ANDY'S ?! I'm sorry, I couldn't resist it. Those of you who've seen Pee Wee's Big Adventure know what I'm referring to. If you haven't seen the movie, no big deal. But what IS a big deal is Andy's delicious custard. Every drip a delight. You'll know what I mean about drip, especially if it's a hot day. HOLY CUSTARD!! This was the best creamy custard ive had in the past 3 to 5 business days. One of the employees had gave me only one brownie, WHEN I ASKED FOR 3! While the staff here are super friendly, happy, and excellent at what they do. The portion sizes do not match the prices. Andy's has great custard! We got the brownie sundae, a cone, and a caramel apple the other day. The prices were way too high for such a smaller serving. The place is nice and clean. The staff is great. Just the portion sizes are a rip off for what you get. A few bites of ice cream for 7-8 bucks is a rip off in my eyes. I would definitely come back. The quality is good. Service is good. My friend I both ordered the same thing only swapping out fudge for caramel. We get to the window to pay, my friend pays $6.90 I was charged $9.70. Make this make sense! I am a huge fan of Andy's. Quick service, but I recall this business used to be very warm hearted when it opened. Today, I used my card at this facility, and they declined it twice. I just used this card, so it's not locked, and there's a plentiful of money. I even checked my balance. However, instead of listening to me about the card being chip read only, the employee swipe it twice. No biggie though, I just shrugged that off. He asked if I have another card - and thankfully I did, but another employee came over and mentioned, "this isn't our fault. It's happening on your end. Get it fixed." ...There is nothing to fix. The employee did not listen to be about it being a chip read only card, not a swipe. And instead of listening, she came over to a conversation that did not involve her and directly said it's my fault. It's no one fault. Probably an old machine, and trying to swipe a scan only card, and that's it... But on Father's Day, that sassy attitude is unnecessary. I recall this is why I stopped going here years ago, because the employees have horrific dispositions. It's my father's favorite however, so, I wanted to make it a special day for him. The one employee was trying to problem solve with me, which was kind... the other person - the girl - should have left an interaction that did not involve her alone. However, she did not, got sassy without full information, and directly without misinterpretation blamed a customer. I understand the customer is not always right... but directly blame shifting and *refusing* to hear anything else is not a good attitude for a service where you're in the community. My dad did get his custard, and I'm glad he did. But... I'm going back to actively not returning here. It is heartbreaking this facility has stayed true to why I left all those years ago. read more

Andy's can be super busy sometimes but for good reason. They have amazing custard & I love their coke floats! Service is great and usually quick. Disappointed. Finally getting around to writing my review of this place. My family and I enjoyed it for awhile since we moved to the area until one night we go through the drive thru and I order a caramel sundae. I get it and it's gritty dark brown chunky. We pull back through to complain about it and get something else and the lady says that's the caramel from the bottom of the barrel and I said well it's not any good. What does she do? Goes and makes me another sundae with the SAME awful caramel and tells me well I put more on there for you that's all I can do. We asked to speak to the manager and she tells us she IS the manager. Wow. I was speechless at the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service skills we encountered. We no longer get ice cream from here for fear of another bad experience........
