I usually get the Trabue, but this time I skipped the cheese and added fresh jalapeños. So good. My only complaint is I wish they had tater tots as a side instead of just crinkle fries. I was also happy to see they had Xul's PB&J Mixed Tape beer on tap. The bathrooms were clean, parking around the square was easy and free, and there are a bunch of other spots nearby like ice cream shops, bars, and line dancing. Definitely worth checking out.

The queso was great with just enough kick but the chips were cold and seemed stale. Which isn't a surprise with the crazy humidity lately but it's something that ought to be checked and addressed when needed. The Taproom burger was tasty and made with very fresh ingredients. The pretzel roll and all the toppings made the burger a challenge to get a bite, messy in a good way. The bistro burger was great and I had half of my partner's for lunch the next day. It was great as a leftover. I ordered my fries crispy, but the kitchen didn't get the memo, again. The booth was very comfortable and the room was delightfully cool but not cold. It was quiet enough for conversation but not so quiet that you're afraid to break the silence. Tips: Check their app - "hops for pops" scored a free draft pint on fathers day. Expect some great burgers.

On two separate occasions we were there to celebrate some important milestones and both times got treated to amazing service. Their cocktails are delicious too! You really can't go wrong at this place with service and food. We're so grateful to have these guys in the Boro now!

This is a revised rating in which I downgraded them from my original 4* rating to 2*. I was very…read moredisappointed in the changes to the place since my last visit, maybe a year ago. Showing up after church, the dining area was only about 20% full. It is located in a very dismal strip mall. It is a bright spot and has not brought any life back to it. Once inside, the ambiance and decorations still make you glad you arrived. There are wonderful bamboo sculptures, vases, and flowers. On my first review, I praised the open kitchen and how you could see the chef hand pull noodles. That is covered up now because their original offering of eight different shapes made on site is down to only one. Two other offerings are NOT made on site. I ordered flat noodles and was quite disappointed. They were not made there, were overcooked and tasted bland. The broth and the meat were still wonderful. While service was excellent when they first opened, it is quite poor now. You must order off a tableside wireless computerized menu. I do not like that, preferring the nice menu they had before so I could skim and scan to zero in on my choice. When I asked if I was allowed to talk to my server, she said, "only if I am not busy". Sorry, but I like to discuss the menu options to learn more and see if I could customize my order. At the end of the meal, my server asked if everything was OK. I voiced the complaints listed above and she said, "Yea, well, that's the way it is now. You must have come when we first opened. Things have changed." One of the employees from the back made me very uncomfortable. When he was not busy (which was often) he would stand behind the counter and either cross his arms or put them on his hips and stare at the dining area. I had a very hard time avoiding his gaze. I thought his interest was on me only. I will NOT come back. There are better restaurants closer to my house. This place has really gone downhill. In fact, she said that the same owners owned another nearby restaurant. I will not be there either.

Ordering from the tabletop computer was easy, though I wish starters came out first since everything arrives as it's made. Also, I'd love if they moved the soda machines from the kitchen window--it would be nice to watch the staff make the noodles they're known for. We ordered the pork bao buns, hamburger, General Tso's chicken, and beef noodles with brown sauce. Every dish was delicious, but the General Tso's was easily the best I've ever had--perfectly balanced, not overly sauced or battered. The noodles and broth were also amazing. We were too full to finish the burger, but it was still tasty. I'd definitely come back to try more. Shoutout to Jadin for her friendly, refreshing service! Next time, leave the broth

From the aesthetics of the food to the taste, it was perfect! The restaurant's ambiance was amazing, with a very calm and laid back feel. They also were very keen about taking special requests... don't want vegetables? No problem. Want to order extra sauce? Not a big deal. They were very eager to please and very friendly. I really miss this restaurant, as it was easily the best (and I don't say that lightly) sit down Asian restaurant for the price! (Oh yeah... the price) the prices were very cheap for the quality of the food received, and the quality of the to-go cup, bag, and candies.

The staff were attentive throughout the meal, and the food was the definition of comfort food. I ordered the Veggie Mandu, Jjajang Myun, and Tangsuyuk, and every dish was excellent with generous portion sizes. The Veggie Mandu had an incredibly crispy exterior with a rich, savory umami flavor. I've had Jjajang Myun at several other restaurants, and while this version wasn't my favorite, it was still solid and enjoyable. The Tangsuyuk was the standout--it was perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining tender inside, and the sauce struck a great balance of sweetness without being overpowering, making it easy to keep reaching for another bite. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be back to try the desserts.

The Korean cheese corn is solid. The complimentary sides are great--liked the kimchi, the potato salad and the radishes. So good, and fun. The chicken katsu is the best in town, with a perfect salad accompaniment. Really impressed with the zesty kkanpung chicken. You will want to lick the sauce from the bowl but please restrain yourself. Was there for an early lunch so trying the bar needs to come later but there is a separate bar section, if you care for just apps and cocktails. Servings are generous. More enough to share. Considering the quality and quantity, prices are fair.
