Pleasant surprise in a town filled with variety. The staff was wonderful. loved the authentic breakfast options, FYI this is a great place for vegetarian options. the coffee was excellent. it was just a good vibe all around. (PS don't expect to get a fork with your meal)

This place is great! From the calming smells and energy as you walk in, to the amazing food and barista. Everything done with care and love here. New regular right here no doubt.

Ethio Coffee House is a super friendly, local Ethiopian cafe offering seriously good coffee, pastries, and Ethiopian breakfast too! We ordered the ground beef stir-fried with eggs and tomatoes, as well as the special ful, a dish of small fava beans cooked with eggs, ginger, and garlic, and topped with chopped jalapeños and red onions. Both of these dishes were served in a mini skillet, along with two warm, whole wheat oblong rolls, which had a soft, chewy, nutty interior and a crispy, crusty exterior. The service here was so warm, friendly, and welcoming, and the local vibe of this cafe made it a great stop for a tasty breakfast!

A really cute Ethiopian Cafe. Has a bunch a Ethiopian food and great coffee. I really enjoyed my Chai Tea Latte! Service was spot on too! Definitely worth checking out!

Comfy, unique coffee shop. I know the difference between an independent and a chain and I prefer to support the local independents, especially when they have a product worth talking about and sharing! And good coffee! Sliced cake and other sweets are available and went well with my coffee (always black because that's how I like my java!). I will ask what type and if they roast their own next time I'm here. In other words, it was good enough for a repeat visit!

I can't say enough great things about this coffee shop. The owner is truly special and kind; you feel like family when you're there. The biggest brag on this Ethiopian coffee shop is the coffee and the fresh baked goods. The seasoned lentils in crispy flaky though were my favorite, they come in regular and spicy. Wi-Fi is super fast, I came here in an emergency when my work from home Wi-Fi was suddenly cut off. Definitely recommend!

Ordering area with menu! They got baklava y'all!

I ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich with bacon and cheese, and it was incredible. The croissant was fresh, flaky, buttery, and perfectly toasted, and there was plenty of crispy bacon and melted cheese packed inside. It was honestly one of those breakfast sandwiches where you immediately know you made the right choice. The fresh fruit on the side was also delicious and tasted like it had actually been freshly prepared, not just thrown together as an afterthought. And the pickle was the perfect little bonus! Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. Caliber Coffee has definitely earned a spot on my list of places I'd come back to. If you're looking for a breakfast that's both delicious and feels a little elevated, give them a try! 10/10 -- would absolutely order this again!

They have started doing a little better about having outlet options, but mainly at those tall, long skinny tables. The other semi complaint I have is that they close early. 3 pm is early when you want to try and work. Drinks are good. I don't drink a ton of coffee these days, but what I've had there was good. I get either their chai or matcha. Both of those I enjoy! I had a sandwich there recently. I wanted to roll my eyes at the price truthfully. However, when it came.. WOAH. It was GIANT. I was thoroughly impressed. It was really really good. I had to take half of it home and put it in the fridge. When I came back home hours later... it was STILL GOOD. The bread was not soggy either! That's HUGE! Ok so overall, I highly recommend this place and it's one of my go to spots.

I do think the food is better than that of most coffee shops, but I don't actually eat the food often. I've found the service to be good and for the staff to be friendly, but they only have one register, so the line may be a bit long if they are busy. It can be a bit loud, it it's a pleasant place to sit and drink coffee. The Well will normally have three pour over choices that are from their limited time offered beans. They see very fruity and flavorful, and I really enjoy that kind of coffee. They make them right where you can see them do it, and It's fun to watch the process. I've often come to try the pour over only to later buy a bag of beans for home. When you do, you get a free 12 ounce drip coffee. However, to be honest, the drip offerings seem rather mediocre to me. I would not go there to buy the batch drip coffee. I do know they have a good cappuccino, though. I debated lowering the rating when I thought about their main medium roast blend on drip - Confluence. They had a blend of Ethiopian and Kenyan beans, and it was some of the best coffee I ever had. Now, they've rotated to a blend of beans from Ethiopia and New Guinea. I bought a bag thinking it would be similar to what I had before, but it just wasn't anywhere near as good, unless you brew it as espresso. However, it's really the pour over that I drink here, so I'm keeping the eating at five stars.
