I have tried to give BR the benefit of the doubt the last three times I have gone. I was craving some "Mommas makin cookies" but they don't make that flavor at this store... They should truly work that out with DoorDash to take it off their system. Then my husband and I ordered cookie dough scoops and a cookie dough milkshake (again, through door dash, but BR still accepted the order) to only let us know their milkshake machine was down. Lastly, I ordered two scoops of OREO S'mores with marshmallow creme thinking they would have that since it's listed on door dash as available, and they don't make it, replaced it without oreo, and forgot my oreo creme! So far, they only have the basic flavors and none of the fun interesting ones that's listed on the BR website & on door dash. Though they try to find the best solutions to these problems, I don't think my husband and I will order from here again due to these issues. This momma to be is NOT happy! read more

this evening to get a large mocha blast. This has to be the most embarrassing Baskin-Robbins in the country. I've been there multiple times that they continually have labor issues, they don't train people properly, sometimes they don't even know how to make the simplest order. So of course I'm waiting with my girlfriend to get my order and they had us an iced coffee right there. I knew I was in trouble. Told them what the order was supposed to be and the second time they handed me the order. It was still runny and it had been blended for maybe 10 or 15 seconds. I took one drink and it was pure ice and if you know anything about a mocha blast you cannot drink pure ice.So I'm officially done never going back to this location. They are 100% pathetic and embarrassing. read more

Literally the worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to in 40 years. Visiting from CA. The floor was covered with spills. Stepped on a melted gummy bear that stuck to my shoes. Ordered two scoops of chocolate chip for my daughter and two scoops of Reese's peanut butter and Baseball Fantasy (visiting for sports tournament). They only had 17 flavors available (not the 31 I remember growing up). I even said out loud how poor the scoops were. Half a scoop of each at best. Didn't even go above rim of cup. The young man behind the counter completely ignored the dissatisfaction. Visited so many great restaurants in Columbia, Franklin and Nashville during our stay and this was by far the worst. This is my review for this place I would definitely not recommend this place, I went on vacation to Tennessee and since I love iced coffee I decided to buy one at this place, my experience was too horrible, I went a day without eating well because I damaged my tongue and throat, because for some reason there was plastic or ground glass in my drink how do I know? The employee of the place tried to explain saying that she could do the refund as if that was going to repair the damage they did, she tried to apologize but nothing more! and then we did not hear anything from the manager to talk to her and they definitely did not do anything nor did they ask for any contact to speak with us, my husband left this place upset, my review is for you to be careful because I do not know what exactly happened with my drink but we could also see that they have a blender in bad condition, how is it possible that such a famous place does not have the correct equipment for its customers? I really wanted ice cream. My daughter took me here for a treat. It was so dirty that we had to leave. The ice cream freezer wasn't at the proper temperature. Most of the ice cream in the case was half melted. The floor and the case were filthy. The toppings were out in the open and gross. How have they not received a health violation?? This is the worst Baskin Robbins's have ever been to. The staff always acts like you are inconveniencing them. They never have the flavors that a lot of people, including most kids, enjoy, like; bubblegum and cotton candy. Dairy Queen is right next door and Andy's is just down the road, I usually love Baskin Robbins but I'd rather spend my money where I'm appreciated and they carry what I want. read more

Tried giving this location the benefit of doubt but I'm afraid it's definitely become a NO go! I could go into details of many visits I have made that turned out very poorly but it's not worth getting into. After my most recent fiasco......I actually felt quite sorry for the new trainee & manager (who were the only 2 trying to operate the business). This is in no way meant to beat them down any further than what they were going through the other night. The bottom line is there seems to be a very huge problem with the management here! I would highly recommend, if anyone from Undercover Boss happens to see this, to have the CEO or at least a higher management come hang out at this location to see the many problems it is having. It most certainly won't take more than 2-3 days to figure it out. I agree with Ella B. This BR/DD originally was the only ice cream place in the area. Then Dairy Queen came along right beside it. Now.....there is an Andy's & a Culver's right down the road. With so much competition.....the manager better be paying attention to what's going on and start stepping things up!! read more

Very disappointed. I ordered a Banana Royale, and they did not add the whip cream, nuts and cherry. I didn't notice till after I drove away, it's not the end of the world so I moved on. However, the ice cream was tasteless and had an icy covering on it, very gross. I felt for $6.54 I should just ask for my money back. I turned around went back and went inside. The kids running the place did not know how to do a return and told me to come back in the morning. He gave me a piece of receipt paper where he only wrote the name of the sundae and the date. I looked at him and asked what exactly does this do as it has no date or signature. His co-worker agreed but was no help. So now I get to drive back 11 miles tomorrow to try to get a return. Terrible customer service, the ice cream is old and they don't train their employees well. There is too much competition in Spring Hill now to deliver such a poor customer experience. Go to Culver's, DQ or there is a new place I think it's called Andy's. Anything will be better than BK in Spring Hill. read more
