First time here. Looked at reviews and it did not disappoint! Food, service, ambiance everything was great! Would definitely go again!

My sister and I had breakfast from here and let me just tell you it was amazing, the service was great the ladies are nice in there!

I am writing this after the fact, I kept trying to eat here for a long time and finally was able to one weekend morning. I live nearby so I naturally wanted to try this when I first came across it. The building looks like it used to be a Waffle House. I wasn't in this area back when this building was what it once was, but I digress. They had a vast menu. I wanted to try the bubble waffle options, I didn't end up getting that though. I got the huevos rancheros. That came on a regular waffle. I also got a regular coffee. I loved the branded coffee cup and I also love their little cute cartoon characters. The food was good, I do want to return and try the bubble waffles. A lot of their offerings are of the standard American sweet dessert type dishes. I also noticed they had burgers and sandwiches for brunch options. I will return. read more

The food here is absolutely amazing! My friends and I ordered the "Chicken and Waffles, Traditional Breakfast, chilaquiles, and Concha's". My husband, myself and my 3 year old pulled in on yesterday morning just trying something different. We used to live in the area and since moved it's always fun to come back and see what's changed and what's been added. I googled this place and was cool a Hispanic version of like Waffle House. Let's give it a try.... Besides a soda being $5 and it's only $2.48 at the gas station right next door I knew it was something in the mix. The latte was $6.25 which I mean come now it's not Starbucks but ok I'll let you have that. Looking at the menu nothing was appealing but it's try something new. I got the chicken soup because it was like $9 and the kids meal for breakfast was $10 and my husband got egg tacos which was like $15. So we running up a check real quick. Needless to say we will never be back nor recommend anyone, no tip was left and I hate that I put the ticket on my card. $60 for a horrible breakfast. Egg tacos was scrabbled eggs, turkey sausage links cut up and cheese and a big slice of unripe avocado. No salsa no pico, no chorizo, nothing to give that nasty overpriced breakfast taco any flavor or anything to write home about. My soup. Sweet baby Jesus. The broth was absolutely out of the can/carton or whatever cuz the chicken in the soup didn't have any flavor, the potatoes tasted nothing like the broth and the carrots was the biggest thing in the bowl. Served with tortilla strips like Chinese egg drop soup. I'm really missing the Hispanic in any of the food. Then my 3 years old $10 ,1 pancake 2 strips of pork bacon and one scrabbled eggs. Food was not prepared together so the eggs were cold and the pancake was fried in butter and so thin. Child that pancake had a front and back and they both looked different. I talked about this place all day for the rest of my adventure. $60 ticket for two adults and one child for breakfast. I understand inflation but dang and yall Antioch Nashville people really just throwing away money on this place. I love to see people dreams come thru and for everyone to succeed but this will be a hard no for me. Service was amazing!! I came in on the 1st of January with my cousins are we enjoyed the food and vibe of the place. There was only one server for the whole restaurant. Despite it being jammed packed he had amazing attitude and kept a smile on everyone's face with his can do attitude. THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE ASAP!!!! He was literally running back and forth to each table to give only the best experience to his 10+ tables !!! This is one of the only bubble waffle places in the Nashville area or 1 of very few. Bubble waffles originated as a street snack in Hong Kong and has finally gained some popularity in the US recently. It's awesome to see it here at this local eatery. Me and my Father stop in this morning. I started with a Iced Cafe Mocha truly one of the best tasting coffee's. My Dad had the regular black coffee. The staff was prompt and timely. The food was brought out fresh very high quality ingredients. The took the bones of a old Waffle House and converted into this establishment. Cute little breakfast spot we stumbled upon while staying in Smyrna. The egg tacos were very good. Sometimes you never know how good the turkey sausage is going to be but this turkey sausage was delicious! Super filling! Twice in 10 minutes I was told that someone would be with me shortly. There was 1 male server for all the tables. He came to take my order eventually. I put in my drink and food order at the same time. He wasn't in the mood to wait on me, I think. To be fair... he was only this way with me. He was pretty cordial, friendly even, with every other table who came in after me. The food was good though. The bubble waffle batter isn't sweet. The turkey sausage is sausage links. Both sauces that came with it were so good. I might come back, but it would definitely be for takeout. I googled nearby places to have lunch and this was the first place to pop up so i decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did I got the hot chicken and waffles with Buffalo sauce and it was absolutely amazing very fresh, well seasoned, the waffle was amazing and very unique it's definitely not your average waffle it's better!!!
