Delicious and creamy custard. We all got different flavors and each of us enjoyed our own unique flavor. We did drive-thru and it moved fairly quickly. We would definitely make a trip out to get more! read more

I always and only get the kids size sundae with choc chip cookie dough topping. And it's always good. I liked the efficiency of this location's drive through! I was in and out in 5 minutes. Super friendly employees. read more

I wouldn't recommend the "Strawberry Shortcake Sundae". It says fresh baked everyday shortcake, not true. The shortcake came out of a small package & was then microwaved. It was dense & not tasty. I didn't enjoy this sundae as the custard was melted by the microwaved shortcake. I've never before ordered something that I didn't enjoy. At just under $8.00 it's not what I expected! read more

ANDY'S ?! I'm sorry, I couldn't resist it. Those of you who've seen Pee Wee's Big Adventure know what I'm referring to. If you haven't seen the movie, no big deal. But what IS a big deal is Andy's delicious custard. Every drip a delight. You'll know what I mean about drip, especially if it's a hot day. Grab extra napkins and maybe have some wet wipes ready to handle the post cone apocalypse. LoL. I was sitting at one of the benches and happened to glance to the ground, and there before me on a canvas of concrete was a Jackson Pollock masterpiece. Drips from many a cone have combined to splatter a palate worthy of a wall in the Louvre. I had a small chocolate, and it was more than enough for this experienced licker. Its smooth texture was like velvet on my tongue and bursting with chocolaty heaven. You give it a try and tell me I'm wrong. Ain't gonna happen, though, cause Alex J is never wrong. Well, almost never. Quick Tip: Pay cash. The employees are getting bored with all the plastic being shoved into that little black box. read more

Andy's Frozen Custard - Three hangs for the birds. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Spring Hill, Tennessee

Service is quick and the custard is always delicious. I usually order the straw-Anna sundae.

Really delicious treat and great service! The drive through line was long but moved quickly.

I am a returning customer and usually have good service at this location. Today was a bit different. I came over 30 minutes before close and instantly felt unwelcome by two of the girl employees working. I work in the service industry and understand people coming late, but 30 minutes is still well enough time to take an order. The lady at the register was very passive aggressive, making it known three times that they were about to close and how they "had a rough day." These employees need a refresh on customer service!!! read more

1 tiny kids vanilla with sprinkles $4.89!!! Ridiculous!!! Good luck with that. Don't think we will be running back actually it was $4.93 read more

Fell in love with Andy's on trips to visit my grandparents in Columbia, Missouri, growing up, so I am just DELIGHTED there's one within reach here in middle Tennessee!! The s'mores concrete is divinely indulgent, as is everything I've ever tried here. Might I add: I'd pick a concrete from Andy's over an overpriced chintzy scoop from Jeni's any day of the week. Nearly the same price for sooo much more of a richer and smoother product. Yay Andy's! I love you, love you, love you ! read more

This is a family favorite!! My kids get a kids chocolate with cherries and the vanilla custard with cookie dough! I go back n forth between the jitter bug concrete or the ooey gooey concrete! Andy's Frozen Custard - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Spring Hill, Tennessee

The custard is delicious but a little costly however worth it. The service is fine, the shop is small and has outdoor seating. We like to come here sometimes. read more

Wanted to try this place when I visited TN. I was really disappointed. I ordered the strawberry and banana. It gave me a stomachache. The service was okay, we went through the drive thru. read more

The ice cream was really good. We pulled up over an hour before closing with a group of people and she was very rude. Very impatient when people didn't hear what was being called he just instantly got mad about it and started yelling. He said to his coworkers when he pulled up oh no as we've literally never been here with this group he was overall just a very kind employee read more

HOLY CUSTARD!! This was the best creamy custard ive had in the past 3 to 5 business days. One of the employees had gave me only one brownie, WHEN I ASKED FOR 3! This made me very hungy and made my tummy really angry. This did not help my PTS, so now I've been going down hill since then. So i went back today, and got triple Reese's but they only gave me DOUBLE! This makes me hungier than EVER. AND it was the same employee. You better watch out Beth, I'm coming do diddle you tonight. read more

Andy's Frozen Custard - Not what i wanted - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Spring Hill, Tennessee

What a great little spot to enjoy a delicious ice scream! The service is amazing! I had a really great encounter with the GM, Karly and really appreciate the excellent customer service! We had a quick conversation in the drive thru just introducing ourselves and although it was a quick convo, I especially loved how pleasant her demeanor was. She also gave us a sweet little Andy's Valentine card and a buy one get one free coupon. Love these little treats and encountering people who are great at what they do! Thanks Karly, We will definitely be back and we're bringing the whole fam! read more

Best ice cream I've ever had! The employees are super nice as well. We will be back often!

We bought 2 Turtle Splits. Between BOTH of them there was MAYBE 1 teaspoon of fudge. $16 wasted.

If Andy's ever closes, my dog would be heart broken. His weekly treat is a trip to Andy's dri e thru for a pup cone, he takes every foster dog here for a cone. He loves being able to see everyone coming to the walk- up order window, he talks to them all. My human family loves Andy's just as much. My son has declared Andy's home of the best strawberry shake. read more

Andy's Frozen Custard - The face of pure Joy!! Whippy lives for his weekly pup cone - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Spring Hill, Tennessee

While the staff here are super friendly, happy, and excellent at what they do. The portion sizes do not match the prices. Andy's has great custard! We got the brownie sundae, a cone, and a caramel apple the other day. The prices were way too high for such a smaller serving. The place is nice and clean. The staff is great. Just the portion sizes are a rip off for what you get. A few bites of ice cream for 7-8 bucks is a rip off in my eyes. I would definitely come back. The quality is good. Service is good. Portion size is not good. read more

Went here in search for the key lime concrete. Was told it will be available in the Fall. After researching online looks like mid July is when it will be available. Decided to order the Stolen brownie sundae; was told they don't have that. After advising the person it's on their menu she stated "I can't find that button" and decides it's just a sundae with brownie. My friend I both ordered the same thing only swapping out fudge for caramel. We get to the window to pay, my friend pays $6.90 I was charged $9.70. Make this make sense! I am a huge fan of Andy's. I've never experienced this at other locations, hope this was a one off. read more

Andy's Frozen Custard - The Stolen Brownie from the menu - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Spring Hill, Tennessee

I hate to say this, because normally it's not a problem, but my last two milkshakes had cross contamination issues. The first one had a gross looking chunk of strawberry that came through the straw halfway thru. So I threw it away. What if someone was allergic to strawberries? How dangerous! I decided to try again and ordered a chocolate milkshake a week later. This time I slurped up a chunk of something that looked to be a piece of a chocolate cone or hard candy. Highly disturbing to say the least. I really hate this because now I can't trust the cleanliness of their products. read more

The simple joys in life are worth savoring. Thanks for the reminder! Serving lovely nostalgia and quality frozen custard, you've got to make a stop to Andy's Frozen Custard if you ever find yourself in Spring Hill, TN! They also have locations in Murfreesboro and Gallatin, TN. I ordered a classic vanilla cone so I could taste the pure, uninterrupted creaminess of the finest frozen custard. With a recipe this good, a simple vanilla cone makes a statement on its own. The sweetest part of my time there? Other fellow customers helped give me change when I came up short in cash. It doesn't get better than that. With classic walk-up window service and a bustling drive-thru, this is the spot where memories can be made with the loved ones in your life. read more

Andy's Frozen Custard - Classic vanilla cone. So creamy and only like $1 or $2. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Spring Hill, Tennessee

Visited Andy's in Springhill this evening. Ordered a brownie hot fudge Sundae with extra hot fudge. Well, the brownie had some strange after taste. Could not eat it. Not only did I not get extra hot fudge, but the brownie was such a turnoff, could not finish my dessert read more

The choices here are amazing, along with the custard. My only suggestion would be to have a "junior" size for those not wanting to commit to a large portion. Otherwise, it is hard not to eat the entire thing in one sitting! read more

Whoa!! The pumpkin pie concrete is a real tasty treat! There is no other competitor that rivals this flavorful delight!!! Yum!

We loooove this place-- I really love the strawberry shortcake, the cake is absolutely out of this world!! It is only available in the SUMMER too!! The brownie in the hot fudge sundae is also out of this world--wonderful, and especially with those warm salted pecans!! YUMMMMMMMMY!!! read more

I like the menu options and like to try the different options it's a safe bet you'll like most things. Felt a little rushed last time I was there considering they no longer made a seasonal option that was still on the menu so I had to call my fiancée to ask what he wanted and the guy at the window asked if I wanted to go park and come back, there wasn't anyone behind me so I said no thanks. Other than that I like this place. read more

Quick service, but I recall this business used to be very warm hearted when it opened. Today, I used my card at this facility, and they declined it twice. I just used this card, so it's not locked, and there's a plentiful of money. I even checked my balance. However, instead of listening to me about the card being chip read only, the employee swipe it twice. No biggie though, I just shrugged that off. He asked if I have another card - and thankfully I did, but another employee came over and mentioned, "this isn't our fault. It's happening on your end. Get it fixed." ...There is nothing to fix. The employee did not listen to be about it being a chip read only card, not a swipe. And instead of listening, she came over to a conversation that did not involve her and directly said it's my fault. It's no one fault. Probably an old machine, and trying to swipe a scan only card, and that's it... But on Father's Day, that sassy attitude is unnecessary. I recall this is why I stopped going here years ago, because the employees have horrific dispositions. It's my father's favorite however, so, I wanted to make it a special day for him. The one employee was trying to problem solve with me, which was kind... the other person - the girl - should have left an interaction that did not involve her alone. However, she did not, got sassy without full information, and directly without misinterpretation blamed a customer. I understand the customer is not always right... but directly blame shifting and *refusing* to hear anything else is not a good attitude for a service where you're in the community. My dad did get his custard, and I'm glad he did. But... I'm going back to actively not returning here. It is heartbreaking this facility has stayed true to why I left all those years ago. read more

Andy's can be super busy sometimes but for good reason. They have amazing custard & I love their coke floats! Service is great and usually quick. There are some little tables in the front to sit but not a ton of space. We usually get it to go. It is one of the best places to get something cold and sweet in Spring Hill! read more

The custard here is very good. The prices are a little bit high. There is a walk up window and a drive thru.

Second time coming to Andy's without any luck... Behind the counter workers lack any type of personality or smile. I use to dislike artificial intelligent machines but there has to come a time when you had enough of ungrateful people who seem to want fifteen bucks an hour to give crappy service! Good ol days are gone and they get somewhat better when ai takes place of humans in stores altogether! This is my supposedly double scoop of ice cream right from the workers hands and told me we have no napkins left! read more
