely acceptable to serve, let alone deliver.

Amazing chicken salad! Highly recommend. It came with banana peppers on top which added a nice kick.

Overpriced, not a good experience. I wouldn't consider price for value to be very good, and it's just a giant rip off.

Our sever was new but he had great energy and was very enthusiastic. One of my friends has a gluten allergy & is sensitive to egg/heavy dishes so he was diligent in checking on ingredients and substitutions for her. That said, they did not have a lot of options for her. I get it, weird dietary needs, but the kitchen's lack of substitution flexibility for allergies was surprising. It was a really nice day out so we had marked in our reservation that we wanted patio seating with a view. We were seated at a standard height half-booth table that did not have a view over the railing so it was kind of a waste. The booth material was also cracked/peeling along the seam so it was pinching my thighs (I was wearing a dress) and was uncomfortable. The food was just okay. It's definitely on the pricier side for brunch in Nashville, albeit probably in line for 12S. My partner's French toast was little burnt. The best thing was the truffle parm fries, but mainly because of the dipping sauce. I had the Beverly Club but it wasn't anything special and a little pricy for what it is. I'd be interested to see how their dinner service compares.

Famous for not having a sign, finding it may be part of the adventure, but once you do, everything else is effortless. Parking is simple--just pull up and valet takes care of the rest. With a reservation, we walked right in with no wait. The most difficult part of the evening was deciding what to order because the menu offers so many tempting choices. I selected the Kvarøy Arctic Salmon, while my wife chose the Springer Mountain Farms All-Natural Chicken. Both dishes exceeded expectations. The salmon was cooked perfectly--crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. It rested on a bed of greens with a subtle lemon flavor that paired beautifully with the fish. The chicken was equally impressive--moist, tender, and packed with flavor. What stood out most was the incredible smoky aroma that hit before each bite, making it even more irresistible. For dessert, the Blackberry Lemon Bread Pudding was the perfect finish. Soft, warm, and bursting with flavor, it was a standout ending to an already exceptional meal. From the outstanding food to the attentive service, Urban Grub delivered a fantastic dining experience. Make a reservation, enjoy the meal, and see if you can find the place.
