We usually have pretty good service here and the restaurant is relatively clean. The food though seems to be kind of hit or miss. The chicken strips are a little dry and a little overcooked. Mac & cheese wasn't bad honestly. read more

We got two poke bowls to go and they were INCREDIBLE. What a great place to get food when a lot of other restaurants are closed. They run it out to your car. I will be back to try more because that food was quite wonderful!! read more

Great atmosphere. Open air during warm days and tv's all around. Plenty of seating for small or large groups. Food is very good. Sushi is good and they have a wide variety. Good menu options for everyone to try something different. read more

Outdoor seating was perfect. We had a group of 7 at 5:30 on a Friday and had no wait. Burgers were huge. Drinks also huge. I highly recommend their tots. They are seasoned with something I can't put my finger on but tasted great! read more

I tell you what, I'm very impressed with this place. From the veteran parking space I got right up front to the great customer service at the door, I was blown away. My server was fantastic! On Veterans Day, many places have a promotion for vets; Drake's was very generous. Despite the promotion, there was no wait for a table for two. Our server was "in training" and other than an occasional check-in by another server we would not have known. Our server was very attentive and proactive with drink refills. I had the salmon which was cooked just right with a side of broccoli and my wife had the fish and chips. The fish had great taste but lacked the crunchy bite we prefer. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere. It's a sports bar and grill and very much has that vibe. We've always had a good experience at this location. Thank you to Drake's for the delicious salmon meal for Veterans Day. I always enjoy the opportunity to bless the server by sharing half my savings along with the pre-discounted tip. read more

ever had. They overcooked my medium rare steak so far above that I couldn't even eat it it was the first meal I've ever returned in my life. I then asked for a less expensive meal, just a hamburger which they also overcooked, but still charged me for the that I returned at a much higher price. I was very kind and tipped the waiter and bartender appropriately but are worst. read more

Not a bad spot at all. We came on a Friday evening so we expected it to be packed. It was about a 45 minute wait to get seated. The service was kind of slow for how busy they were so that was to be expected. They had a pretty big menu with different things on there. I got their steak and California roll combo. I really didn't have any complaints on my California roll. It was rolled nicely and tight. I felt they did good on it. Our food came out kind of warm/cold. My steak and fries were pretty much almost to the cool side. I didn't have a bad experience but would probably come back to try it again when it's less busier and can probably give an updated review. read more

Love the layout of this new location! The patio is an indoor/outdoor option, plenty of bar seating, and lots of restaurant seating available as well. Just like the other locations they have a sushi menu, and full bar food menu. We came for brunch and loved the options, the Bloody Mary was the perfect size. Special mention: the fried pickles were SO good and you get a lot of them! read more

Got seated promptly, but after about 10 minutes we had to ask another server where ours was. He promptly brought us water and found our server. She seemed a little preoccupied with something else , we had to repeat our drink order twice until she got it. No drinks but she came back for our food order. Fried fish with fries for me Turkey Swiss Avocado Grill for the wife. Ordering Pretzel bites for an appetizer. Drinks came shortly after. The Pretzel bites were very good. Chewy and not too salty. The cheese dip was ok but could have been better. Meals came over, wife's sandwich was missing the remoulade and the mayo that she asked for. Once she got the dressing and tried her sandwich it was good. She had coleslaw for a side which was also good. My fried fish was ok. The batter was excellent, but the fish itself was "mushy ". It lacked texture and flavor and was greasy. We never even had the opportunity to order dessert seeing that our server brought us the check when we were halfway thru our meal. If you're going to order a drink on the Roxy, be prepared to pay extra for the ice. Which I feel is ridiculous. The place is clean and well lit, try to stay away from the tables near the fireplace. read more

Tried Drake's out for the first time this past weekend. The parking lot was packed, but we were seated immediately. Service was fast and friendly. We ordered sushi which I was surprised at how good it was. We also ordered a burger and this is where the 4/5 stars came in. The burger itself was good, but the bottom bun was soggy by the time it got to us. Overall great experience. Would definitely visit again! read more

Huge selection of burgers, sushi and beer. Comfortable venue, garage doors, fireplace, and great staff. I had a seaweed salad and sushi roll, both delicious. I also had the most amazing piece of carrot cake to date! I will be back. read more

Great place with a diversed menu for everyone. It's a pretty big place with a cozy chill vibe. Love the warm fireplace and decor. The food served as both our palette. I know you're asking why sushi? We were also curious so we had to try. It was actually pretty good. All the food was good. I don't think we left any crumbs. The service was awesome our server was very attentive and easy going. The drinks were great! We are definitely going back and trying out other dishes as well as the beer tower. I was told the fish sliders were good but we ordered so much food and drinks for only 2 we couldn't fit anymore in. Definitely a great spot for work functions as they have the space for it and multiple bars, also great for casual date and family dining. I'll be going back! read more

Well....here we go again! We've been to Drakes in Cool Springs and had a so-so experience but we decided to give this one a whirl after I was out in Mt Juliet showing a house and then looking at a propperty in Lebanon off of 840. Didn't want to wait any longer as the sun was down and it was getting cool and I hadn't eaten so I met my wife and my daughter and son in law to enjoy some food and fellowship! Here's what we found: Ambiance: Sports bar theme but super clean (newer location) and lively as it was a Friday evening! Food and Drink: Food was good, ample portions and hot when it came out - did take a little longer than usual but that happens based on how full they are. Drinks were less than good..they were out of the IPA i wanted and the once they brought me was grainy because they didn't ch age the keg and tried to pour the bottom of the keg where the sediment is...but after a while I got a new one and it was better.. Prices: Average for this level sports bar - not too high but not cheap. Beers are too high just plain and simple - liquor is always a huge profit but making a pint $8+ dollars is just robbery! Service: Our server was nice but a bit absent minded and lackluster with follow up to be honest. We weren't high maintenance but some lack of refills and caring for sone details that were requested of food was disappointing. Overall: Still a good place to get food. I'd push for happy hour if possible if your going to drink but none the less a solid choice for a sports bar in an easy location to get i and out of in Murfreesboro! Keep Munching!!! read more

As a frequent visitor of this location - whatever changes have been made in the last two weeks need to be reverted. I'm not sure if there was a change in management but taking away seasonal menus, adding $20 frozen items to the menu, and putting first time bartenders on a Friday night shift is your new plan, you all will be losing customers to neighbors daily. Miss the old you :( read more

First time coming to this location and it didn't disappoint. It was a busy weekend as it just opened but the service was impeccable. Drake's is a nice little spot in Murfreesboro and I can't say enough good things about the pretzel bites... however! Service was pretty slow and I understand it was a little busy inside but it took quite a while to get our food and drinks. The queso burger was... nothing to write home about. There was not much queso on it, I wish it had more. The burger itself was below average, but the pretzel bites saved the day! read more

My friends and I stopped by here for a late lunch early dinner, note to self, they were super busy because it was college football on all of the televisions... We were there about an hour because we were not interested in watching the games. We were able to get a high top table very quickly. Our server came by and got our drinks order. 3 iced sweet teas. The first round of tea didn't taste like it had any sugar in it. The second round was on point. There was a Pattie Melt ordered, the A Brunch BLT, a Surf and Turf roll and a Sunset roll ordered. The food was delicious and we all left satisfied. The music was loud enough that you could hear it but not have to yell to be heard. I normally go to the Cookeville location but we happened to be in Murfreesboro today. Would stop in here again. read more

We love the atmosphere and most of the food is good but this time I Got the fried chicken sliders and I was very disappointed. I figured it would be a small piece of chicken but this was ridiculous. First time any of the Drake's locations and my family and I were not disappointed. Clean, sports bar vibe with a pretty upbeat music selection. Appetizers were very good.. buffalo bites were good and had a nice little kick. Pretzel bites were also very good. Burgers were pretty large and good! Well cooked and tasty. I'd say for the price point you get a pretty decent portion and will not leave hungry. Service was also very good. Very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back when in the area. read more

Our server Brian was the absolute best!! He is always smiling and has great hospitality!

The service was excellent--I got a seat at the bar right away, and was greeted and served promptly. Unfortunately, my first two beer choices were sold out, so I had to go with something else. I ordered one of their steak and sushi combos with a side salad. The waiter didn't ask what kind of dressing I wanted and brought it out drenched in ranch. The California roll was decent, but nothing special. The real disappointment was the filet. They only offer a 4.5-ounce portion, which is quite small. I ordered it medium rare, but it came out medium--not ideal, but I could live with it. The seasoning, however, was terrible, tasting like straight salt, and way too much of it. The steak was chewy, dry, and overall, one of the worst steak experiences I've had in the area. read more

I was impressed with this place. We were there during lunch and it was packed. We got seated immediately and our server was there waiting at the table. Drinks came immediately and refills were abundant. Never had to ask for anything. She gave recommendations on menu. Our appetizer came out quickly and then our food came right after. I got the patty melt and it was amazing. One of the best burgers I've ever had. My grandma got the chicken- it was a little dry but tasted good. My grandpa got the fish tacos but they ended up bringing him just the fish entree. That was the best thing we had. The fish was hot and fresh. Perfectly cooked. All in all it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to come back! read more

Paid a visit to Drake's with my daughter, they just opened last Thursday so they are still working out the "kinks" and training staff. First...this place is HUGE, deceiving based on how it looks from the outside. We put our name on the list for a 30 minute wait and sat outside. One of the managers came outside sharing samples of their Crab Rangoon Roll...impressive dish. Great flavors, warm and crispy, and the sweet chili sauce was delicious. We were seated and our server Bailey got our drink orders while we looked over the menu. Baily was very patient with us trying to figure things out and we decided on the Fried Pickles for an appetizer, the All American Mini Burgers with sweet potato fries, Mushroom Swiss burger and as a side the Blue Cheese and Apple salad. My daughter loved the pickles, I'm personally not a fan of fried pickles but the batter is really good and the ambrosia ranch dipping sauce is friggin' incredible. The Mini Burgers were really good with sauteed onions added...the name "Mini" is misleading as these are double patty burgers and hefty! Sweet potato fries were very good with a nice crispy exterior and a solid sweet potato flavor. The Mushroom Swiss burger was packed with mushrooms and the burger was good but seemed to be missing something. I finally figured out there was no sauce so I grabbed some of the ambrosia ranch dipping sauce and WOW...great flavor enhancement and something I would add to any sandwich here. The Blue Cheese and Apple side salad ($2 upcharge) is well worth it and I would enjoy this as a salad all on its own. This is one of the best "specialty" salads I've had in a long time. Next time I will get this with grilled chicken...this salad is that darn good! This place is in training so there are many more servers than normal along with trainers getting everyone up to speed. EVERYONE from the greeters, servers, trainers, and managers were extremely friendly and made you feel welcome. Our server Bailey took excellent care of us and we met Chaz...one of the partners who chatted with us about the place and he seemed very proud of what they have opened here. Looks like a solid addition to the Murfreesboro dining market. read more

Not a bad place the vibe is kind of cool however it's only so much you could do with burgers and there seems to be burgers or Dyme-A-Duzin burgers get more expensive as we build more restaurants so there's not a really good bargain to meet the deal so it makes it hard to pick you know where I would go for for a burger and a beer however, the service was decent. The decor was cool overall cool vibe Was expecting something more of their own for the experience that was different than say the other restaurants around Murfreesboro, but overall, I would come back. It's clean fresh and the burgers aren't burnt. read more
