As a former employee of crumbl I know that the cookies are supposed to come out at a certain standard. These cookies came out cold. The Boston crème chocolate topping came out looking like a terd, instead of a actual Boston cream and the cream on it was chunky. The sugar was an old cookie that was probably left out for too long. The chocolate chip was very old and stale. Not impressed. Wish there was more care put into the dressing of the cookies and ensuring the freshness of the batch you are giving out to customers. read more

As a mom with a newborn, Crumbl is my go-to when I need a stress relief and can't leave the house or put down my little one. I adore Crumbl. Even while pregnant I would I order or go to Crumbl weekly (the one in Franklin). However, this location has let me down since it opened when ordering via food service apps such as DoorDash. Tonight was the last straw as my last three orders have either missed cookies or completely replaced cookies without my knowledge. I ordered 2 honey bun, 1 chocolate crumb, 1 chocolate chip, 1 cowboy cookie, and 1 raspberry donut. I received 3 correct cookies out of the 6 i ordered. They replaced the cookies (cowboy cookie, 1 honey bun, and the chocolate chip) that were missing with two classic pink sugar and one chocolate crumb. I contacted my Doordash driver and asked if he was aware of the change of cookies or if they told him they were low on certain types and he said no. So, this means Crumbl gave me the incorrect cookies just for the fun of it which is frustrating. As I can't leave the house often, I think this location has lost my business for a while - or until I can go in person and make sure I get what I order. read more

I would leave less if I could. Ordered cookies for my son who was sick while I was out of town. They left the cookies at the door with no knock or notification. ANTS were everywhere. When i called and asked for help, the employee told me to call door dash since they delivered. I ordered from the Crumbl app directly. When I questioned that, this employee slammed the phone down and hung up on me. Have since googled the owners, Cole and Todd's contacts and will be emailing the store with them on BCC. I don't know what is worse ... spending 40 bucks on cookies that were delivered with ants in them or having a rude employee hang up on me when i called and asked for help. This store needs true management and a legit dose of customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. EDIT: I did. I called your store directly and was hung up on. Secondly, I emailed you and copied the owner of this store. I provided my phone number in the email. Laura responded by asking for my phone number so I provided it a second time. Thirdly, I attempted to reach out to CC online. I was directed to email you as I did above. Fourthly, I was told to call DoorDash and I did and they attempted to reach you as well but no one at your store answered. Thanks for the response but what you're telling me to do - I did. The greater issue is your cookies are arriving with ANTS (you now have multiple reviews here with that complaint) and your employees are rudely hanging up on people when they call asking for help. read more

My sister from Oregon placed and order for 4 cookies to be delivered to me on 8.5.24 and specifically stated to ring my doorbell or knock on the door. I found the box of cookies on the ground by my front porch around 6pm yesterday evening full of ANTS, I immediately threw them in the outside trashcan. I am not sure when it was delivered as I work from home, no one rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. My sister called Crumbl and was told they would refund her money if she could have me get the box out of the garbage and take a picture, she asked so you would want her to dig in the trash for the box of ant cookies. Crumbl did not even offer to come and get the cookies or have an employee dig them out of my trashcan since they were just tossed on my porch, not even an apology. The delivery was a "toss on the porch". I am very disappointed. read more

By far the best cookies you will ever eat. It's wonderful to have them in Spring Hill, it's also a curse. Haha. They are the absolute best. Pictured are Boston cream pie and ginger bread.
