This was my first visit to WhataBurger with the kiddos, a cousin, and her friend. Over all the food was pretty good and was a better choice than the In -n- Out just down the street. The orders were mismatched so we had to hand bags, fries, onion rings, and condiments around. McDonalds and Five Guys can get it right, so I suspect it has something to do with Whataburger's order management software. If they are cooking the food fresh, the 10-12 minute wait was certainly worth it. The patty melt and onion rings were really good. The kids enjoyed their food as well. The soda fountain mix tasted a little off compared to other big box burger joints. It may have just been this location. At this Whataburger, you're gonna be asking yourself: What am I doing here? Because whoa, this was not a good experience at all. You can order at a kiosk, or you can order at the counter. I think I chose the wrong option (ordering at the counter), because the person behind the counter acted like I invaded his personal space and was asking his mother to make me food from her own kitchen. He was wiping down trays when I walked up to order, and he did not stop wiping those dang trays the entire time he reluctantly punched in my order. Do I offend? (No Duckie from Pretty in Pink.) And guess what: Homie didn't get my order correct! I guess I should have ordered from the kiosk. If you visit this Whataburger, you should order from the kiosk. The food itself is fine. Cheeseburgers come with everything on them, unless you specifically order differently. Everything includes yellow mustard and pickles. The hamburger buns were a little less than fresh. The fries tasted like they had been under a warming lamp for a little while. For real, though: This Whataburger location needs to get it together, because it's located next to an In-N-Out. I went later at night trying to order some food after getting off of work late. They were the only thing open besides McDonalds, so I thought I try it. I sat at the drive through window for few minutes and no one answered on the mic. I pulled up to the actual drive through window and someone finally walked over after me waving them down and they told me they couldn't take any orders because they have to clean up and their restaurant is a mess. Note they're supposed to be open 24 hours. Out of kindness, I was going to ask if I could just order the easiest thing they could make, because I was hungry and was trying to respect the fact that I was there late at night. Then another girl came to the window it said the same thing and that they were also just servicing the two people in the lobby. I then I asked "So I can't order anything off the menu from here" and they said no. I then stated "thats not how you treat people" and the girl proceeded to slam the drive thru window in my face. I wasn't trying to be mean, nor was I expecting to be treated that rudely. I've worked in food service myself, and if that was the case, they could have relayed their message in a nicer tone and manner and I would have understood, or offered me to come inside and ordered, which I would have. Now I will never be back. I don't think ever been treated that rudely in a drive through either. I ended up leaving with no food. read more

This was very disappointing. Ordered on the app and it took 15 minutes longer than the expected pick up time. They were not busy, unfortunately so that's not the reason. The food was not terrific. First of all if you're going to serve a hamburger without cheese, make it obvious that it doesn't have cheese on the app. That burger could really have used cheese because it had no seasoning at all. Even the mustard wasn't real strong so all you tasted was pickles and you were glad to get some flavor. The fries are limp versions of McDonald's fries, which is not a compliment. Also tried their chicken strip buffalo ranch sandwich and those are pretty awful chicken strips. Tasted like the oil was probably pretty old. When In-N-Out Burger opens next-door, this restaurant is really in trouble. read more

After a long shift at work I just wanted to grab a quick bite & get home to rest. Came inside to order & saw they were advertising free chicken tenders , thought it was a cool promotion! So I ordered a burger meal & the tenders. The lady working the cashier was kind and polite. Wait was like almost 20 mins. I understand since it was kind of hectic inside but I couldn't bare to stay any longer so as soon as I got my meal I headed home. on the way I found that almost half of my order is missing! There wasn't any chicken tenders , not the worst thing ever since it was free but still was kind of a let down. Then when I checked my fries they were half empty! I got a medium but the little box it comes in is literally half full. They loaded me up with like 4 ranches which was cool but I don't got anything to eat it with! Burger looks an elephant's foot. Honestly this happens every time I come to eat here, I'm not the type of person to leave bad reviews either. However this is just too much stress & hassle to get a decent meal . They definitely got communication issues or simply just don't care. I work in the service industry too so i know it's really not that hard . I understand their staff are young as well, still doesn't excuse the constant mistakes though. Chick fil a be hiring 14 year olds and they still do a better job! It started with a craving for Whataburger, but what I got was an endurance test. The first DoorDasher never arrived, leaving my food stranded at the restaurant. After an hour of waiting, I called, hoping for clarity. Whataburger's staff assured me my order had already been picked up--except, according to DoorDash, that was a lie. A second Dasher was dispatched, arriving at the store, only to wait. And wait. And wait some more. Because unbelievably, **my food was never made**. Then, without warning, after **two excruciating hours**, Whataburger simply **canceled** my order. No apology. No explanation. Just gone. My money was refunded, but the damage was done. We frequent Whataburger when we travel through the south, and so we were excited to see that a store had opened in Century Farms. I waited a while after their grand opening to let them iron out the kinks and then hit the drive-through at 11 AM on what appeared to be a very slow Wednesday. There were only two cars ahead of me in line. Winning, I thought. I was wrong. It took about a half an hour from the time I drove up until the time I drove away with my food. It was my standard order; a bacon and cheese Whataburger meal with the onion ring upgrade. It was, quite literally, the saddest Whataburger food I've ever eaten. The burger was cold, the lettuce limp, and the onion rings were a cold greasy mess. I sent a note through Whataburger's customer service channel letting them know. The auto reply said I'd hear back in a day or 2. Two weeks now and not a peep. I hate to leave a bad review without first giving a restaurant a chance to address the matter. However, bad food plus a failure to respond equals a one star review. I could never recommend this place; my only recommendation is to avoid it like the plague. read more

Possibly the worst whataburger built yet. The company has continued to go down since their acquisition a couple years back. But this location in particular, WTF. Nearly always fully staffed but it is the SLOWEST fast food restaurant I've been to in a long time. We're talking 20-30 minute wait from ordering to getting your food with 0-2 cars in the line in front of you. Inside it's slightly better but not by much.
