The workers are friendly, and everyone's nice, they usually serve my food quickly with friendly faces the only problem was weeks ago when I couldn't pay on the machines with both a credit card and cash and I've tried talking to one of the workers about paying at the counter but nothing was done about that, but I've ended up buying the food online so I've solved the issues! read more

worst Taco Bell in the area. they get my order wrong at least 50% of the time (if those free taco coupons were legal tender I'd be rich). when they do get it right, it's slow and the people are super rude. they also shut down everything an hour before close every night. they should amend their hours on everything because they're suspiciously "out of everything" after 11pm. why say you're open until midnight if you stop serving food at 11? the actual store is never open so the "ambience" is nonexistent. if the drive thru is the only thing you have to get right, how is it always slow, wrong, or closed? just drive 5 more minutes up the road and go to another one, you'll be saving yourself time and a headache, and possibly food poisoning. read more

We ordered via the app, a large order for 4 people and found out once we were home that we were missing the main components of a combo meal- the fries and the chicken quesadilla. Silly of us to not check before leaving and have any kinda faith that they would pack an order correctly. When my boyfriend drove all the way back to tell someone they gave him attitude, Rolled his eyes and then accused him of lying. Why would someone drive home and go all the way back for to rip Taco Bell off on a $6 quesadilla? Not only that, they kept the receipt when they made the new quesadilla. Presumably to prevent a complaint. They also did not even make a new set of fries. So now, not one but two people's meals were ruined. One person has to wait for the quesadilla and the other being my bf has cold food to return to. Terrible and inconsistent service. Rude and will not be coming back here. The audacity of this kid rolling his eyes. read more

this place is awful they don't care about anything. I worked a 12 hour shift and all I wanted was 2 crispy cantina tacos afterward. all I got was 2 tortillas with lettuce ranch and like two pieces of chicken. this was criminal I'm depressed now. I know your staff is like 16 year olds who don't care about anyone but come on bruh read more

Customer service is lacking. Don't waste your time. Go down the street to Murfreesboro Pike. Way better location.

Always check your order before you leave the lot. This location forgot half my order when I checked back home. This isn't the first time they done this. Always make sure. read more

I'm pregnant I was craving some tacos .. but I didn't feel like cooking something up , so I decided to order some food online and pick it up , I get there at 11:30 am and my food was not ready at 12:01 I was pissed , Taco Bell is a fast food , that's why I decided to order it online so I didn't have to wait all line in the drive thru, worst Taco Bell ever. HOW CAN TACO BELL BE OUT OF CHIPS??? Not acceptable. Hours from close, like McDonald's saying the ice cream machine is broken.

The staff here was so nice! I had questions about the menu and the cashier was awesome. The shredded mini chicken quesadillas was super hot too. read more

Drove up at 8:32am (opens at 8am) and saw two employees outside waited at the drive through for a clean 10 minutes or so. I decided to leave and when I pulled around 4 people were outside now just smoking and it smelled like some good weed. No cap I should've took a picture of how they we're looking over when I left. Don't get me wrong I smoke too but damn, early morning on the clock ? I just wanted a breakfast burrito. This location is hot garbage read more

This place sucks, management should definitely look into changing the way this Taco Bell is ran. First and last time I visited this location. Over 20 min wait in the drive through, most of that time I was setting at the drive through speaker. Food was horrible, cold and nasty. Other reviews mention Same thing. I would go somewhere else this place is a complete waste of money and time. read more

The food tastes good but the service is fucking slow and they never get my order right, I am done with these morons, shame on me for giving them so many chances. read more

Worst Taco Bell on EARTH! Waited 30 mins and would probably still be waiting to be served!! There were 5 cars in line and I swear none of us moved for 25-30mins but they had workers taking smoke breaks...finally myself and about 3 other cars decided to go somewhere else...this is the 3rd time I've been here on a weekday night and ran into this issue , guess I thought 3rd time was a charm but not this location! Avoid Avoid AVOID! read more

It looks clean from a distance, but the tables and counters are all streaked with something that's not liquid cleanliness. It's using a dirty rag Restroom floor gross. Floor outside the restroom slippery. Slow service in dining room. Employee clearly was put out that her boss told her to wait on me. And there's no diet caffeine- lfree drink to go with my combo. Haven't gotten my food yet.... Three guests inside, four employees behind counter, and my food took 9 minutes after ordering. Woman waited in line a while then left. Food was fine. read more

I had horrible service around 10PM on a Friday night. I got stuck in the drive through line and when I got to the window they were out of beef. It took about 30 minutes to get through the mess of cars. read more

If I could give ZERO or NEGATIVE. I would. Tonight April 6th, 2018, 2 People we're working at this location. It took about 5 minutes to take my order. Then took them around 25 to make it. I only ordered about 6 items, well 4 of them were WRONG. Neither cared they had 10 cars in line. Neither cared how long they were taken and nobody apologized. Better believe I won't return to this shitty location. read more

So, a 0 really needs to be the option bc, despite the Internet clearly saying that this place closes at 2:00 a.m., the individual at the dive through stated that they now close at 1:00 a.m., and refused to serve me at 1:10 a.m. Taco Bell, I'm uncertain of what kind of fickle, ratchet establishment you're running here, but given that this location already barely has 2 stars, you MUST do better. Smh. I'm not sure why I even bother. McDonalds, which is next door, is still open, so I guess I'll give them my business. Totally ridiculous. I could see if I showed up at 1:45, but your "employees" turned me away at 1:10?!? That's totally unacceptable. Please know that THIS review will be on all social media accounts. #Garbage read more

Horrible as always. Takes forever. Not what fast food is suppose to be.

They used to be great but now they continuously mess up simple orders and decide when they want to close and open the lobby. I don't think I will be choosing this location any longer..... I tried read more

AT LUNCH 12:00 NOON This place is a dump. Menu for a combo 5 meal is 5.89. Went to pay and eat, check my receipt, charged 6.89. Manager refused to take responsibility. Would not refund my money or the difference. Very unprofessional. read more

Your employees are closing in 35 minutes earlier than they are supposed to. Very bad attitude when I try to order food. Why would you be on the microphone if you guys are closed anyway. Worst Taco Bell ever! read more

The worst service. Took 30 minutes on a Friday night. Understaffed and terrible attitudes.

20 plus minutes waiting on food. No explanation. Just look at you like your crazy for asking why it takes so long to put heated bagged meat in a shell with lettuce and cheese. 3 families in the whole store. Maybe two cars in the drive thru. Some guy on the line cussing about it wasn't his job and banging the heck out what I'm guessing was a steamer. We've been here several times never expecting much but cheap processed food. We barely even got that this time. Just shut this location down. read more

Got there at 10:30 AM - sign advertises breakfast. Walk up to order and I'm told 'we don't serve breakfast.' That's 0 for 2 in one morning while I was on a quest to smash an AM crunch wrap. Stop advertising things you don't have. read more

This taco bell is terrible and severely understaffed. I don't know what's going on but we waited 20 minutes to order only for the guy to say he wasn't ready and not be able to order. Then he didn't come back and after 10 minutes of waiting to order. We drove 7 minutes to a separate Taco Bell to order and were greeted promptly. Don't go to this one ever again read more

Every time I come to this location the drive thru is always temporarily closed cause they are short staffed. They should probably just close the entire thing. read more

The only reason I do not give this place a zero is because it won't let me. I guess I am a glutton for punishment because this is the 4th time I've been to this location and they can't get my order right! I was the only one at the counter and it still took a manager to acknowledge I was there. Instead of him stepping up to the plate and taking my order he yells for the girl to come up and take it. I told her I wanted two orders of nachos and cheese. A regular taco ( that means meat and cheese), and three soft shell taco supremes. There was no regular taco in the bag. There was no soft shell tacos in the bag. There were 3 hard shell tacos in the bag with sour cream, lettuce, and cheese. There was one taco in the bag that actually had tomatoes. It's not the fact that I isn't get what I ordered. It's the fact they charged me for something I didn't get! From this day forward I was my very last time at this location. If you want unsatisfactory service please by all means waste your money at this location. I won't!! read more

Yelp says open till 5am we're here at 2:30 and they're closed. Don't come here if your hungry and it's late. These guys missed that easy pop fly in the bottom of the 9th inning to win the game. I burned my jersey. read more

I waited in drive thru for more than 10 minutes. Ordered a crunch wrap supreme with no tomatoes and shredded chicken... got it with ground beef and tomatoes. And my bean burritos had big globs of sour cream in the end. My food was also cold. Probably wont be going to this location again. read more

I agree, this Taco Bell surprised me, they never mess up my orders and are considerate and helpful.

This is the WORST Taco Bell that I have ever been to. Wait, no. Let me correct that. This is the worst fast food place that I have EVER been to. Don't waste your time. They are always out of EVERYTHING!! They never open the store on time, drive thru is broken more times than I care to count and the restaurant itself is disgusting and so dirty. It's such a shame that this one location has ruined Taco Bell for me forever. The staff couldn't care less about how horrible they are. I can't believe that they are allowed to get away with all of their failures @tacobell read more

3rd time in a week, yes 7 days that both the taco bell on Bell Road either ran out of "food or its computer was down" and this was at about 120 am, in addition the Taco Bell on Murfreesboro Rd was closed early at about 145. I even saw the gentlemen who served me at the window a few days ago.. wow the place was all cleaned up looking in from the drive through.. hmm read more

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. The drive thru wasn't working so there was a note to go straight to the window. We did and there was a car in front of us getting their food. It was 2:50 AM and they are supposed to close at 3. Once the worker served the first car their food, she VERY rudely yelled from her window and said "WE'RE CLOSED!" We explained that there were 10 minutes left and that we had been waiting in line for quite a while. She YELLED, "It's already 3 on my screen so I can't serve you!" She proceeded to argue about the time with us. This was by far the worst experience I've had at any fast food restaurant. I don't expect much when I go to a fast food restaurant, but she could have at least served the people in line (even though there was still 10 minutes and it wasn't 3) or even just KINDLY said sorry, I'm going to have to close. I've never written a review before, but this place should be shut down. Reading the other reviews, it seems that the employees just decide when they want to open and close. Will never give them my business. read more

I have to give this one a thumbs up and down. I've been to this location & have had great service but sadly, I've gone home & received the wrong food more than a couple times. I've taken it back and they've given me the right order without any hassles, although one night we had waited in the drive thru line for about 15 mins and then went home to discover the order was wrong, got back in the car and when we arrived the drive thru was packed once more with cars wrapped around the building so we decided to pull up by the dine in entrance. We noticed a man mopping and since they had just closed he may be able to help us. When we told him we had the wrong order, he simply said we're closed. It was kind of suckish that the service wasn't the best...it would've been nice if he would've just ran it back there for us while we waited outside for it but instead we waited another 15 mins. once more through the drive thru. We enjoy Taco Bell so we'd continue to go, but this time it was just a little disappointing, but mistakes are bound to happen by anyone..so it's best to just try again. read more
