We ordered via the app, a large order for 4 people and found out once we were home that we were missing the main components of a combo meal- the fries and the chicken quesadilla. When my boyfriend drove all the way back to tell someone they gave him attitude, Rolled his eyes and then accused him of lying. Wish there was an option for 0 stars. The drive thru wasn't working so there was a note to go straight to the window. We did and there was a car in front of us getting their food. It was 2:50 AM and they are supposed to close at 3. Once the worker served the first car their food, she VERY rudely yelled from her window and said "WE'RE CLOSED!" We explained that there were 10 minutes left and that we had been waiting in line for quite a while. She YELLED, "It's already 3 on my screen so I can't serve you!" She proceeded to argue about the time with us. This was by far the worst experience I've had at any fast food restaurant. I don't expect much when I go to a fast food restaurant, but she could have at least served the people in line (even though there was still 10 minutes and it wasn't 3) or even just KINDLY said sorry, I'm going to have to close. I have to give this one a thumbs up and down. I've been to this location & have had great service but sadly, I've gone home & received the wrong food more than a couple times. I've taken it back and they've given me the right order without any hassles, although one night we had waited in the drive thru line for about 15 mins and then went home to discover the order was wrong, got back in the car and when we arrived the drive thru was packed once more with cars wrapped around the building so we decided to pull up by the dine in entrance. We noticed a man mopping and since they had just closed he may be able to help us. When we told him we had the wrong order, he simply said we're closed. It was kind of suckish that the service wasn't the best...it would've been nice if he would've just ran it back there for us while we waited outside for it but instead we waited another 15 mins. once more through the drive thru. We enjoy Taco Bell so we'd continue to go, but this time it was just a little disappointing, but mistakes are bound to happen by anyone..so it's best to just try again. read more
