Cinnamon Roll
Mari B.

So the staff gets 5 stars. The food however was a 3. Staff greeted us quickly and were great! Quick note if you select a table:It was cold day and when that door opens the cold air really comes in, even if you are not seated right next to the door. ‍ The coffee was good and menu had a lot of options. Our server was awesome and on top of things! We accidentally ordered the Gooey Buns but wanted the Cinnamon Roll. Surprised to find the Gooey Buns were the best part of the meal. The Cinnamon Roll was okay, not the best we had and kind of dried out. Pancakes were good - fluffy and flavorful! The Eggs Benedict was good and so were the potatoes. The issue we had is the cold draft coming in plus the cold air coming through the vents really made the food cold. So a quarter way through your meal, your food is cold. Noticed each dish came with a small side of sweetened apples - they were okay. Really was looking forward to new breakfast spot in the area but the food was just okay.

Skillet - replaced the potatoes with eggs to make it keto friendly

The restaurant was clean and had cute decor. It felt open and calm. Someone greeted us quickly and we were seated shortly after. We had the lumberjack breakfast and one of the skillets. They were both great. The pancakes were really good and it was a great visit. I would say my scrambled eggs were a little overcooked and the hash browns could have used a little more butter but it was a good visit. We'll be back.

Continuing our quest to find Monday breakfast/brunch places outside of downtown Franklin. We have found a surprising number of small restaurants and coffee shops "Closed Mondays" (IYDK - famous 1974/75 Academy Award winning animated short film by Wil Vinton). At times during our visit to Le Peep it almost appeared as if we were transported into the film. Approaching the front of the restaurant from the spacious (common) parking lot, we immediately noticed the door directly beneath the large sign, adjacent to the "Now Open" banner actually was the Exit. The Entrance is a few more steps to the right, adjacent to the long-established "Miss Daisy's Kitchen." (Okay...not too confusing, but did make us stop for a double-take.) Interior: contemporary, brightly lighted, pseudo white industrial (hip?), with an array of visually unrelated large art on the walls; bright and colorful. Plenty of space between tables which are pre-set with carafes of ice water, highlighted by a lemon slice. (meh) Greeting by staff: cordial and prompt. Greeting by server: polite, yet indifferent. Our orders from the very extensive menu were served quickly. Coffee: hot and rich, came in an individual carafe. (In our case the carafe had not been washed or rinsed carefully (see accompanying photo). First case of careless kitchen work. Food: well-prepared, tasty (savory in our case) ... but...in the cook's haste it came a bit poorly plated. (Second case of kitchen carelessness - see accompanying photo of a portion of my egg slopped - served on top of my accompanying dish of cinnamon apples.) Scrambled eggs were moist and fluffy; poached eggs nicely done (runny yolks). "Peasant Potatoes" - their variation of cubed home fries or country 'taters were tender and lightly browned but not hot. Seasoning was good, but I like my potatoes steaming hot, not just reheated (?). When I pointed out these items to our server, I was met with a rather blank stare. No apology or offer to correct. Not the service we anticipated. Will we return? Very likely we will...but when we do, we hope for a cleaner, neater service, and much more engaging and congenial staff.

Food was delicious! Best eggs Florentine. Lemony hollandaise just the way I like it. Kids meals are enormous. Great coffee and hot chocolate. Nice clean restaurant and good service.

I enjoyed my experience at this place, it was a short wait to be seated, and quick service. I ordered the stuff french toast and a side of potatoes and bacon.

There wasn't too bad of a wait time on a Sunday. The place was spacious and welcoming. We enjoyed our server and the food was great as well.

Brian is a wonderful server, we had such a good brunch and he made it memorible for my wife's first time there. The artwork and cafe setting is very releaxing.

Eggs Benedict is to die for. So yummy! Champagne is pretty bad but the food more than made up for the drinks.

This is a true Irish pub that pours a proper pint of Guinness and a smooth Smithwick's, along with a solid lineup of other beers. If you know, you know and they know how to pour it right. For an appetizer, I kicked things off with 10 "Almost Famous" Wings. Let me just say this clearly: the Nash-Hot wings are the BEST in Franklin. Crispy, flavorful, and bringing just enough heat to remind you that you're alive without requiring a fire extinguisher. For lunch, I went with a classic Irish go-to, the Fish & Chips. The fish had a light, crispy batter and was cooked just right. Flaky, tender, and not greasy. Exactly what you want. My wife ordered the Quinn's Classic Reuben, and it was stacked, melty, and equally impressive. The service is always top notch. Jeffrey, the owner, strolls around the dining room making everyone feel welcome and appreciated -- and that personal touch makes a difference. You can tell this isn't just a restaurant; it's a place people come to gather. And today, February 17th, 2026, congratulations to Jeffrey and Quinn's on celebrating 10 years! That's a big milestone and well deserved. Y'all are awesome. Here's to the next decade!

Well it…read morewas comfortable enough, but if you're looking for bustling crowds and high energy, you've come to the wrong place. The restaurant was near empty at 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon. You won't have a problem carrying on a conversation. In fact, you could have each person of a party of four sit in opposite corners of the place and speak in a whisper, and still spill the tea. Crickets, and I can't explain why. As I mentioned, the food is good. Hearty and tasty. I got the make your own. A simple burger with bacon and avocado, and fries. Delicious. I can't explain why the hoards haven't found their way here. One possible explanation could be that there's a hippie restaurant, Flower Child, right next door. It was drawing pretty heavy on the foot traffic. Then there's the Shake Shack across the parking lot. It too seemed pretty popular. So what it probably comes down to is the old adage, location, location, location. My daughter seems to think that it's name recognition. She could be right. I don't get how Mooyah ties into burgers. Maybe "moo" as in cow? They do have shakes. Is that where the moo comes into play? It's a mystery. Give the Moo your business. You're going to like the food, and if you're a loner, you'll be in heaven. Quick Tip: Pass on the soda and get one of the mixed fruit drinks. They're quite refreshing, and because there's nobody there, your drink will be abundant and cold.

There's something fun happening every day of the week with a variety of specials (and happy hour). The food is good and the beer is always flowing! But ultimately what keeps me coming back is the people. The service here is top tier. No other bar has made me feel as safe or as welcome as the servers here. This place is a rare gem specifically because of them. Tony's wants to you "meet your friends here," and that's exactly what I've done. The waitress did not write my order down. She kept it in her head, I guess. My burger came with mayo which overwhelmed the burger. All seating is high top tables. Literally, just a sports bar with the attraction of young waitresses showing their midriff. The other thing I noticed is several of the waitresses sat down at a couple of tables with friends eating there. There were definitely two tables that seemed to know all the waitresses, and those on duty waitresses constantly visited with their friends all through our dinner. Find a better burger place. Don't waste your time here.
