BWWs in Smyrna is an awesome spot whenever you're in the mood for some grub à la bar food! The food is surprisingly good for a chain, not to mention the staff is generally quite nice and attentive. What I particularly enjoy about BWWs is that while, yes, they certainly check all the boxes on a classic and typical sport's bar vibe checklist, their execution (i.e. the ambiance) is notably more polished and refined (if you're a fan of grungy dive bar scenes, this may actually be a turn-off). read more

It's your standard Buffalo Wild Wings. Nothing major to report, but the food was only okay. It's so expensive when you consider what you're getting in return. I ordered boneless wings (chicken nuggets) and had them tossed in their medium and spicy garlic sauce. They were fine. You're paying restaurant prices for fast food quality. The TVs are old and many of the screens have color issues or are so dim you have to squint to see them. The bathrooms are gross, there were food particles in the bathroom sink. Let's get into it. I and my cousin who by the way used to work for BWW for almost 10 years, and his family decided to partake in one of our favorite restaurants. Needless to say, that didn't happen. We walked in and first thing was we were seated at a table that had ranch dressing all over the floor underneath the table. We asked to move to a lower table so he could feed his kids. A party of 2 came 10 minutes after we had switched tables and when my cousin took his son to the restroom to change him, the server came and took our drink orders. We all got water no ice. Not only did they get their food before my cousin came back to the table, the on duty manager was one of the ones delivering the food to them. One thing about me, I don't like rude service. I wouldn't come here unless you are prepared for a less than ideal experience. We came in to watch the Champions League Final and have drinks/food. The wait was long for a table, so we sat at a table in the bar area. It took a while to get drinks, and when we did, our friends beer had a fly floating in it (didn't grab a picture of that because we figured stuff happens). She came back with the "fresh" guac, which was the exact same bowl with the old guac (you could see where I was wiping excess off my chips), with a tablespoon of new guac on top. The food is exactly what it should be at a BWW location, nothing was over or underdone, perfectly sauced, everything came out hot and delicious. When we arrived the location was cleaning up from a big party but we were still seen quickly and were seated and had drinks within a few minutes. Tony and I decided to go to " Buffalo Wild Wings" in Smyrna for lunch. We like this place. Tony can drink his beer and watch any and all sports on the many televisions on the walls. I like the place because I like their tea, fast service and the BUZZTIME game on the televisions. I enjoy playing this game. Tony ordered the drink draft special "Coors Light" they had the large draft glass for only $3.50 and I love their Unsweetened tea with Lemon and Lime..Tony ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with Ranch dressing and Medium Spicy Wing Sauce with Tomatoes, lettuce and onions with French Fries. The food is good. This is the only good thing about this location. Every. single. one. of the servers, are loud, giggly college girls. The manager (I assume) was a middle aged man who seemed to fit right in with them. I ordered medium wings with wild sauce. Receiving my order, the wings had barely any sauce. It was pretty much just bare chicken. If you place a to go order, be ready to wait. You can come in 30 minutes after placing a simple order and I can 85% guarantee that it will not be done (assuming it isn't too busy of a night of course). These college girls obviously have no care about their job and all of them except 2 that I saw deserve to be fired, as well as the laid back "cool" manager. Wish I would of left when I sat and watched a lady go off about how long she waited for 16 wings. I tried to give our waitress the benefit of the doubt but oh boy. It was a group of 9 everybody placed their orders. When food came out, that's when the problem started. Out of 9 only 7got food, mine and my friend. We told the girl who came to help she said ok let her check. Chicken tenders no one ordered and two flavored chicken wings was brought she handed them to our waitress. She walked around looking lost with the food. She never came to explain what was happening. When we asked she looked at us and said it's coming in a rude way. At that point I said cancel my order cause everybody was almost done with their food. Time for checks she brought checks out one by one and they were wrong. She finally got my husband and I ticket correct I tried to pay but she was still trying to separate checks. I asked the manager he was seemed annoyed. Went here with my husband to use a gift card we had gotten for the holidays. When we tried to use the gift card the manager scratched off two of the pin numbers- so the card is basically unusable. It had a whole $25 on it and the manager, no name tag unfortunately, basically said sorry- no offer to comp the meal amount or anything. I am a regular here. That means more than once a week on average. No matter where you are in the country, at BWW there is alot of employee turnover. so management makes all the difference in the world. Right now this location is in a good place with managers managing, not token "bosses" managing from a pedestal. The good news: They are attentive, good employee attitudes and service. They food has been up to or above expectations. I usually have a couple of special requests with my orders, and the accommodate well. if there has been any issue, they make it right quickly, and it comes back spot on. (I like good problem solvers better than perfectionists) No smoking at any of there establishments. If you ever lived anywhere with public smoking laws, you would get how big it is when you go back in time and try to eat in a smoke filled room. Good for me, maybe bad for you. The bad: BWW must have a corporate drink policy because they all serve very poor mixed drinks, exactly the same. The beer volume dictates that they should have a chilled tap line, I love beer served below 30°, but that ain't here. They do have cold (not ice cold) beer. The engineered acoustics of all that I have visited carry noises levels like a concert hall. So it always sounds like 100 people in a bathroom on a phone, with kids. read more
