I was the only customer in the store at one point, but the two young women working there didn't greet me or offer help until I asked a question. They didn't seem particularly engaged or connected to the business (possibly not family or long-term staff). They only had 17 flavors available (not the 31 I remember growing up). I even said out loud how poor the scoops were. Half a scoop of each at best. Didn't even go above rim of cup. The young man behind the counter completely ignored the dissatisfaction. Visited so many great restaurants in Columbia, Franklin and Nashville during our stay and this was by far the worst. This is why places like this have fallen to other ice cream competitors.
